The room was extremely dirty, blood on the curtains and big food particles and mildew in the dish washer. Really only good thing was the water pressure in shower if you over looked the fact your standing in your water as it didn't drain very good. Overall I would never stay here again and will never recommend anyone to stay.

I ended up paying more than 200 for this room and It feels like a $30/night motel. It feels/looks unclean and while the room we stay in is spacious it does not make up for the condition of it. There was a hole in the ceiling in the shower with mold around it. Not pictured is the liquid stains on the couch. The entire hotel smells like can roach spray. 🤢 They have an indoor pool but ventilation seems poor and the chemical smell is very strong. Make sure to bring your own body care products because the ones they have are super tiny and not good. I wouldn't stay here again nor do I recommend it. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because it's close to restaurants.

Came in and the man at the desk asked what I would prefer and I simply said is there any rooms available on the first floor avaliable. He was very awesome and stated that he could makes something work we got an upgrade room on the first floor very nice and spacious and enough room for my man to have his area for work and me to go in to a separate room to chill. It's nice and clean and cozy so thankful. Thank you Parimal you're awesome.

We stayed in 206. That unit has a terrible noise from the fridge .It did not let my wife and I sleep. We stayed over for a gymnastic meet on 2/20/22. The beds were terrible. My wife and I did not sleep well. As far as cleanliness, The place was clean. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy, waffle, bread slices and other pastries.

This was my first visit and because of the name and price I assumed it was going to be a more up to date suite/hotel. The elevators were old based on the squeaking of the doors and no air conditioning. Also, the pictures online for the gym were completely different from the three machines in small quarters that were provided. The shower pressure was very light. Overall the experience was nice. The staff was very friendly. I was able to check in early thanks to the front desk rep, he was funny and extremely nice, so I could decorate the room for my daughter. The breakfast layout was nice and I love how they provided fresh lemon-water right up front.

First of all if I had to rate my issues with this place in order my 1st would be the fact that I was charged on the 16th-$218.37 for the room and then -$50.00 at check in and noticed it that evening when I happened to look at my account. Then that morning, of the 17th, there was a pending $168.37 on my account, then the 18th -$168.37. I contacted them and sent them screenshots of my account they sent me a copy of the same copy I have, which shows one payment of -$168.37 but my account says otherwise and I showed the manager this before I left and was told they would take care of it and it would take a couple of days to be returned well honest it didn't take a couple of days for them to take this money out so why haven't I received my $$. Upon entering the hotel their was a smell of mildewy or stale water, and it was very outdated and needed a lot of work.

Pros: friendly staff, nice breakfast, close to our venue. Cons: Smelled like roach or bug spray VERY strongly, no vegetarian breakfast options other than banana apple and orange, common areas were very dirty. All in all, just ok, not worth the price

Our room was very clean. We stayed in Room 110 for a night. The bed and pillows are super comfy. It was a king sized bed and it was so nice. The bathroom had a walk in shower. It was pretty spacious. They provided white clean towels, hand towels and face cloths too. They provided shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There was a fridge, coffee pot which we did not use. The breakfast was excellent. It was very warm. There was a very good variety. The attendant that prepared the meals was very nice. Her name was Shirley. She even made my waffle. And served me the syrup. I found her to be very delightful. They also have lemon water in a dispenser in the lobby 24/7 which I was very happy for because I forgot my water bottle. I recommend this location. I hope this helps someone looking for an affordable and clean accommodation.

I had called prior to make sure room would be available, gentlemen said no problem. Once got to hotel I was greeted very well. Went to room and it was downhill from there. Room had a foul odor to it, opened curtains right above cooling unit it was mold. Spots on the walls like food had been thrown around. Carpet unraveling by door way which could make for a person to easily trip. Bathroom spacious loooked in the tub and it look like it hadn't been washed out. No complimentary soaps. The final kicker was sitting on the love seat that pulled out into a bed and on the wall was a ROACH!!!!yes a roach. Well it's time to go. My stay was for an emergency family visit but for $181.70 I will never ever go to a comfort suites again, you have taught me a lesson. I would love a refund of at least half if not all of my good earned money. Oh. The breakfast yes free or included in the $181.70 the lady cooking breakfast walked in 30min. To opening the door to the dinning room. eggs had water in the bottom, sausage looked like it was just zapped in Microwave not brown at all. Can't go wrong with the waffles cause you cooked them yourself. Like I said I learned my lesson, never a again. .

