UPDATE: SUNDAY 11/5 closed at 11pm so their hours may have changed! I always go in on Sunday. I’m not sure what their hours are. Foods always been good especially when nothing else is open late at night but check the hours

Umm...pics LOOK good BUT actually taste was just okay...totally Not worth the price. Paid for extra cheese & don't actually get extra cheese & the pizza sauce was extremely thin (non existent) was super excited to try this place bc Again the pics online, but don't let the pics fool you. Won't be back. Customer service was good.

Indoor/Outdoor seating. Low sanitation score. Semi clean bathroom. Pizza could use more seasonings. Ordered the chicken and spinach Alfredo Pizza it Lacked flavor. Not enough meat toppings. Garlic knots very doughy. Wouldn't recommend or unfortunately return. Pizza was hot and fresh that was the only plus.

Great pizza but a bit of a bad experience. Specifically asked for two water cups 3 times and got soda cups on the check. Also, the pizza was not fully cut through. I worked at a pizzeria for a year, service could have been better.

My brother and I ordered a large Brooklyn Bridge. The pizza came out hot, fast and tasty. At any other pizza joint when a pizza comes out fast, the dough is undercooked, but that's not the case here. Just be careful when you pick up a slice because (all) your toppings are going to slide off. We had to sit outside since the entrance is not wheelchair accessible, but the ceiling fans outside helped keep us slightly cool. Worth another visit.👍🏻

They don't give a whaaat at this place ... It's just late night food around here. One bite of pizza and I was finished. I stopped an got some fries from Dave's Hot Chicken...

Amazing customer service. This place is perfect for late night eats or recovery stop after coming from nearby bars and brewery. They serve good food with good ingredients and they are open until 3AM on St Patrick Day. Workers here work really hard food came in hot i would recommend to try their chicken wings and any of their pizza. We really like the set up of the place as they keep the old look. Recommend entry are Garlic knot, pizza, chicken wing and a few selection of domestic canned beer. Will surey comeback again.

We came in around 10pm Ms Andrea took our order and she was so awesome and kind! They were so busy and she still took the time to make my experience amazing it was my first time at fuel pizza the food was amazing and they now have a customer 4 Life!!

I appreciate how patient the staff were to the group of kids we had. It was some of their first times ordering for themselves, and they helped them decide what to get. It built their confidence and taught them a vital life skill of communicating with others! Oh, and the food was really good too!! #Center360

The pizza here was not good. The pizza sauce is so bland. Where is the garlic? It tastes like store bought tomato sauce, yet it somehow is even more tasteless. If you order from here I suggest you go with something other than the red sauce. The cheese, toppings, and crust were fine. Service was also good.

Went to get pizza on a Friday night and as soon as I walked in the little girl at the register was on her phone and paid me no mind as if I was not there, it took her at least a minute to actually take my order. Once I finally place my order I said "TO-GO", after waiting 10 minutes for my two slices of pizza the same girl who couldn't put down her phone to do her job brings it over to where I am sitting on TRAY and says "this is you right?".. where is the professionalism? I said "yes, but I said to-go" she gets an attitude and walks off. and 4 mins later I get my 2 slices of pizza and go. Fast forward to the following Tuesday I look at my credit card statement and it shows a completely different amount was charged to my card. My total was $10.10 and I did NOT leave a tip but magically the transaction posted for $11.62 (which is %15 Tip). It's wild what people think they can get away with. I will be in contact with management and will NEVER patronize this business again.

We decided to try Fuel when our usual pizza spot was closed. I have celiacs and they were extremely knowledgeable and warned me about the risk of contamination being high due to both ovens being in use and wanted to make sure I was aware and okay with the risk or if I wanted to change my order. The food was absolutely amazing. The gluten free crust had the perfect crisp, my boyfriends calzone was one of the best he’s had and my kids ate all 6 garlic knots and an entire pizza. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Very good pizza. Also as I was about to enter this place, there was a random man that no one knew in the parking lot and he started bothering one of the customers as she was about to get out of her car amd one of the male workers, he may have been a manager, not sure but he intervene and the guy walked away. The worker seemed really passionate when telling the random guy to leave the customer alone. I loved that and that worker was nice inside the pizza joint also. Cool experience. The pizza last but for a short time but the experiences are worth remembering. Very good pizza and nice customer service. Thanks guys!!!!

Food was ok, it was just going in to pick up my food and seeing a pizza maker come off break and get straight to prepping and making pizzas 🍕 without washing his hands just amazed me. I mentioned it to the cashier who in fact was not busy, replied as if I stuttered. 🤦🏾‍♂️

DELICIOUS. The pizza is lick yer fingers tasty, and customer service will keep you happy. They'll take good care of you and feed you well, too.

Been wanting to go here for a while but I have to say it was a bit disappointing. Dirty. The tables hadn't been cleaned. The list of slices on the board were not the ones they had available. Server seemed slow and mumbly. Food was eh. I had a slice of pepperoni. Lacking in flavor. Overcooked.

Automatically adds a 18% tip to the bill even if you are just doing takeout lunch! Has happened both times I've gone. Good thing I check my bank statements because it's not on the receipt. I won't go back.

Pizza is some of the best you can get in the area. They do a classic well. Try the white sauce pizza, it’s awesome. Staff is super friendly and you will not be disappointed!!

This place is not only well managed, but the food was fantastic. We had a group of 8 guys at the Manchester next door. After waiting 30 min for waters we went over to Fuel. The workers were genuinely nice and service efficient. Food took about 12 minutes and was fresh I highly recommend. Will be revisiting whenever possible.

Hands down the best Gluten Free and Dairy Free Pizza in the greater Charlotte area. This was our family’s first time eating at this location, the original location. Our Gluten-Free and Dairy agree family has been eating at Fuel for over ten years and never had any issues with cross-contamination; nor had any food sensitivity reactions after eating their GF pizza. Most pizza places that offer GF crusts tend to burn their crust, but NOT at Fuel. Most pizza places that offer DF pizza tend to skimp on their cheese, but NOT at Fuel. Fuel Pizza can be a little pricey, but we are more than willing to pay for the quality and deliciousness!!! You won’t find a better Gluten Free or Dairy Free option for pizza around!!!

Hot and fresh slices. There's just something about a reheated slice that gets it to the perfect consistency of soft and chewy, but crispy as well. Love it. And they always have something coming out of the oven too if you're wanting something piping hot. Friendly. Convenient location.
