    I ordered on the app, my order was supposed to be ready from 8:53 and 9:03. I came inside to pick it up. When Amy ask what my name was and I told her. Their printer didn’t print my order so I had to wait for it to be made. When I finally got the order. It was wrong and had to wait again. When I tried to explain to Amy, that this is wrong she got real loud in Restaurant, when I didn’t even raise my voice. She was very unprofessional and wouldn’t let me talk to the manager, stating she was assistant manager and they did the best they could do, when now it was 9:30am, 27 minutes later and my meal was still not right and she was acting as if it was my fault. She need’s customers service training!!!!

    When my cousins and I got here the waitress was rude to us. She cut us off. After she took our orders we wait for a good 20 minutes to even get our drinks. In the middle of waiting for our food the only cook that was there left. We ended up waiting for over an hour for the other cook to get back after walking out. We finally got our food cold, uncooked and not fresh. The fries were stuck together like someone microwave old fries, 2 of the stakes that we wanted medium rare, ended up being barely cooked, the broccoli was cold. The waitress didn't come check on us during anytime of this. While we were waiting for the check the waitress was too busy on her phone, so we went up to the desk to pay, and even then we waited over 15 mins. Overall please go to i-hop or waffle house to save you the trouble.

    I honestly don't know where to begin with this review, but I also want to mention that Denny's is one of my favorites so this experience was extremely disappointing. We walked into two waitresses bickering which prolonged us being seated. Once we were seated we learned they were out of half of the menu including most sides like fries. Well we both ordered a burger and onion rings and after waiting 33 minutes the picture below is what was served. The restaurant was not busy. Including us there was 3 tables. After informing the waitress she told us we didn't tell her that we didn't want the burger juicy. We asked for well done but this wasn't juicy this is uncooked fat. This burger has not been bitten into. This is how it was served. I don't live anywhere near a Denny's so I get excited whenever I can go and get my bourbon bacon burger and to say that this experience was disappointing is the understatement of the century.

    We ate here around 2am in the morning and there was all but one customer in the store. We were seated real quick and our order was taken within 5 minutes. We asked the waitress about how hot is the Nashville Chicken tenders and she was nice enough to let us try the sauce before we place an order. We went ahead and ordered the chicken tenders, patty melt, and moons over my hammy. Portion sizes were of good size. If you ask me, I could barely finish 1/2 of the moons over my hammy. My son ate all of his patty melt and my daughter didn’t finish her chicken tenders. I love their ranch dresses with fries. Their ranch dressing is house made and it’s thick and flavorful. Their fries were steak like fries and were warm and they gave a lot. I would definitely recommend this place as the people were nice, fast service, and the food was warm when we received it. Food came within 20 minutes of ordering. Their store grade wasn’t that great though, it was an 89. By the time we left, there were 3 more customers in the store at 3am in the morning.

    This place is typical Denny's under the pandemic. The staff was limited but are working their butts off. I haven't seen the owner there since the pandemic. Maybe they just don't care but their employees do. Hint: Maybe reward them for loyalty at the age of switching jobs. Seeing the owner once in a while, can boost morale and give the customer confidence that you do care about the business you own and run. I would have given it a 2 but your employees that day with only two in the building a cook and the waitress added the extra star. Just because the choices are limited in that area, I could have driven to the Mid-Night dinner or took a trip to Concord. So Mr. Owner. Please give your staff the better pay and be there for the customers. Also your game machine on the right is rigged. The items are tightly packed. Thanks..

    What I wrote to Denny Customer Service Worst service we had in Denny Restaurant. I felt I was profiled and the waitress could care less about serving my brother and I. Saturday morning waiting for an hour for our food. The order was wrong, food undercooked and the restaurant was empty. The staff did not come over asking if every thing was all right nor did they say anything about the food taking so long. I generally don’t complain but this was 100% Unacceptable in any sense of the term. People at this restaurant should be fired. You need to do an audit and compliance check and bring this restaurant back to where customer service should or close the doors. I will never step foot in a Dennys ever again because of this experience. If your looking to lose customers send them to this Denny because that is where they excel

