    One star is too generous. I was ignored in the drive thru line and ignored when I went inside. The cashier didn’t tell the other staff the orders, so customers had to repeat themselves to the other staff. Two people in front of me had messed up orders. The lady doing the ice cream couldn’t figure out how to make a simple milkshake and moved slower than I’ve ever seen anyone move before. I just left. Short staffed wasn’t the issue- there were plenty of people working, they’re just all incompetent, lazy and rude. Y’all won’t be seeing me ever again.

    Can you guys please get the light skinned girl with the scowl that took over today at 7:15am off the drive thru window? I have never met anyone with ZERO customer service skills. She doesn’t ever say anything when you pull up not “how you’re doing” no “it’s this much” or tell you how much it is - just sticks her hand out for your money or card and never says thank you at all. She hands your food back to you with out saying anything and doesn’t even say good bye or have a nice day. But she does speak to her co workers so I know she’s not mute. She has done that the past few times when I pull up so I’m going to stop going there. I thought she first did it the first time I saw her because she was new and nervous, but she’s done it past few times - so it’s just how she is. Everyone else there is amazing. The guys are super cheerful and friendly - the awesome ladies with the colored hair are all nice. Except her. Please have her do storage or stocking - because she has horrible horrible customer service skills like zero. This is a service industry and she is at the fore front of your store and reputation, please have a chat with the lady. Thanks so much - love all you guys there except her, she is so cold and rude and no manners!

    On today’s date, it took the girls 3 & half times to get our simple coffee & hash browns order ready!! In there defense they were having fun at work, however a little focus won’t hurt anybody. If they can put same energy it would actually get done right, it shouldn’t take 20 minutes for coffee.

    It's a shame that I ordered 2 strawberry icing with sprinkles in my assortment and this is what they give to you.. lol what a nightmare, like their customer service 🤣

    The food is usually good. This location appears to need a technical upgrade. Short-staffed in the evening, register crashed by scanning my app for payment. Not their fault, but the app is very inconsistent. After the long wait, my smoothie was melted & flat.

    DO NOT EAT HERE I USE TO WORK HERE THERES ROACHES EVERYWHERE EVEN IN PEOPLE DRINK AND ICE CREAM THEY STEAL MONEY FROM THE EMPLOYEES CHECK AND BLAME IT ON TAXES LIKE WE DUMB OR SOMETHING THEY DONT LET US KEEP TIPS EITHER THEY STEAL MONEY FROM THE STORE AND WONT GIVE THE EMPLOYEES THERE W2 BC THEY KNOW THEY TAKEN MONEY FROM OUR CHECKS THEY DONT LIKE TO GIVE EMPLOYEES THERE LAST CHECK EITHER

    I love this place. Came here multiple times a week for months while I lived in uptown not even a minute away! As you can see, the Strawberry Dragonfruit strawberry refresher was my favorite and the popping bubbles were amazing until they got rid of them.💔

    Asked for a customize sandwich and was given an plain sandwich , and I seat in the place and stuffed my face one of the little girls yeahs out sorry unfortunately own lobby is closed and can u please leave it 6pm the store doesn’t close until 8 me and the other people in the store looking at each others people we are paying customers, who does the hiring just straight up rude

    I have visited this location 3 times since relocating. I never had an issue with this business until I visited this location. My 1st encounter was last Friday 8/11. The person in drive thru was not nice taking the order at all. I continued on with my order because I had not had dd in years. When I did get my food my croissant was thrown together and was falling apart and the croissant was hard. I did not make a complaint at all, I let it be but when I came the 2nd time on yesterday 8/14 it was a repeat of what happened on Friday. The only difference was my hasbrowns was extremely hard but the croissant was thrown together yet again and was hard. The only thing I consumed was my coffee. I called numerous times and was not able to get anyone over the phone. 3rd time was today 8/15. My croissant was not thrown together today, but it was hard(not as hard as the ones from last Friday and yesterday). The hash browns was better but the lady on the speaker was not customer friendly nor was the lady at the window. I asked for mayo when ordering yesterday (still didn’t receive) and today twice. I think the lady was being funny because she gave me wayyy to many mayo packs for one croissant. I then proceeded to ask her for a cup of ice and because I asked for mayo pack the lady told her no she would have to charge me for a cup of ice. When I submitted my payment nor was the ice charged and the lady at the window just handed me my food w/o saying anything. Same young lady from yesterday. Now on yesterday they left out my hash browns and the young lady looked at me like I was lying. I begin to show her my bag and she just turned away and yelled At someone that I’m missing my hash browns and then came back to the window and handed them to me w/o putting my them in a bag and w/o saying anything. Today was my last day coming to this establishment with all the rude ppl here.

