Ordered online and they completely messed my order. Both sandwiches which were supposed to be toasted were soggy. Also spent almost $10 on oatmeal raisin cookies alone and only recieved one cookie which was chocolate chip. Very upset. Poor kitchen staff go to the Southpark panera less than a mile away it is way better!

This is a very inconsistent location. I will discontinue patronizing them AGAIN. I placed an order online for the Pick Two. PB was out of my favorite sandwich so I then chose the Toasted Frontega Chicken Sandwich. I received a sandwich with about 3 really tiny pieces of chicken on it. It was mostly without chicken. Online they showed availability of my favorite soup, but when I arrived, they were out of the soup and also out of the Baguette. I then selected the chicken noodle soup that was mostly broth. I would certainly not have gone there knowing they didn’t have anything I really wanted and to receive such a poor meal to top it off. What a waste AGAIN.

Not sure how you can mess up a two item order but sure enough Panera Bread did. Soup and salad I did not get my soup a total $28 via doordash. Tighten up Panera Bread, I don't have money to waste!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered. My husband and I are Sip Club members and have been for over a year. We visit this location every morning. The staff and other patrons know us. However, this morning my husband and I were yelled at by a male staff member because he didn’t hear me say “good morning” when we asked for our coffee cups (because they hide the cups behind the counter). He then decided to tell the whole restaurant that my husband and I were stealing the coffee, even though he just watched us order our coffee through the self-service kiosks and we showed him our email confirmations of our coffee orders. This is not the first time this man or other employees have been rude to us or other customers. The coffee is almost always out of stock and pastries are stale. This location needs a lot of help.

I’m gonna be honest- I rarely get Panera, but when I’m in a bad mood or upset it is my comfort food. This location usually sees me in a bad mood picking up my food… I just walk in & walk out. Twice now a gentleman has been really kind to me & it really helped elevate my mood. He takes the moment to say have a good day & help me out when I’m a bit lost. I wish I knew his name, but he’s a younger guy and really tall. Shout out to him specifically for being nice to someone who probably looks upset & intimidating. The food is always prepared well with the correct portions, fresh taste, ready to go when I get the notification. Glad to have this place so close to me. Clean location as well.

Normally I don’t leave reviews, but this was bad. When I walked in, no employees were visible. Ordered at the kiosk, but it didn’t want to take my card. Again, no employee. After I got it to work, I waited until my name was called. Go to pick up my food, no employee. They had my bagel on the counter, but no coffee cup. With no employee visible, I had to walk behind the counter and get my own cup. I would say this was horrible service, but it was just no service.

Panera's food is always delicious that's why after a long hard day you pop in for a hot bowl of soup with the baguette. Yesterday was odd because Panera was not taking any cash at all. It just so happened that cash was all I had in my budget for food. I ended up having to go to PetSmart to get change for a $20 bill just so I could eat my dinner. Granted the cashier/server was amazing. News flash Panera, our society has not gone completely cashless, and until they do try to be somewhat accommodating with your customers who carry around cash still. There could be a very good reason why they have those strange green papers in their purses and pockets🤫

Everyone that I came in contact with was super friendly and the food was on point! The service that KC provided was memorable and I’ll definitely be back to this location. I got the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl, great quality and consistent to other locations I’ve been to. Thank you!

This place is TRASH and I’m shocked they’re still in business. I had a terrible experience here a few weeks ago and was given a $15 credit to make up for it. I gave it another shot for breakfast and showed up at 830am. Every SINGLE table was disgusting and not cleaned off, the one table with a power outlet has a totally loose power receptacle, and on top of that, NO ONE KNEW THEIR WIFI PASSWORD! Food was mediocre, coffee was gross. And the bathrooms smelled so awful you can smell them as you walk into the store. I’m officially never going to Panera ever again in my life.

I didn't read far enough down in the reviews to see that the manager (Ryan or Bryan?) is a bad example of Panera excellence. The Hispanic girl at the front desk who took my order had a beautiful personality and was kind and sweet. The manager was the DIRECT OPPOSITE. New management overhaul is badly needed here. Find another Panera Bread to frequent....... It was a headache paying a high price for decent food and receiving shabby service. I will never eat here again.

Came around 5:45 pm, ordered a salad with modifications. The salad was beautifully done, ready on time (mobile order) and the atmosphere , while busy, was calm. I also noticed a full staff, which has really been a challenge in food service from my observations, but dining room was very clean from what I saw, prepped for the dinner crowd…snapped a photo of this value wall which I haven’t noticed in other paneras. But I feel like tonight’s crew has hit these values. Well done.

You cannot use the excuse " lunch rush" be the reason you fail in quality. I should not have to move my lunch hour to 1 pm to get quality food. Today I received my Frontega Chicken with hardly any chicken on it.

A group of us ordered carryout totaling about $100. No silveware or napkins were provided, in the bags, food quite scarce and my mediterranian bowl that I order WITH extra avocados for $1.50 looked like this along with barely any chicken in a very clever very shallow bowl. I will not order from Panera again. Quality has gone way down hill

Panera food is usually very good. Wait time for our order was more than 30 minutes. Then they told me the item I ordered for my husband was not available. They said I could have a refund, but their ability to issue my refund was not available & I would have to wait a day or two to get the refund. I said ok & tried to order my husband a grilled cheese, but was told they couldn't expedite the order for me, even though we had been waiting for our original order for so long.

