Clean and bright parking deck right across the street from Discovery Place. There is also a crosswalk on the third level to access the center. Make sure to get your parking permit validated at one of the customer service desk inside Discovery Place

So pleased that there’s a single ChargePoint EV Charger that’s free (at least for now) to charge for one hour. It’s on the very top floor of the Parking Deck right next to the crosswalk to access the Discovery Science Center on the third floor.

Our family had a lot of fun here my kids are almost 7 and 3..we also had a almost 8 and 12 year old as well as a infant with us and they all had fun. They have a baby quiet area but babies can get restless of course. It took us about 4 hours to thoroughly enjoy everything. Lunch prices are mediocre depending what you get but you get big servings the best deals are the kids pizza 5.00 and 4.00 big tray of fries or onion strings. Drinks are extra costly 2.00 for a can A CAN! We didn't know it but seen many people bring lunch in and we wish we would have. IF YOU HAVE EBT OR WIC it's 1.00 to go and 3.00 extra for any exhibit featured for example the bug exhibit. Great day trip!

The exit gate payment machine in the parking building doesn’t work properly. This means that cars get stuck at the exit gate. Today I waited more than 15 minutes waiting in the stand-still vehicle line-up to drive out of the building, and I only had to drive half a level or the distance of about 10 cars! Please fix the payment machine at thr exit gate!

Grew up coming here and now get to enjoy all the exhibits with my toddler! Highly recommended

The staff could be a little more kinder to children especially the special needs children

This parking place closes at midnight and you can’t retrieve your car until the next morning. I got stuck out in the streets of Charlotte until the next morning. Very unprofessional business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We absolutely LOVED the museum! Even though a couple of the exhibits had closed or were limited, the rest of the things to do & see were great. Having two very inquisitive 4 year olds & helpful, knowledgeable staff made the visit well worth the prices of admission ☺ (my personal favorite part was the aquarium!)

Great place to take the kids. I have a 10 year old and a 6 year old. They both had a blast.

Came here for the Marvel exhibit, and it was very good. Even though the parking was not included in the ticket (I'm not a member), I was able to pay in the front desk and saved 3 bucks. Easy access from the parking lot to the building. Clean restrooms, although the men's toilet was closed but didn't have any kind of out-of-service sign. Overall, it was a nice place to visit.