    Just rude and indifferent. The girl behind the counter acted like she didn't want to answer any questions. She quoted me hazelnut when reading back my coffee order and I nicely restated "toasted almond" and she said, "yes, I know". ...Well, apparently not. I also saw the loaded hashbrowns and decided to place another order. I was asking about the jalapeno and the cheese. I said I'd like no jalapenos. All she said very confused like was "you can't". I then was confused. I had to do the clarifying. Asking to find out what she meant. Finally. I realized she was saying no jalapeno meant no cheese.... it's in the cheese. Uggg.... I said nevermind. Next thing I hear while waiting on coffee was her kindly chat up the officer inside and very friendly-like greet a male customer by name that had walked in. Guess I need to be a regular to be treated with basic kindness and not like I was annoying her morning.

    During the week crew is top notch but the weekend crew, I waited from 7:39 to 8:07 just to get a matcha latte with only 3 cars infront of me that is unacceptable and the worker made 3 drinks for the people behind me before they made mine and even an ice cream cone that would probably be melted by the time the person got it! Just go during the week bc the weekend crew is impossible!

    I ordered 2 large caramel craze when I was handed my cup I noticed that it felt so light I opened the lid and realized it was fild half way and I wasn't given any Carmel or whipped cream when I asked the cashier he said he would ask they came back not adding more coffee but instead adding whipped cream will not be going back.

    Dunkin Donuts always has a wonderful donut and a great little breakfast treat. And this location also has a variety of great options. However they had started a self checkout and I find it to be a lot of trouble, but I can tell that our economy has hit them and they only had one person running both the window and the counter that I could see. So I guess self-checking yourself saves them one employee, and let's face it sometimes you get people that can't make a decision and it takes a lot longer than if they are forced to make a decision on a machine. The place look clean but the service really needs to improve. I must say that the girl who was behind the counter even though she was solo she was cheerful and pleasant.

    I was eager to give a shout-out to this Dunkin'! We have been dealing with challenging attitudes and service in Mooresville and I sat in this Dunkin' for about 2 hours and was pleased to see and hear cooperation and good attitudes. It was a delight to see this going on in downtown Charlotte! 👍😎

    Attitudes of these little girls are horrible little girl shook my donut holes before handing them to me and looked at me as If to say "screw you!" (With a smirk) she was upset because she forgot to correctly fill my order!!! Really I can not make this up! Brown skinned employee with blonde weave the worst employee you got although last time it was a fair skinned little girl who was horrible please fire these ladies they hate it there!!!

    This store has a racist white lady named Kathy or Katey tried to charge me a dollar for a small cup of ice water when I spent over 5.00 for a sandwich. I was treated like a homeless begged in my Security uniform obviously on my way to work. The owners are a joke, customer service is a joke. I called about my encounter and how nasty I was treated actually walking away from the situation was told I would recieve a call back. Thanks to the Dunkin by North lake .35 is a reasonable charge for water especially to a paying customer. Even the customer service operator said they weren't charging the right price. I hope that Hepher gets fired and chain closed!

    Stopped at this Dunkin because I was uptown for an appt. The 2 guys that helped me in the drive thru were so kind and one had a smile on my face in a minute. While I was not having a good day they certainly turned it around. Bravo! As far as the food I ordered an Egg and cheese English muffin sandwich and the English muffin was not even cooked so I would give less stars for the food, but the customer service was great.

    Horrible customer service! My fiancé and I were in line for a while and weren’t even acknowledged but the employees - There were 5 employees. And this lady had enough time to be on her phone and make herself a beverage, but wouldn’t even take our offer. Whoever is the manager at this location: make sure you train them properly or let them go.

    I love Dunkin’. I’ve been going to Dunkin my whole life. This one is always slow no matter how many cars are in the drive through. My coffee never comes out right either. This will be my last time going to this one now that the one on Wilkinson blvd. opened. They have much better service too.

    This is a shout out to your employee, Hayley. I came on Thursday in the morning and they were semi busy. In the store, I asked for a dozen assorted donuts and Hayley asked if I wanted to pick them out. I told her I'd prefer it but I know they're busy. She assured me that she is here to work and that her job is to pick out donuts so I wouldn't be causing any trouble. She was upbeat, engaging, and fast. Thank you!
