Went here for the first time for my husbands birthday and was not disappointed! Such an awesome experience and we cannot wait to go back. Foster was our waiter and he was phenomenal and very attentive. We had bbq shrimp for the appetizer, Ribeye Steak, Petite filet w shrimp, lobster Mac and cheese, fries & Cesar salad & it ALL was amazing. Cannot say enough good things about this place & will definitely request Foster each time we go! Thank you for making my husbands birthday so memorable!!

We were looking to celebrate my business partner's birthday. A friend of a friend is the GM (Andreas) at the uptown Ruth's Chris and suggested we come there. We arrived early, around 5pm, as we were also going to a Charlotte Hornets game that night. Our server was Dom and I am certain that I have never had a more attentive server in all my years of dining out. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT!! I had the petite filet and au gratin potatoes. My partners had a ribeye and filet with shrimp. Beautiful setting, great food and just first class all the way. Beautiful way to celebrate any occasion!

Simply amazing !now they were a little under employed so the wait was a little bit longer than I liked it that’s not to be sat, but to get food and drinks. Other than That we had an amazing waiter he was working his butt off for what he had and the food was on point absolutely amazing incredible steak incredible spicy shrimp

This was my first time here for New Year’s Eve, have nothing but the best to say about this place and our food! Started off with the shrimp cocktail which is my favorite appetizer ,We did the Porterhouse for two (flavor was amazing) along with the mashed potatoes. The chocolate explosion for dessert was amazing to!! Our server was named FOSTER! He was the Absolute best and attentive to our experience here overall, all his recommendations were great and he was a pleasure serving us! Definitely will be coming here again in the future!

I went here on April 29th for my brother's 37th birthday. It was his choice. This was my first and last time visit. I really don't see what the hype is all about. I told my brother he needs to try one of my favs, which is 131 Main. I've never heard so many complaints from the table. Mixed up food items and all. I ordered from "The Ruth's Classic" menu. It stated get an appetizer, entree, personal side and dessert. But it all came as a la cart and the dessert WAS NOT INCLUDED. The waitress, Aaliyah said it's an extra 4$?! That's really misleading! The steak was mediocre. The mashed potatoes taste like they came from a box mixed with water.. The ambiance is nice. The waittress, Aaliyah, was nice and accommodating. That's about it. I will never ever go back.

This was just an overall bad experience. We ordered martinis to start and both of them barely came out 1/2 full. I mentioned this to the server, who brought these to the table, and she said she was going to get the manager. The manager came over and was not nice at all. He looked at mine and said mine was definitely wrong. I showed him the picture of the martini on the iPad menu and he said, well that is a lie too because we would never serve them that full. My partner's martini was barely 1/2 full like mine, but he said his looked good. He was not helpful or accommodating at all. Also, we both ordered our steaks medium well and neither were cooked appropriately. Mine had blood running out of it when I cut into it, so when the blood hit the buttered plate, grease splattered all over my button-down shirt. This was just the icing on the cake with the issues with the manager. I definitely have no desire to return to this Ruth's Chris, and probably not any other one, after these issues and the response from the manager.

My fiancé and I decided on a last minute date night and came to Ruth’s Chris for our favorite stuffed chicken. We had a great experience. The food was incredible (as always), and our server Devin was fantastic. He was very attentive and friendly, he made sure we were taken care of. We ended dinner with a creme brûlée and were in hopes of an espresso martini but unfortunately they were out of espresso. Completely understandable, but honestly the dessert was delicious enough to compensate. Thanks again to Devin for his great service, we will for sure be back.

Came here for an anniversary dinner. Had a very nice time. The atmosphere was decent, but was definitely a little loud. Lots of large parties made it hard to have conversation. The service was wonderful. Our server Dom was very knowledgeable about the menu and the food preparation process. He gave plenty of suggestions. The food was good, but I thought it was a little pricey for what it was. I have steaks that were just as good for a lower price. I would come back, but would probably do it on a less crowded night.