The staff was really kind. The food was terrible. This was my sandwich. I ordered the the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich without avocado. I paid for extra cheese and extra sauce. It seems to have neither, or any of the other ingredients listed. I also ordered plain Mac and cheese and got cold Mac and cheese with veggies in it. No thanks. Sad when the best part of a $20 meal is the Dr. Pepper.

So I ordered a whole Ceasar Salad and I got a chicken Chipotle sandwich. The croutons was stale and the sandwich was a joke. They gave me a small corner bread as a sandwich. They charged all that money for this mess.

Took them a solid 30 minutes to get my sandwich, seemed pretty back up. Pulled some charred remains of something from the oven while I was there. Least my sandwich was still good

  • 1/5 Sharon M. 1 year ago on Google
Wow waited a long time for Mac and cheese thebread is hard and on top of that they gave me a dirty spoon for my Mac and cheese too much playing around and talking. Was my first time will be my last. Nothing is organized back in the kitchen. And the guy was picking up random spoons to see which one was cleaner. Food safety issue.

Went there early morning at 7 to use one of my giftcards which was never used and I received as a birthday gift recently. They swiped the card and said there is no money on it. I said that’s impossible I’ve seen it when the card was purchased and the money was paid at the register at walmart. The manager insisted it’s invalid and bought from a 3rd party therefore it’s invalid. I’ve never heard anything like this before and I believe she didn’t want to do it manually like the instructions said or she didn’t know how to do it. Later on I called the 800 # of Panera to check balance and after I typed in the card # it showed me the balance of $15. I will never go to this location again because a manager who doesn’t know anything is running this Store.

I just want to give a huge shout out to the team at Panera in Cotswold for being so kind and thoughtful to my daughter last week. We purchased a smoothie and shortly after we left she dropped most of it on the sidewalk. With her in tears, we walked back to grab another straw and salvage what was remaining. The team caught on to what happened and offered to quickly replace the smoothie. A gesture that was certainly not expected but very much appreciated and one that totally made my 3 yr olds day. We both left with a smile. Thank you again!

I had a very bad experience at this particular Panera Bread and had vowed to myself never to go there again. The.new cashier didn't know.how to let me order "You Pick Two" and the manager was busy running the kitchen and wouldn't come out to sort it out in a timely manner! I later contacted their corporate customer service and got a very empathetic person who apologized and promised to take corrective action. So I'm changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

I eat at Panera a lot and the Sharon Amity location is my favorite. I saw there are older reviews about customer service and my only guess is that this may have been during the height of the pandemic. Every restaurant has had a tough time with staffing and I have learned to be patient and especially to be kind to those that are now taking on multiple positions at one job. I have only had great experiences at the Sharon Amity location. The staff are super friendly and always get my custom order correct...okay, maybe one or twice it wasn't perfect but that is why I check my bag before I leave, even Chick-Fil-A gets my order wrong most of the time and I rarely go there. Another point I would like to make: The NC minimum wage is only $7.25 per hour. Granted I have no idea what Panera pays but still it is not $100K a year so please be kind to people in the service industry. They are working hard to serve YOU. Jumping down off my soap box. Have a great day!

I love Panera's broccoli cheese soup! The new Caprese sandwich was delicious! And for my birthday, I got a free kitchen sink cookie which lasted me 2 days because it's huge and really good/sweet. Staff was super sweet! I had a great time with my friends! Only thing that could be improved on is pricing... 3 lunches shouldn't be $40!

After a muti-Million dollar ad campaign, I couldn't wait to try the new chicken sandwich. I was greeted politely at the counter and Informed that the credit card machine was broke and it was cash only. After checking my pockets we placed our order. Me the signature chicken sandwich and my wife a Ceasars salad. After a short wait I was presented with a sandwich that appeared to be made in about 5 seconds. The sauce was so minimal I could hardly taste it, and the chicken? Cold to medium warm, looked like it was under the heat lights for the last 2 hours and so dry it was almost inedible. Huge disappointment. I'll be back when everyone on the planet runs out of bagels.

I understand you have the kiosks up front so that people can place their own order, but is it your company's policy for customers to be completely ignored? I went in today, Thursday, around 2:30 and there were two employees chatting up front. No one else was in line. I was looking at the bakery items and since no one came to help me, or even acknowledged my existence, I went over to the kiosk. As I'm trying to place my order a foot away, they are both going on loudly about their personal lives, one of them stating he "didn't get this job to make friends"; he didn't get this job to do this job either. I left without purchasing anything,

I have a wonderful front-of-house experience at this location. I made a large, $125 order for pick-up and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the back-of-house as well. The runner was pleasant enough, but I could overhear the “cooks” speaking to one another stating that it wasn’t necessary to rush my order because I was 20 minutes early. Upon receiving confirmation for this order, I was advised that my order would be ready by 2pm and arrived around 1:55pm, their side of the order stated 2:30pm. I spoke up after I overheard one of the cooks stating not to rush my order and spoke to my arrival time being 2pm upon confirmation. If Panera is going to have an “open” kitchen, it would likely be beneficial to provide them with some rudimentary Customer Service Training. It is unlikely that my organization will order from this location again.

👍👍 Skeptical. I visited this place because of a research on brunch places in downtown. Ended here because of the Google rating. Almost Worth it! The Italian sausage hash was really good. But my spouse ordered an avocado toast and it lacked flavor. Also, the coffee was legit; really good! Also ordere...
