I’ve had some bad food before but the meal I was served on June 16th 2023 at the Greenfield IN BW3 location was easily on my Mt. Rushmore of bad meals. First, we waited nearly an hour between ordering and being served. I don’t understand what the problem could have been as there seemed to be plenty of servers and few occupied tables. Then when we were served, my wife’s salad, which was supposed to be a chicken Caesar according to the menu just came out dry with no dressing. The flavor of my wings was ok, but on the 3rd wing…just look at the picture. Those are FEATHERS still stuck to the wing. I looked at the rest and several had the same issue. It was all I could do to stop myself from being sick at the table. They remade my wife’s salad, and took the wings off of our order, so at least there was that. I still tipped because none of that was the waitress fault. She can’t make the kitchen faster and she can’t make them prepare and serve higher quality food.

Visited 8/12/22 arrived 630p - left at 805p The place was good! Nice and spacious. Waitress was very good. Food took an extraordinary amount of time to come since they focus on the take out orders first. Food was okay, burnt but at least it was luke warm. Bathrooms were dirty. The hostess “we assume” after standing for about 8 min at the door greeted us; was a wearing a pink wig and a bull nose ring. Not sure what was going on with him but he was a bit flighty. Initially he was wearing a mask (only one in the business) then he stopped wearing it about 10 min after we was seated. He pulled down the mask to speak to us, which defeats the purpose of the mask. Not sure why a restaurant would want someone representing their brand as people enter the restaurant who can’t speak clearly and concise. Glad they had tons of staff working. Thankful we didn’t see them gawking at their phones.

I've ordered here countless times over the last two years. Every time I have issues with cold food or missing food when I order to-go etc. Finally fed up. Save your money and go somewhere else. We ordered for multiple people today. Decided to get naked wings with sauce on the side. When picking up they ensured me the sauce was inside a container in the bag. They didn't include any sauce at all. Had to go back (15 minute drive) and they refused to remake our order so our dinner was cold.

Walked in on a football Sunday afternoon, half the restaurant empty, and was told they were full and didn't know when they would be able to seat anyone else.... only giving 2 stars because I'm aware of the "labor shortage" out there. But there were no help wanted, or server wanted signs, so doesn't look like they're trying to change the issue, but could be wrong, maybe I missed them. But can only imagine how much money they are losing on a football Sunday....

Have been here a few times on Sunday when they open. It always takes about 45 minutes to receive our order. Tried the chicken nachos this time and they were really good. Plenty of toppings and had enough for leftovers. Still not worth the wait.

Never had a bad experience @ a B-Dubs in my life til 10/21 around 6p it was NOT busy @ all, but the food was SLOW arriving, the appetizer platter items were not hot except the nachos, my son's wings were sent to the man sitting @ the table behind me because he complained they were too Spicy to eat(waitress never fixing ours after realizing mistake or mentioning it at all) it took an hour & half to sit & complete a meal of: 1 appetizer platter, 1 10pc. wing & 1 kids meal (milk, water & soda were the drinks - no mixed drinks to make). Upon leaving five employees we're standing/talking @ the hostess stand & not a one of them said thank you or come against just complete silence. Won't be back & definitely won't be recommending this location

Got there at 7:15 didn’t have to wait to be seated. Waitress was nice got our drinks quickly. We ordered food and waited until 8:17 before our food was brought out. Fries were cold boneless wings were hot. The fries tasted exactly like hush puppies from long John silvers and the honey bbq wings tasted and smelled moldy. The wife ordered a chicken wrap and the chicken had a purée consistency with soggy lettuce and tomato. We both maybe had one bite. Our 3 year old got Mac n cheese which looked like it had been sitting out for hours I gave him some cold fries and the first bite of Mac n cheese he puked everywhere. The manager was nice and only charged us for a drink. Definitely wouldn’t recommend getting any food from here only get drinks if you go.

Allie was just overall a mediocre server. She needs to slow down and take her time. She made us feel like we had to be in a rush. And then gave us our check and didn’t even ask if we were ready/ or wanted desert. And then left for about 15 minutes while our check was with our card was on the table. Take your time- slow down and ask questions. Not to mention the fact it took forever to get our food.