My wife and I celebrated or 3 year wedding anniversary here. We were greeted with smiling faces and seated within mins. Our waiter Dom was fantastic throughout the entire night. He was very knowledgeable with the menu and catered to our needs without hesitation. The appetizers were spot on and the entrées were superb. They topped off the night for us with a anniversary dessert accompanied by two glasses of champagne. We really appreciate y’all for going above and beyond to make our night so very special. Thank you all so very much.

My boyfriend and I went for date night here during restaurant week. They sure did not disappoint. The service was great and we had an amazing experience. Our waitress Summer was outgoing, fun and made us feel like family. She herself deserves a five star review. Plus the manager that evening also came over to our table twice to ensure our experience was going well. Made for a great evening! Highly recommend!

I was invited for a corporate dinner and our boss definitely wanted the best place, the seafood was very good. The presentation of the lobsters was spectacular. The selection of exquisite wines. The place is elegant the attention of the very good waiters. In what we were not satisfied with talking with my co-workers, it was with our meats. For a $ 60 cut it was not tender and the taste was common. I've had better cuts of meat for $ 20. I thought that wasn't the cook's night

The food and service were wonderful! No valet parking the night we went due to staff shortage. They even moved our reservations up an hour per our request.

Very nice atmosphere and excellent customer service! The food was also very delicious! We just left there for Mother’s Day and Dom was our waiter! He was absolutely amazing! He’s is the face of customer service! Thanks for a job well done Dom! We will see you again real soon!

Great experience at Ruth's Chris!!!! We had the Tomahawk steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Dom was excellent server!!!! Only complaint was no alcoholic beverages and no valet parking before 6 pm😒

We had an amazing evening/dinner. Our waiter was Devin and he was so considerate and attentive. He knew the menu well and answered all of our questions. The food was amazing!! I'll never be able to cook steak for my boyfriend again because his expectations will be set too high after this dinner. The steak was an amazing cut, seasoned well and cooked to perfection. The knife went in buttery smooth when you cut the steak. The French onion soup was amazing and so were the chocolate lava cakes. Not a single thing to complain about. Devin took note of 2 important things that night. The first it being our anniversary and the second that being my partner was drinking adult beverages and I wasn't. He asked in the sweetest way whether or not I drink alcohol and I told him I didn't, he took note of that and walked away. I didn't think much about it. When he came out with the desserts he also had 2 champagne flutes with him. When he put them on the table he leaned over to let me know mine was ginger ale! I've never had such an amazing waiter go out of their way to make sure we had a great time and that we were comfortable. Between the amazing food and Devin we had the best experience.

Nice place for an after theater meal. We had the chicken and the sea bass. The chicken was amazing as usual but I couldn't say the same about the sea bass. It had ZERO taste or flavor. I was so disappointed however, the manager was nice enough to swap it out for classic crab cakes. Our waiter Foster was cute and helpful and helped end our evening on an enjoyable note. For dessert we had the apple crumb cake... I think 🤔. I don't eat cooked apples but this tasted really good and the portion was amazing.

My husband and I came here for our 7th anniversary. We were absolutely delighted with how amazing the food and service at this establishment is! Our server, Dom was OUTSTANDING — literally the BEST server I’ve ever experienced! I ordered the New Orleans gumbo soup for my starter. It was so flavorful! I enjoyed the Petite filet Oscar style for my entree. The meal was cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the Berkshire pork chop with Au gratin. He devoured it! Lol! For dessert, we enjoyed the white chocolate bread pudding — absolutely divine! We cannot wait to return! Dom, thank you so much for making our experience and anniversary unforgettable and one for the books!

I give a 5 star rating. We had awesome service. Even the manager came to our table, to check up on us. Gavin was amazing. He came to plate our food up. He gave us the history on ruth chris and told us somethings on the menu that he recommends. Our waitor devin was really sweet. He checked on us a lot, I thought my lemonade was too sour and got it remade. It was complete A1 service. I ordered the ruth classic truffle butter. The steak was literally melting in my mouth. I asked for medium well and it was done just right. My friend order the stuff chicken breast. It was incredibly juicy. Also the white chocolate bread pudding is a must! Definitely give this location a try!

Amazing dinner, everything was perfect. Food amazing, service amazing atmosphere amazing, highly recommend.
