Staff member had very bad manners and service was very slow despite being only customer. At one point the staff member stopped serving me to give her friend mayo and talked to her friends throughout. When the time came to pay, I had to ask again for a drinks cup and was told I talk too fast and was laughed at by her and friend , when I gave an explanation. I assumed this was all due to me speaking in English. But, finally there was an issue with the change, which ended with me recieving 2 euros in 5 cent coins. I feel some training and better cash management practices need to be employed to ensure other customers do not experience the same situation.

The subway sandwiches are nice. But... Why the staff don't have any manners? Girl not paying attention what I was ordering.. She was looking around.. Then woke up and all she said: huhh? And more this kind of behaviour. Very bad social manners. The staff need some training; social skills and how to serve customers.

Ordered two sandwiches and taste was delicious. Well packed! Only issue was bread was not very fresh. Improvement needed! Besides that thank you for the person who prepared my order! ❤️

GOOD FOOD! Service not that much...the lady, although experienced, was not in the mood to serve tourists. Disgusting toilet due to dirtiness and no toilet seat...REALLY LIKED the paying system! Very igienical!

Literally ordered 2 times (once from this store and the other from Camoes) and they were able to cancel it twice, at 01:10h. If you can’t deliver maybe take out the delivery option… Literally shameful from a company like this.

No employee could speak english, no communication with the customer and very poor attention to clean. Products are not fresh and the underpaid employee are not doing a good job. The franchise should take measures about it.

Massive fan of subway, I work in the area and often go here for my lunch. But recently the service has been absolutely awful. This place is so inconsistent with its products and service. The bread comes out undercooked. So when they start filling the sandwich .. well it all falls apart. The salad part most doesn’t look fresh and I’m having to pick salad that actually looks ok and not actually what I want. The price… very inconsistent. Why on somedays I’m paying one price and next it’s a few cent more. The staff look like they don’t want to be there. Smiles? Not in this place. One member of staff started washing the floors while it’s middle of the day and there are still people eating at the tables. Overall it’s a bit meh. Which is sad because again I use to be a fan.

Horrible service. The lady who was making my sandwich yelled at me that she does not understand any English and went on to pass my order to another girl who could understand me very little. I love subway but this location has the worst employees.

I traveled 78 countries and thought Subway sandwiches are pretty much the same everywhere. Not here! Worst Subway outlet of a lifetime. The bread is old, and the employee uses the wrong knife to open it with and apparently doesn't know where the middle is, so it entirely falls apart. I saw this also happening to the customers after me. It was so bad that the last 10cm of the bun was crumbled and they didn't even put filling on it because if was so destroyed. Not okay when you pay almost 8 euros for a simple sandwich! You can get a restaurant meal for that in Portugal.Then the already frugal filling was spread so recklessly that a lot fell out on the counter. Whole process took over 10 minutes and the thing was absolutely inedible. Dry as hell, and completely falling apart right in your hands. Shameful, really. Should get a refund as we couldn't even finish them.

Compared to other Subway Franchise Stores this one is the worst I've ever been. Waiting too long. Really Old Vegetables . Sub not toasted properly. For 8€ a Meal I can expect more than that.

finally someone who understands that when you order tuna sandwich baked with cheddar, you bake the baguette with the cheddar and only after that you put the tuna mixture on. besides, excellent service, and it is a clean place. Czech republic Subway should learn from you.
