They are very rude here at the south boulevard location. I am a pregnant woman who was on my lunch break. I typically love this company but I walked in today and attempted to place an order, I was not greeted at all, a black girl and a white woman were working the front of the store one was mopping the entire store and another bagging orders for customers which I understand. Me and another gentleman waited patiently in line for someone to take our order for close to 5 minutes, eventually after being patient I asked if anyone was able to take my order. Mind you the black girl is literally just mopping the floor she tells me she’ll get to me when she’s done. The white lady tells me I could have just ordered online if I didn’t want to wait. I just walked out hungry and disappointed because all they needed to do was be more polite and kind. Bagging orders for other customers is worth being patient but cleaning and mopping when you have a line is rude, disrespectful and bad for business. I was so offended I couldn’t even speak I just walked out. I needed to leave this review so I could ensure this type of behavior isn’t common place here and hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. The date is November 30th 2021, time was about 1:30pm, I am 30 weeks pregnant. And still hungry and disappointed as I’m typing this. Will definitely never be back. I won’t give this place another chance to disappoint me like this again. Respect people’s patience and time!

I had the farmhouse bagel and it was amazing! The cheese bagel itself was soft and tasty and I loved the addition of the smear on the farmhouse. I also loved the cheesy hashbrown. Service was fairly quick and parking was a breeze. The only con was the dining room and drink area seemed like it needed more regular cleaning which i am sure has to do with being short staffed like everywhere else. We took our food to go but had we had time I would have been fine sitting on the patio.

Pictures of this nearly $7 bagel should say it all. Relatively friendly staff and quick service but the bagels are strangely chewy and the food is just gross. Between this ‘bagel’ and a small iced coffee I spent the same $11 I spend at Starbucks on a breakfast sandwich and venti coffee. Needless to say I will not be eating here again

Awesome food and great location. Ambiance was good. Bagels were fresh and shmear was delicious. Parking is also available behind the store. Will be back for more!!

No egg on my bacon, egg and cheese.. cheese wasn’t even attempted to be melted. Just not great, will be going further down to the other bagel shop from now on. I know workers are difficult to come by but they could at least pretend they didn’t want to be anywhere but there

The bagel was amazing. Its best to call your order in. If you want unique bagels..I got a plain bagel that she added cinnamon and surger to the top of it. They was out of alot of bagels. The two young ladies completed my order. It is 3.08 in the afternoon. Thank you for the amazing bagel

Good bagel and coffee! I had the All Nighter with swiss cheese. Felt there should be more ingredients for a more filling bagel to be called an all nighter, but it wastn bad. Just the wrong name for it. ;)

Used to love Einstein bagels in the Chicagoland area but a lot of them are no longer there. This particular facility needed a deep clean and clearly wasn’t taken care of. The coffee was not hot and the sandwich was cold. Not the best representation of the brand.

This is a small bagel shop with the option to eat in or outside the shop. The employees are very friendly and really prepare a tasty bagel sandwich, or just a bagel option. You can purchase muffins, coffee, drinks and water as well. They are competitively priced and the food is nice and fresh. I will continue to frequent this Einstein Bros. Bagels.. it is definitely worth the walk or ride.

It’s so good I ate it all before I could take a picture! I ordered the Nova Lox bagel which was so good I tried the applewood bacon and cheddar egg bagel, lemonade and coffee. All were perfect, thanks for a great breakfast

Dirty inside and out. Completely unprofessional and inattentive staff who spent more time hitting and laughing at eachother then serving customers. Should not take 10 minutes to get a bagel with just one other customer in the store, also complaining about the wait time. Edit: probably not best practice to lift your shirt up and scratch your back with bare hands in front of food and customers.

