Very tasty dish worthy of a second, and likely a third meal soon. The consistency of noodles, salmon and spices kept me pushing the chopsticks closer to my lips, over and over again. Very professional service. Take out door, outdoor seating & comfortable place to meet a friend, go on a date or group lunch with your buds.

Went here for a quick dinner with friend. Located in South End, it’s not surprising that the vibe was bright and chill. Great for pictures. Food was good but nothing super impressive. I got the beet & strawberry salad with tofu and it was descent. If you are looking for a healthy diet, this could definitely be on your list.

Delicious food and fast service. The staff there was friendly and very helpful for our first time in. I definitely recommend anyone curious about coming here to visit and give it a try! I don't think you'd be able to get anything you wouldn't like off the menu. The seasonal lemonade was also incredibly tasty! Definitely recommend that as your drink choice!

Been working across the street and smell there food everyday. Finally tried it after about 2 week. Got the Glow Bowl with A 16oz rose petal lemonade. The Bowl had an amazing flavor(spicy with a sweetish green taste) with a true earthy taste. The Rose petal lemonade was a little different for my liking but was good.

Oh my goodness it is amazing! The location the atmosphere and the food are fantastic! Yes it costs a bit more than your regular take out, but it is so worth it and my body will be happy.

The food was delicious! They notated allergens for glove changes. Staff was friendly, kind and radiated good energy. The rose lemonade was amazing. 10/10 recommended even if just for the atmosphere.

They make healthy ingredients taste amazing. Everything is fresh and made to order. You can even see each ingredients prepared in front of you. I was hesitant to try it out, but I’m glad I did. It is eating out, without the guilt.

Thought we'd try this place with abundant outdoor seating on the patio. You can customize different bowls with your choice of protein, so a dish ends ups being somewhere between $9-18. Don't know if it was the presentation, but the portion size seemed disappointingly small at first. The quality was great, just wish there had been more. No leftovers, for sure. When we pointed out that the $14.50 Yaki noodle bowl hardly had any shreds of the chicken thigh it's supposed to come with, they brought out another one that was slightly better. I ordered the glow bowl with chicken for $14.70, thinking the sweet potato noodles would be the glossy translucent noodles from Korean chap chae, but they were literally long shreds of sweet potato! Not exactly as expected but still tasty.

Big and beautiful space with a Nice staff. Food is tasteful and healthy. My only complaint that I believe that is missing in a healthy place is to have natural juices over industrialized ones. It would be wonderful to be able to order a squeezed juice of orange, pineapple or at least Lemon.

This was my first visit. My friends have raved about this place so I was excited about to try it out. I placed my order online at 12:51 for a VEGGIE PLATE. I arrived at 1:10 and I had no idea how the process worked for pickup. I saw a sign that stated orders would be on the shelf when ready so I waited until 1:18. I saw several people standing in line giving their names for pickup orders so I stood in the line. When the gentleman got to me he left and went to another line near the food prep station. I followed him to that line and the same thing happened. Finally, I got his attention and explained it was my first time so I was unclear about how the process worked. He asked my name and looked in the system. He said my order wasn’t scheduled for pickup until 1:31 but he would try to get it for me earlier. No problem. I then proceeded to wait until 1:40. He came back again to ask me for my name and I told him. Another lady came over to ask me my name again and said my order was coming. I didn’t get my order until 1:45. He apologized for the wait said and said “I don’t know what happened”. I was very disappointed on the wait time. Not a great first impression in reference to service. The food was very tasty. Portion sizes seem small for price (almost $20 including tip) but I’m also not a food cost expert.

The meals here are delicious and very healthy. Bear in mind though that mask policy is not enforced and many people inside are seen without masks. If that is important to you, there is also an outdoor patio that you can dine on. Overall friendly service and nice meals. Very well decorated, situated and located.