Hotels in this area are usually absolutely garbage and trashy or super expensive. This was one of the cleanest smelling hotels I've stayed in. Price wasn't to bad either. Beds were above average. A/c worked great. Only downside was the windows in the rooms don't open

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very courteous. We even ended up booking an additional night in a different room but we were allowed to remain in our current room for ease and comfort! Super friendly and great location near several restaurants, within walking distance actually! We will definitely stay again!

Multiple items from my room went missing, my whole Paula's Choice skin care collection went missing which is about $130 worth. I reported it to the front desk and I asked for the manager Michael. He never called me, I had to call and leave messages on multiple occasions. Finally, 2 weeks later, I was able to talk to him and he just told me that he can not do anything for me. At the end, he accused me of lying. I was very disappointed how he handled the whole situation. Someone took my skin care collection and they did not care that the staff was stealing.

Cold, Cold, Cold Bering Sea Cold Showers, No Hot Water. Suppose to have plumbers coming today. Dealt with it since we checked in. Service and the Hotel is Very Nice. Just got to get the Hot water issue fixed.

I loved the large room and nice mattress. The microwave did not work and there needs to be a light in the kitchenette area. A lot of the electrical plugs did not work. I tried three plugs before I could charge my phone. I still give a rating of 9. I would stay again.

We stayed here for the Renaissance Festival. The room was clean and well maintained! Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful. Noah, the front desk night clerk was exceptionally amazing! He went above and beyond and was super helpful in anything we asked. Even when we were all frustrated with the parking issues with the car show and a semi truck parked in the lot. Thank you so much to him! We stayed in suites which were all very nice.

The hotel AC is outdated the hallway was hot. We got a suite and the AC was directly by the sofa bed and the room area was the hottest of the room. The person sleeping in the sofa bed will have to sleep with 2 blanket. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and I had to fold a few blanket so I could not feel the bars of the frame and springs of the matress pad. The beds in the room were good and the size of the room for 5 people is ok. The Breakfast was not great. Eggs were cold, at 9:30 am there was no bacon already. The lady in the Breakfast area was rude and when we asked for assistance she gave us an attitude. I even told her it was our 1st time in this hotel. The rest of the staff were nice even the housekeeping staff was very amable. The area were the hotel is located is closer to Concord Mills and the Charlotte Speedway.

The rooms met more than our expectations and they were very clean. Hats off to Darmary who didn't hesitate to give us another room when ours wasn't ready👏🏾🙌🏾👍🏾. Nothing like good customer service!! I was going to stay at this hotel for a family reunion. This place is a dump. The couch in our room looked like someone had left body fluids all over it and the curtains too. Roaches were in and. on the telephone and crawling everywhere. They had to refund my entire stay. Please be aware of this nasty hotel. Thanks to the front desk clerk Yazzy, because she did everything to accommodate my husband and me.

This hotel is in a good location. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and kind. The lady in the cafe was nice and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered hot breakfast in a sit down area with yummy waffles. They had other hot items too like sausage, eggs, cold cereal etc. Our top floor suite was clean and on a quiet floor. Some areas could use an update as I saw rusty pool doors and tearing/faded hotel signs. Our room door wall stop feel off and there was a big hole in the wall. Overall a pretty good hotel with amenities like fitness room and swimming pool. I'd stay here again!

We were part of a family group gathering for a wedding, occupying ten rooms and renting the conference room. The entire hotel is very clean, the beds are amazingly comfortable and the staff members were awesome. Traci, from the office, smoothly handled the reservation request; Yazzy, at the front desk, was super helpful in getting us all checked in and Shirley, in the breakfast room, made us feel like we were guests in her home. You will truly love your stay here!!!!
