This was my first trip to a Hornets game in a while. I brought two of my sons and we had a great time. There was lots to choose from in concessions and the lines moved quickly because of several self-service tablets to order from at each location. There were several entrances and we got in quickly. They opened the doors an hour and fifteen minutes before tipoff. There was a large Team Store on the bottom floor and several kiosks throughout the arena where you could find souvenirs. We were on the front row of the upper section, above the box/club seating, and I thought our views of the game were great. The tickets were much cheaper than lower level seating but since we were at the bottom of the upper level I enjoyed our spot. It doesn't appear there's a bad seat in the arena, though. We stayed at the Holiday Inn City Center and were only a block away. The hotel had a parking deck as well so we paid once to park while we were there and walked everywhere. Very convenient. We'll be back!

Tremendous facility for a concert. Saw Genesis there last night and i was impressed with the cleanliness, and layout of the place. The acoustics were great and it was just a top notch experience all the way! I will definitely be back in the future for a concert. The only knock was the small restroom facilities on the 1st level.

Date night with the wifey. Went to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and what a performance it was. This was our first time catching this groups performance and we was not disappointed at all. If you enjoy their music then I highly recommend that you catch one of their live shows when they are in your area. Trust me you will not be disappointed. The music was great but their light show performance is simply an amazing work of art.

Was here in March of 2019 for Pink's Beautiful Trauma World Tour. We really enjoyed the show and the venue. It was easy to get to both before and after the show. Entry was not hard and it flowed smoothly. Concessions for food, drinks, and merchandise moved as well as could be expected. The sets were as comfortable as you will find in an arena. They were not great - they did not suck. Unfortunately, our seats were waaaay back but we still enjoyed the show. Even that far away the sound was good.

Love Spectrum Center. I live very close to this location and I have been attending a lot of events and concerts here; my great memories and moments are in the Spectrum. From the outside you can take the light rail or parking close to it, Uber is another option. Food and drinks are served insight. Use comfortable clothes, don't bring too many things to avoid deep check in the security gate. Lastly, they are not selling tickets in the front anymore, everything is online.

My husband and I went to the Spectrum Center for the first time on March 25, 2022 for the Utah Jazz and Charlotte Hornets game. It was amazing! The arena is built so well and the attendants were energetic and sweet! We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and will be back!

Attended the New Edition Culture Tour concert in April 2022 and it was a great experience. Considering the volume of people, security and box office people did a great job and getting people through the metal detectors and ticket scanner quickly. It helps if you don’t bring a purse or a very small one. A lot of the hold up getting thru security were people with larger purses who were turned around. Didn’t use the restrooms while there but there seemed to be a lot of them. Also had tons of concessions opened for food and beverage purchases.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a Blink-182 concert at the renowned Spectrum Center, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The Spectrum Center truly exemplifies what a top-notch concert venue should be, combining exceptional facilities, a professional atmosphere, and an overall delightful experience for all attendees. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the venue was truly commendable. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with immaculate surroundings. The entire facility was spotless, from the well-maintained restrooms to the pristine seating areas. It was evident that the Spectrum Center staff takes great pride in upholding high standards of cleanliness, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all concertgoers. The professionalism exhibited by the Spectrum Center staff was second to none. From the friendly and helpful ushers to the security personnel, everyone seemed genuinely dedicated to providing a seamless and safe experience for the audience. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service was evident throughout the event, making me feel both welcome and valued as a concert attendee. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the efficiency of the venue's operations. Despite hosting a significant number of attendees, the staff ensured that everything ran smoothly, from ticket scanning and entry to concessions and merchandise stands. The organization and coordination were truly commendable, allowing me to focus solely on enjoying the concert without any unnecessary hassle or inconvenience. Moreover, the sound and acoustics within the Spectrum Center were exceptional. The venue's design appeared to be optimized for optimal audio distribution, ensuring that every note and lyric resonated beautifully throughout the space. This attention to detail greatly enhanced the overall concert experience, immersing the audience in a world of music that was both vibrant and captivating. The Spectrum Center's commitment to providing a safe and secure environment was also notable. The venue boasted excellent crowd control measures, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and protected. From well-trained security personnel to clearly marked emergency exits, I felt confident in the venue's ability to prioritize the safety and well-being of all attendees. In conclusion, my experience at the Spectrum Center for the Blink-182 concert was truly exceptional. The venue's cleanliness, professionalism, well-coordinated operations, remarkable sound quality, and commitment to safety made it an outstanding concert destination. If you're looking for a top-tier venue to experience live music, I wholeheartedly recommend the Spectrum Center. It undoubtedly sets the standard for concert venues, ensuring an unforgettable and delightful experience for music lovers of all genres.

Great place to have a good time,, the only thing that I didn't like was that the space between seats is too stretch and dark to walk if you need to use the restroom..but other than that is fine

The venue was easy to get in and out of, especially if you are staying downtown. Tons of hotels, bars, restaurants nearby. The seating in the 200 level is a little cramped, and man is it steep!

The Spectrum Center’s a beautiful venue with friendly and welcoming staff. The arena was clean and the seats were comfortable. I took the LYNX light rail and arrived about thirty minutes before doors opened with no troubles getting inside. Overall, a wonderful and fun experience!

Had a great time watching the Iowa/VTech women's game. Kaitlin Clark is must watch basketball. Spectrum center is a great venue and not a bad seat in the house. Be warned, they are a cashless venue.

I love to be able to have an indoor arena like Spectrum Center. My only complaint is the seats are very steep in the upper levels. Not sure what went on at the Pink concert but they locked everyone out so the lines were wrapped around for blocks. We missed the opening act (as did 90% of other ticket holders).

My husband and I went to a concert for my birthday and had a ball!!! We ate before we left and I'm glad we did because as you can expect the price for food and drinks were through the roof high! One bottle of water was $5! Other than that great place Covid precautions were in place we took off mask to take pic😁
