Enjoyed my late lunch with my kids. When they got fussy during my ordering process Crystal and her team were amazing offering them stickers and talking to them. The food is always good but it was much appreciated that they didn’t rush me or my children. We ate outside on the covered patio which was clean and empty of other guest. The bathrooms have diaper changing stations and we’re clean as well. We will return.

First time here and had a wonderful experience. Very clean, friendly staff, and while my husband had lots of chicken options there were a surprising number of vegetarian options, including the beans and many of the dishes can be made without meat. The yucca and plantains are a must, sauces are delicious. Pictured also is the fried rice, excellent.

Recently visited the Park Rd location. This was my first visit to a Viva Chicken. I have to say the food is amazing but the customer service was even better. Anthony was very patient while I was ordering.. he could tell it was taking me a minute so he asked if he could help and really guided me through their menu selection based on my personal taste. This is a new regular spot for my family.

Delicious chicken meals bursting with flavor. So happy I live in walking distance, this will be my new go-to spot for lunch!

I could eat here everyday! Excellent healthy food and great service. Their chicken is hands-down the BEST. Salads are made to order and chicken can be added. Friendly, efficient staff. Very CLEAN & family friendly.

Always a pleasant experience here at Viva Chicken - savory roasted Chicken goodness - Chicken is tender and juicy that it falls off the bone - Cilantro rice and plantains go so well with the chicken The manager, Anthony and his team is always smiling, full of energy, and never fails to make sure that you are taken care of. Heads up: the tin plates are as happy and upbeat as the manager, they tend to dance and move. Don’t worry - it’s nothing a pair of tissue as stoppers can handle.

Great food. First time at this location. Store was clean. Food was good. They did have trouble locating our order when we came to pick it up. Turns out it was sitting on the rack with the others the whole time. …kinda weird.

Viva Chicken on Park Road in Charlotte was great. They’ve an array of options to choose from including quarter to half to full chicken to soups, wraps and more. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t busy. We got the half chicken with cilantro rice and French fries, and the tacu bowl with cilantro rice and chicken. I’m not a fan of chicken cooked in rotisserie style but here the chicken tasted great, and so did the rice and the fries. The tacu bowl was just right, and their sauces supplemented the taste well. The half chicken quantity can be a lot for one person with normal appetite. They’ve vegetarian options as well, which I’m keen on trying. The server was very polite and jovial, and we appreciated that. Restrooms are inside and sufficient parking is available in the lot outside. I see now why this is a popular dining spot in Charlotte. I’ll be back here to try more of their dishes. Side note: I read up on how they started as well, and the history is quite interesting—an immigrant success story!

Kathryn was very patient with me it was lunch hour she had a line. I had to translate the order she did not miss a single item and read it back to me exactly. Exceptional customer service keep up the good work.

It’s hard to find a better place in CLT. Great food, at outstanding prices. For me it’s a win when I can feed my family of 4 cheaper at Viva than I can at a fast food joint! In addition, it’s quality made food.

Viva has never once failed me. I've gone the the university location, the stallings location as well as Park road and uptown locations. Food is always great. Was greeted immediately as soon as I walked in. Everyone had a smile and service was prompt especially with a short lunch! Keep up the good work guys!

Great Food and atmosphere can’t be mad at that!! Only thing I was missing was lime juice for my rice which was still good by the way!! But the yellow sauce is AMAZING along with the Mara cuya drink

So this service rating of 1/5 is to only rate the employee ( black female, short, locs in her hair) who was very dismissive and rude of my inquiry about why I received such a small portion of beans with my order. Normally I order the Tacu bowl with no rice and everytime I've done this, it has always come with extra beans without me asking. Today, I was shocked to see the portion was so small. When I went to the register to inquire, the cashier Lucy, who was very pleasant and friendly, looked concerned about the portion as well. I could tell she wanted to do something but wasn't exactly sure what she could do. Over walks the employee mentioned earlier and she was very short, rude, and dismissive. She shrugged as if to imply "Oh well that's your problem" and stated "well you should've ordered extra beans" and walked away. There was NO attempt to come to a resolution. Luckily another employee who was pregnant could tell something was wrong and asked me about it. I told her the issue and she quickly asked if I would like to have the rice added in a small bowl. I asked if I could have beans instead and she said sure. Thank you to her and Lucy! If it weren't for them this experience would've left a sour taste in my mouth and I would've avoided this location (which is the closest to me) going forward just to avoid the rude employee earlier.

Viva Chicken Park Road is one of the best service restaurant I have been. Anthony, Sarah and Yunika went the extra mile in their customer service, even the other people in the staff were super helpful at all times. We have approximately 60 people (adults and kids) they went home with great, fresh and delicious food in their tummy’s. Thank you 🙏 Viva Chicken Park Road to make our even for the kids a great success. I will probably continue working with Anthony in future gatherings for sure!!! Love my Peruvian rotisserie 🙏❤️. Fresh, healthy and spectacular service. 💯 recommend

Take your bored tastebuds over to Viva Chicken @Park Road for a guaranteed delicious meal with a kick! Went in for take-out and decided to dine-in too. The Sopa de Pollo is a soup to rival your grandmom's homemade recipe. So good! We are all now hooked on the Herbal Limeade and Churros, filled with caramel. Great customer service! Absolutely added this restaurant to my favorites list. You will too ;-)

Cons: We tried ordering from the app but kept receiving an error message. When I called I learned it was because they were out of fries... need an app update that streamlines ordering. Curbside pickup in the app stated to mark "I'm here" only to state I needed to call inside. They were busy so I ended up going in. Pros: Customer service was friendly. The food was amazing! I added some salt to the Peruvian rice and sweet potato fries but that's just personal taste preference. The chicken was marinated to perfection. I can hardly wait to visit again the next time I'm in the area.

We did Curbside delivery last night and had a great experience. I wanted to specifically give a shout to Shane, the employee working curbside, who promptly approached us to take our name for the order, checked on the order and kept us updated. I had arrived earlier than my promise time and he was able to get it out to me before then. I really appreciated his attentiveness, positive attitude, and kind demeanor. Working in the restaurant and customer service industry is not always easy and employees like Shane are an integral part of the team, I’m sure! Plus - our food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend :)

I just left your restaurant. It was gross. They are serving food while dealing with a flooded floor kitchen. In top of that no one wearing a mask and everyone talking over the food in a crowded kitchen.

Went for dinner tonight with some friends. Don’t think I have ever seen a restaurant so busy. The cashier recommended their special today which was a family meal with three sides. The green beans were amazing and the chicken so juicy. The yellow sauce is my favorite, I could drink it.

Ordered tonight curbside for the first time. Called and let the cashier know that I was there and the food came out within seconds. The order accuracy is correct each and every time. I appreciate that as many restaurants I go to I am missing items. Keep it up Viva Chicken.

The management and employees here are some of the nicest people ever. The food quality and service is 5-stars in every way. I eat here pretty often and really enjoy their rotisserie chicken with a side of green beans and sweet potatoes fries.
