Enjoyed a stress free quiet, but brief, overnight visit. The hosts make you feel welcome and everything is all their including towels, washing up liquid, cutlery fridge, kettle, toaster, cleaning materials - just take your own food! The gift of a couple of homemade cup cakes was a nice touch and the milk in the fridge after a long journey meant we could have a nice cup of tea too...

We stayed here to attend a nearby wedding. I called Helen directly to book because there were 18 of us staying. Helen was so helpful throughout the booking process and even helped to take delivery of suit jacket that we needed to order last-minute after we arrived. The two cottages (Lavender & Bluebell) were spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Both had large kitchens with great cooking facilities and comfortable living spaces. We also booked two shepherds huts - they were larger than expected, again they were really clean and very comfortable. We found the location to be really quiet and relaxing, despite being on a working farm. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay, it really was perfect! Thank you Helen & Bob!!

Just home from a fantastic few nights in South Down shepherds hut. The hut is so much more spacious than you expect; very clever use of space and storage making for a comfortable stay. The farm animals are wonderful, friendly and easy to see. Feeding the pigs was a highlight, as were the freshly collected eggs for breakfast. The location means there is so much that is easily accessible. Beccles is minutes away. Although we enjoyed playing the garden games on site too. Bob and Helen ensured we had everything we needed and checked in on us to make sure we were ok. We hope to be make with family soon. Thank you

What a gem! We loved our 3 night stay in the safari tent. My two boys were so excited to sleep in the cabin bed. The site is idyllic and so well looked after by the hosts Helen and Bob. Thank you both. We are looking forward to coming back.

We stayed in a 2 person Shepherds hut with a wood fired hot tub for 1 night. We had a friendly greeting & a very relaxed, enjoyable time. There was a welcome package which included tea, coffee, milk, some delicious cupcakes & some lovely fresh eggs from the nearby chickens. Overall, lovely stay & would definitely recommend.

Very well equipped hut, enough space for 4 adults. Nice location, easy access, warm inside. The only minus is that you must clean after yourself, therefore allow yourself few hours before you leave :) apart of that we had wonderful time.

Had a lovely one night stay away with my other half l, even in minus degree temperatures the hut was warm, cosy and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, she did an amazing cooked breakfast delivered to our door at our chosen time in the morning. The hut was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Lovely Christmas touches and little cakes and jams in the fridge. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you Helen you answered all my phone calls, left us cakes, milk and eggs for our arrival! Everything was simple and easy to understand. Shepherds hut was comfortable and warm and the area is beautiful. We loved our stay thank you!

Fantastic place to rest and relax in the countryside with pigs, sheep and chickens around and fresh eggs everyday and a great farm shop for local produce. Bob and Helen are smashing Hosts, we love going back as often as we can. Peter and Bev
