Did you know that Panera Bread gives 3rd party delivery drivers an empty cup to fill up for their customers that order through apps??? I didn't until today. (I was told by a Panera employee) Delivery drivers are NOT food service workers. They are there to transport an item from one place to another. Why is Panera Bread making them handle/prepare consumables (food) with unclean hands?? I'll never order again. Oh yeah, they got my order wrong. No hummus in my Mediterranean bowl and no drink. This place is trifling at best.

I joined the unlimited sip club, free until Halloween and have visited this location a few times. My order is never completely accurate. They don't really have sweet tea but it's on the menu - you must add your own sweeteners which doesn't work well for iced tea. I don't like that the duets mostly come with tomato soup (although this is a corporate decision). My cookies never look like the pics. I had to return a soup because it was only broth. For the prices, the service experience should be better. On the bright side, the fountain ginger ale is the best.

ordered delivery and there was a hair at the bottom of my soup. they only gave me broth as well, barely any chicken and noodle.

Very clean, plenty of parking, dining area was clean and friendly staff! Bakery items were nicely displayed and looked very fresh. Today I tried a value duet - tuna and tomato soup. Both were nicely presented. There is also a drive thru option here.

I enjoy going to this Panera almost every day for coffee and sometimes breakfast on my way to work. They just started opening at 6 which is even better for my morning routine. The only critique I have is that depending who is working the drive thru: your iced or hot coffee will either be mixed for you with your cream and sugar etc ready to go in your car… or you will be handed a palm full of stuff and a full coffee cup. This is not conducive to tidy cars with no where to cleanly discard used packets of sugar or cream cups with no bag for trash since you only ordered a cup. Or if there is no room in your cup for add ins you have to find a way to pour some out. It would be nice to have a standard of mixing the coffee before it goes through the window - or at least consistently not mixing it so I know what I’m signing up for instead of an unpleasant surprise!

I love to go to this Panera to work and get soup or sandwiches. It's my favorite of all the Paneras in Charlotte - almost never crowded, quick service and of course, great Panera food. Highly recommend.

Love this Panera bread, i stop in almost daily on my way to work to get my sip club beverage that I order ahead on the app and its always ready for me to run in and pick up. The staff is friendly and prompt. Smooth experience.

Lady at front was sniffling, probably was sick and shouldn't be working register. Half of the bagel bins were empty at 8am, order a cinnamon toast bagel, didn't tell us they didn't have it until after we paid....didn't offer a treat for not having it...guy ordered food 7 min after we did and got his breakfast sandwich made and cooked before our 2 bagels were sliced and toasted and the lady in the pic, I'm assuming was the manager was snickering about us asking. For a bagel she didn't have in stock. Do yourself a favor, go to Starbucks next door. We are from Birmingham, our Panera is open at 6am and fully stocked.

Two staff members had a conversation at the counter in front of me but didn’t greet me - I just stood there patiently at the counter waiting to be acknowledged for 5 mins, and then one walked away with the cash draw (I’m assuming the manager) and the other eventually came back and said hello, but that she couldn’t ring me up because the other just took her draw and prompted me to use the kiosk. She was nice enough about it. This place could SERIOUSLY use a deep cleaning. It smells disgusting like old mop water and is dirty - not a good feel when you’re trying to eat. They should step their game up, this is a pretty nice area but they don’t meet the standard most of us customers are expecting. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the cooks seemed nice.

Cashier at the Drive through window proceeded to text when the order was ready to go and instead of doing the hand off. When water bottle was not given during handoff cashier proceeded to get it, come back, sat it down, texted for 2 minutes and then handed it off. 12/1/22 6:20 PM for reference.

I somehow unclicked the turkey on my sandwich during my online order. Instead of them just making the sandwich, they waited until I arrived to confirm. I really appreciated the care to fix my mistake.

Jordan and Ramone are awesome. I got a strawberry poppy seed chicken salad and it didn't have the chicken on it. They took care of it. Great customer service. Thanks so much to both of them

Went through the drive-thru at a very slow time of day (8:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning) and ordered a bagel with steak and cheese. When I opened the sandwich I found it was a steak and egg bagel. I had to wait a long time to get back to the service window, and when I said that I had ordered a steak and cheese bagel and instead received a steak and egg bagel, her annoyed question was "did it not have cheese?" I told her that I was unable to eat eggs, and again put out, she directed me to the parking spots. I finally have (most of) a steak and cheese bagel after 22 minutes of waiting.

I understand this is a busy location but I've never had an order that wasn't at least 10-15 minutes late when I do 'rapid' order pickup. Honestly if it wasn't the closest breakfast spot for me I would never go. Food is usually on par with what to expect with Panera which is good

First time at this location (we live in SC and just got off of a flight) and we were slightly disappointed. When we walked in there was a line but the cashier seem to be just standing there. No smile, no greeting, nothing. We decided to order from the kiosk which was easy to navigate. Once we placed our order I waited to hear my name to be called. There were several people standing at the pick up window so I stood with them waiting. The kitchen was very busy but well run by a gentleman with a beard. He was putting orders up as they were being made. Sadly he had to stop what he was doing to tell the cashier to stop standing around and clean tables on her down time. She pushed through the crowd without saying anything and the look on her face made it seem like she did not want to work there. She just stood at the pick up window tapping her finger nails on the counter. A few people approached and tried to ask her a question, she just shrugged and said she didn't know. Look, if you hate your job, I get it but at least act polite to your customers. Big shout out to the kitchen staff for being hit with 2 teams and still getting orders out. Our food was awesome and correct.

Ordered one item for pick up online they text me saying the order is ready and then tell me it was going to be 5 minutes. Some people have to be at work if the order is not ready don't advise the customer it is.

I have never had a bad meal from Panera. My favorite is the Turkey chili on a cold day!!

Panera is a great restaurant and this location delivered on the quality expected. I gave it four stars because of the limited size and the limited parking. This location is about one third the size of a normal Panera, so be prepared that seating is limited. With the amount of offices around this location it seems to cater to the to-go orders instead of people dining-in. To accommodate the to-go portion they have about 10 parking spaces reserved up front. They’ve got the food preparation and to-go portion managed well, however, because of the limited seating people seem to walk around looking for a place to sit. Not a big deal because of how good the food is but just something to be aware of. During the warmer weather they accommodate for the limited seating with outdoor seating.

Haven't been to Panera in quite some time, so not sure when the ordering kiosks became a thing (COVID?). Either way, it makes ordering easy...in and out.

Good, healthy food, and nice to be able to easily pick up an order and bring it home. However, we have had some issues with the orders not being correct in the past, or missing some bread that should come with our orders.

Sheilah went far and beyond to make sure my order was right and ready in time. It's been a long time since my last visit to this location which is not far away from our office. I will definitely come back more often. Thank you.

New establishment, very clean huge plus very friendly crew food super fresh great service consistently. Every time I’ve visited rather drive thru crib side or dine in the service has been great no complaints at this location
