Hands down the best starbucks! The staff here are sooooo sweet, helpful fun and kind. The service can get a little backed up during the busier hrs of day in comparison to some of the lower traffic locations nearby- but this is a very busy/prime location so it is what it is there. I have 3 locations that are closer to me than this one, but for the service i will always come here!

My family and I were in Charlotte NC for the Aggie/Eagle Classic football game and decided to stop by Starbucks to purchase a few drinks. We were enjoying our drinks on the patio when my mother fell ill and need immediate medical attention. We were so blessed that we were at this location where Sarah work. Sarah showed us so much compassion and support during this difficult time. She made sure we were all ok as the medics worked with my mother. I’m happy to report that my mother is doing well. We returned to the store today to say thank you again to Sarah (see attached photo). Sarah you are a rockstar and Starbucks is lucky to have you!

The team here is so friendly and helpful. For it to be so early and them to be so on it, I was so encouraged and felt like it jump started my day getting to meet them!

Regular city Starbucks, tight, medium clean, nothing special in food or coffee, toilet has a code lock.

Sarah has BEYOND excellent customer service…The drinks are a little messy (We started drinking before We were out the door!🤣) Sarah knows exactly how to make the drinks (Especially mine😃👌) and she even helped me to find my type of drink as a first timer in under A MINUTE!! 15/10 SARAH🫶‼️🙌Environment overall is very warm and welcoming I instantly felt welcomed when I came in and its very clean!! Definitely would recommend.

Coffee came out quickly but the girl making the food chose to keep 8 customers waiting instead of bring the food over as it was done. Finally she brings over the food and mine was wrong which I discovered when I got back to the hotel.

This was the only location I was able to find the Been Here mugs in the city. They carried both the North Carolina and the Charlotte mugs. Was fairly busy in the afternoon on a weekday with office workers picking up coffees.

The bathroom is filthy, and the tables aren't wiped regularly. Staff is kind and the food is good, but maybe they need a kid who just cleans up for them.

A quick coffee and breakfast item before heading to a Christmas Craft show. Beware of street closures if you are dropped off. Our driver couldn't easily find their way back to get us. Unfortunately for us waiting we had to go out in the cold and rainy weather...and walk around a bit trying to figure out where we could meet. 🙃

Nice location for a meeting in Uptown Charlotte — especially if you are having a midday meeting with anyone who works in the surrounding corporate buildings — seating can be limited. Mobile ordering is an option. The wait has lessened with the “pick-up” only location on Tryon Street a few blocks over.

First, the Starbucks staff and service was exceptional and very helpful. I would give this a 5 star rating. However, the experience I had this past Mother's Day outside this Starbucks was horrific and when I sent a concerned comment to Starbucks online that same day, the person who replied clearly had no idea what I was talking about. He/she replied back with apologies on my drink order? What? That wasn't even my concern. My husband and I drove to Charlotte on Mother's Day to go to the Mint Museum to see the Picasso exhibit. First time to Charlotte. We had a nice drive, brought a picnic breakfast, sat in the nearby park, went to the museum. Had a GREAT time! Before we went to the museum, we went to this Starbucks for a coffee and noticed two homeless, dirty men sitting at one of the tables, minding their own business. I really didn't think anything of this at the time. After the museum (2 hours later), we decided to go back to this Starbucks to get a coffee before we drove home. We saw the same two men sitting at the same table. My husband and I both thought this was weird. Why wasn't any of the staff taking care of this? Why were they letting those men sit there? It was a weird scene. Anyways as we were just about to walk in, a homeless, dirty man came walking out and spat on me. Thankfully it was mostly on the ground but I did get some on my sweater. I was completely shocked. My husband started yelling at him and they both said some words to each other. There were several bystanders who saw this happen too. I quickly went into the store, used the bathroom to cleaned up. The staff were very helpful and apologetic to me. That was appreciated. I personally will NEVER go into that Starbucks again until they clean up the outside and needless to say my experience to Charlotte (first time) was not the best one. Will I go back to Charlotte again? Maybe but never to this store.

Visited on our way to the illusion museum. Got in and out quickly and the service was very good. Coffee was excellent as well.

Google asked me to rate this place, so I do. It's a Starbucks. Not much to add :) fast and efficient, coffee is Starbucks quality, and the staff is nice.

The staff are pleasant, professional, and efficient. I look forward to saying hello each morning/afternoon/evening when getting my coffee. My only problem is the availability of dark roast coffee, but that seems to be a universal Starbucks issue handled through corporate. It appears that Dark Roast is not available after a certain time but that time is unknown. The app will always allow you to place an order for dark roast, but when I pick up the coffee it's not dark roast. Sorry, but a "pour over" is not the same nor does it have the same taste. Pike Roast is the alternative but not that level of coffee I need. Hope they start offering dark roast later in the day instead of just early am.

Overpriced coffee. If I'm gonna get coffee I can easily just buy it from the grocery store. I would recommend just finding your local Whole Foods and buying coffee there 💯

Grabbed coffee here several times. Always busy (at least when I've been there), and it's the typical Starbucks slow. Good amount of seating inside.

There are plenty of Starbucks locations in uptown Charlotte, but this one specifically has to be my favorite. They have patio seating, even more indoor seating, and the staff is always so sweet and helpful. Today was my first visit here and definitely not my last, highly recommended!