This location is near my work, and even when it's swamped, I still feel like the line moves fast and I get to work on time. I feel the staff gives great hospitality. The morning crew seem great! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is available in its own lot in the back of the building. And there are 3 entrances/exits, 2 on south Blvd and one on Rensselaer. There are 2 handicap/wheelchair parking spots under the awning in the front. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Horrible experience and beware of the way catering orders are handled and use of words by their general manager for their own employees and customers. We ordered bagels and coffee and all bagels were in one bag mixed with sesame and everything and must be made coffee well in advance so it was cold within 30 minutes when i called to give feedback and be careful for our next order after few days denied each and every feedback and contradict each and every statement by their manager. We end up cancelling our order and called to confirm and took no ownership neither provided details on how to get refund and simply asked to email which has happened 2 times with not a single reply or follow up. Very disappointing experience and compare to other bagel very unprofessional and very unorganized way of delivery

Very little to eat for vegans. While many other similar places have long since started offering vegan sausages and meats, Einsteins doesn't even carry any dairy-free cream cheese. So I ordered an avocado toast, and the avocado was very under-ripe and hard. Good service though, friendly and welcoming staff.

Stopped here during my visit to Charlotte for a quick bit, wasn't too impressed, bagels were on the softer side and lacked texture. The service is fast and friendly. The coffee was tasty and they offered different roast.

Incredibly overpriced. Were out of 90% of their bagel selections before noon. My sandwich wouldn't hold together and completely fell apart when I bit into it. Worse, the restaurant was horrendously dirty and trash was overflowing. At $30 for two bagel sandwiches with two drinks, I won't be back.

We had a great breakfast here, on New Year’s day. it was busy but the line moved quickly. Our order was perfect. We ordered the chorizo burrito, green chilies, spinach, and jalapeños bagels. we had two for lunch later, and even after warming them up, they were still fresh, chewy and flavorful.

This is a great location. They need a larger restaurant for peak business hours. The digital orders were off the chain. Our order was great once we finally got it

Run by children, the store is always in complete chaos whenever I walk in. 35 minutes to get a toasted bagel because these guys don’t know how to prioritize and be efficient. Forget it, just give me my cup so I can go get my coffee – I know you won’t screw that up…

Every time I go to this establishment it is amazing. Food is 💯, Service is beyond outstanding, atmosphere is spit on. I have tried a good bit of the menu and still haven't been close to not enjoying the entire meal. The employees are extremely sweet, patient, helpful, and ready to serve. I recommend this amazing location to anyone and everyone that loves good service, good food, and an amazing breakfast and lunch experience. South Blvd. Location

We go here frequently on weekends, because it is hard to find “real” bagels in the area (although it is getting easier in the time we’ve lived here). The ordering/payment/food prep could use a logistics reboot. It just feels disorganized and the wait can be long—yet we all wait in some sort of muddle. Just chill, and all is good. It’s the weekend. To the management’s credit, it was responsive about adding planters to better protect patrons in the small parking lot. The salt bagels are yummy, the array of breakfast items look good (and the few I’ve tried taste good). The coffee is somewhere between good and excellent (unless you are especially discerning about coffee), usually very hot, and always free flowing—so you’ll have to ask/remind the staff to make fresh pots. The real opportunity here for more stars is for the mgmt to examine highly efficient kitchens in larger metropolitan areas and to take notes.

If you're an immigrant or POC, expect to be ignored, dismissed, and unwelcomed by their staff, which is ironic since their staff are mostly immigrant themselves. Came in today (12/18/21 at 12:30 p.m.) and the staff were just looking away and pretend to be busy would be doing something else such as wiping tables that are already clean. And once a staff member (host name Paula on the receipt) decided to take my order, they drag their feet and took forever to get my drink and food, it wasn't until a not POC customer came in that they got on their feet. No thank you, just shove your food an drink to you. Plus, they eye you up and down as if saying you don't belong in their establishment. Furthermore, one of the staff member's family members were there visiting and have the kids running around impeding the customers and staff is unapologetic as if the customer's presence there is an inconvenient to their family. gathering. Rude and disrespectful staff esp. to their own kind.

The staff are soooooo nice. Definitely going to eat here again. The farmhouse is one of there popular sandwiches.