    This location is terrible in all aspects and has been for a long time. We have dined in multiple times over the years. The wait is awful and the place is dirty. Tried ordering for pick up today and it was supposed to be ready by 10:50AM. 30 minutes later I asked the front desk lady and I was told "5 more minutes". I saw multiple parties walking out. It was probably closer to 1 hour and I asked her again, she called the manager. It was a very rude man that came over and said you have the option to cancel it. He said my ticket could not skip the line and walked away. A long time later someone came and said there were no crepes or red skin tomatoes and I would get pancakes and hashbrowns. 90 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, I asked for the manager and I told him if there was a line for the tickets, why 3 big tables that came after me were already eating. He said there is no proof of that. I had lost all patience by that time and raised my voice. I was handled my food and walked out with a very hungry kid. Got home and realized I was not given the toast or an overhard egg plate. There is no point in calling because they do not answer the phone. My problem is the lies and the fact that no one ever said sorry. I feel so bad for all those people with young kids and elderly that are told there will be a 5-10 minutes wait.

    Would have been a five if we had gotten the pleasure of a good server. I understand being short staffed as a restaurant GM, however if you don't like your job don't work there!! The lady that was our server made us feel like an inconvenience. Like we were somehow ruining her day. We know what we wanted, were courteous, when we asked for refills on our coffee she brought us old cold coffee from a carafe in the back. We had to ask multiple times for those refills, she didn't move with any sort of purpose or sense of urgency at all from her or her daughter who also works there. The food was good!! Kudos to the cooks whomever they are. Those strawberry pancake puppies are to die for, cooked perfectly!! The crepes, again delicious!! The only complaint with the food was the omelette could have been done better. So note to management, kitchen is doing great for the most part, however that servers attitude and lack of any sort of remorse, or urgency, or even consideration was utterly appalling!!

    I’m ONLY giving 5 stars because of the only server and the one cook that was in the back. The server was amazing and she kept a wonderful attitude while being bombarded by orders. Dennys corporate, I’m looking at you, you need to do better. Thank you so much to the wonderful server, and the food was good as well.

    Some of the worst service I had in a while. Only manager and one server was working. I understand that; because they are very slow. It took to long for them to take my order and for me to get my order. Server never came to check on us after we got our food. My wife and my eggs were cooked wrong. Wanted to complain, but like I said the server never came back. Only me and another quest was eating inside. The server was was taking to go orders and the call in order. The manager was no where to be found. We get up to pay for our meal which I thought I shouldn't pay full price for. The showed be up and started getting on the server. The server told her, that she was trying to do everything. The told her she was outside smoking a cigarette. All she had to do was call her cell phone. A cigarette is more important than the customer SMH!

    Food was slightly warm, sons was wasn’t delivered until I was done eating, had to ask for every refill. Server never check on us we had to flag her down and ask for anything we needed. Server walked past our table regularly and she refused to ask if we needed anything. Even to pay the bill we had to find her to get the check.server stacia

    Bourbon bacon burger... delicious! Great service... Tara is a delight and made sure all orders were good to go. I dined in and enjoyed a quiet space that was mostly empty. Food was hot and good.

    Nice place. Although attentive to rectify issues, tabletops are needing to be wiped and clean properly and floors under tables and surrounding areas are in need of sweeping. Ordered food takes a long time to be prepared and served, all the whole servers aren’t attentive to help with refills etc… we have to get their attention.

    It was great! It was not crowded at all, probably five tables had customers. We ordered the breakfast skillet and the only problem was that they did not have the chorizo, so we substituted with breakfast links. It was hot and made just right. The waitress was extremely polite and took very good care of our table. I would give it a five star except that we also ordered the child corn dogs and they were out of that also.

    Arrived at 10:30pm...was told to seat ourselves by the "manager". After watching our "waitress" gab it up with her current table she looks over at us turns to the manager and says "How did they get there" (mind you we looked right at her and smiled when we came in). She proceeded to talk with the manager telling him "I'm not staying and we said we were closing"... the manager said "yes in an hour"... so she turns and says to us... "we're closing in 30 mins." I didn't feel like arguing that the door and google say 24 hours and the attitude and service of employees was horrible. I was hoping to have the fun late night experience i remember but it's clear that Dennys is a low budget dirty diner at best now but back when I was growing up it was a fun late night restaurant with upbeat staff and clean establishments. No longer...and I will never bother again with them.

    Had a long drive ahead of me and went looking for a place to eat before heading off to Louisville Ky. Was surprised to find a 24 hour Denny's. Dedrick and his team have a very clean store, and Tracy, my waitress was just as friendly as he was. Enjoyed my good and my visit! I would surely stop my next time through. Thank you Folks!