Very Earthy vibe. Friendly staff, our waitress, Linds, is awesome attentive and super sweet. The food was great. I had the asparagus , the avocado wrap, and a lemon cake. The lemonade is not sweet but not bad.

We were passing through and decided to stop here per a gluten-free app recommendation. I wish we had a Flower Child back in Greenville, SC! Just from looking at the storefront I knew we were in for a delightful experience. I loved all the unique menu offerings, including drink options! AND they even had some gluten-free cookies, muffins available, too! I ended up getting a Chopped Vegetable Salad with Grilled Chicken on top and it was delicious - didn't even need dressing! The next time I'm in Charlotte I want to make sure I come here again.

So yummy! Love that they accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions. I got the chicken dinner with broccoli and Mac and cheese. So yummy!! Don’t skip their lemonade either! Very conveniently located on the Light rail and the decor is so quaint!

What a cool place! Very creative menu. Everything seemed to be light, which is a nice change from going out to eat and feeling sickly full. The staff was so friendly and helped me decide what to order. Tons of seating options, and their atmosphere is great. Can’t wait to go back!

Such a nice healthy place with a good choice of options. If you need a break from heavy/fast foods or just prefer healthy options, I highly recommend this place. I would suggest that the kitchen check on their eggplant though because I don't think mine was cooked all the way(I didn't want to get up and complain because I was hungry) . Brussel sprouts were delicious! Steak was cooked nicely.

This place is incredible. From the great service to the delicious food to the laid back atmosphere. Summer, gave us some great recommendations with the Mac n cheese and the enchiladas. The food was perfectly seasoned and prepared quickly. Highly highly recommend the maple squash. Food is a little pricey but well worth the extra money.

Good food, and great flavor for healthy food that typically doesn’t present itself as so. My salmon was cooked well, and the broccoli with lemon and panko is awesome! Just be warned the food is a touch pricey but definitely a great every now and then place to grab a bite.

I really enjoyed my food at flower child. It was all delicious. I ordered the steak with roasted broccoli and cauliflower risotto. The steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned, the broccoli was seasoning well and the risotto was PERFECT. Lovely presentation as well. My gripes are the portion size of the protein for the price. That was maybe a quarter of a steak at best. I do realize smaller portions are good for us all but a smaller price could go with the portion. Regarding the broccoli, some of it was perfectly roasted and seasoned. Other pieces were good but they were so large that they were harder to chew and the roasted goodness didn't shine like on the smaller pieces. Again it was all tasty, I just wanted more consistency. I also ordered the mango (something) sangria. It was decent, but a little tart. I didn't really notice the mango flavor there. A friend ordered the kale salad. Her comment was that although the salad was tasty, it's advertised to have grapes and another fruit. She ended up with half a grape in the whole bowl. Her comment was "it's a lot of kale" so maybe some other veggies could break up the monotony. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and experience. Lovely and bright decor. Welcoming environment. I'll gladly return.

Flower Child is a great lunch spot, especially if you’re vegetarian or vegan! I remember when this was a burrito place years ago, and I like that they’ve transformed the patio into such a cozy space. I’ve been here a few times and recently went to lunch with my 3 year old and a friend. She got the Glow Bowl, I had the Mother Earth bowl, and my kid had the tofu kids meal. I did have to substitute one of the sides for brown rice, because the only vegan side option on the kids menu was fruit, although the rice was shown as a side for other meals. A bit on the pricy side, but good food, and I appreciate their vegetarian and vegan options. We sat on the patio, which is a really nice space. It’s mostly enclosed by a wall, which allowed my child the space to roam a little when he got bored (as 3 year olds do). The light rail goes right by the patio, so that was also exciting for him!

👍👍 Skeptical. I visited this place because of a research on brunch places in downtown. Ended here because of the Google rating. Almost Worth it! The Italian sausage hash was really good. But my spouse ordered an avocado toast and it lacked flavor. Also, the coffee was legit; really good! Also ordere...
