Woow the receptionist lady was totally rude as for customers arriving first time,experienced worst welcome ever(seemed personaly )thought how people like this allowed to work in place where service should be excellent.. anyway place pretty much small inside .staff rude.. not going there anymore!

Tribute night meal, Ham hock starter, wasn’t very pleasant .The lamb shank main was tasteless, took mine home for my dog. The white wine was warm and was offered ice, don’t normally put ice in white wine. The cheese and biscuit dessert was a little bit dry , We are regular customers and normally enjoy the food the Christmas meal was faultless.

Great night and really nice food. Can't go wrong for the price for a 3 course meal and drink.

Won a competition Napoleons was running through Facebook, the food was beautiful, the experience was great and the staff were brilliant, looking forward to going back in the near future.

I often dine here with family/friends, we actually commented last night that we’ve never had to send a meal back to the kitchen or had a bad experience. Always great value for money, the tribute nights are fab! I just look forward to having many more lovely meals with great staff and entertainment. Keep up the fabulous work guys 🤩

We came for the quiz night, something different to the usual meal & a flutter or two. Food was fabulous as always, great quiz, very varied & not just someone standing reading questions, very entertaining, & excellent value. I highly recommend Napoleons Casino & Restaurant, & thanks to all the staff, front of house & behind closed doors :)

Northern Soul Night Had an amazing evening. Fantastic music and the staff were as attentive and courteous as always. Raminta always goes the extra mile. Food was delicious. I won at roulette. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.

The menu is good value for money, 3 course meal including a drink and a free bet. Steak was perfectly cooked. Staff was attentive, from receptionists, to waitresses. Had a very good experience overall.

Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish was great Raminta was very helpful with the booking and the waitress was so friendly and kind. The food was lovely and good portion sizes. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Wine tasting evening, this was our first wine tasting, was today blown away with the event. The food and wine pairing was fantastic. Will definitely book again.

Don't gamble but the wife does. Took her for a gamble and some snap and a drink, meant to be really tasty there but it was fully booked with an ABBA tribute night. Although we came home hungry (which was our own fault for not checking) we had a lovely couple of hours with my complimentary 5er lasting over an hour. I'll go back because I need to taste the food but had a thoroughly good couple of hours. Well done out with a decent atmosphere

Set meal with 5.00 voucher brilliant deal food very good and service was excellent. Unfortunately voucher could only be spent on slots which we had no idea how to use and Noone around to advise. Don't think gambling for us but restaurant excellent

Went here for New Years Eve 2023 . The 5 Course Dinner and Lionel Richie Tribute Night was very good. The Food was Excellent. Well prepared and Well Presented. Service was Outstanding. Made A Very Enjoyable night. Would definitely Recommend and will Return.ant Thanks to all the Staff here.

My son took me for Mother's Day. We got the BBB (burger beer and bet). Fab food but surprised how quiet it was. Added bonus I won £32 with my bet! We will be back and definitely would recommend.

Food is great. An absolute bargain. Service is incredible. We came for the quiz tonight which could've been a bit shorter. But still a good night and once again, a bargain!

4 of us went on a Thursday night (dine in style) v good staff in restaurant the food was very enjoyable we had a moderate gamble on roulette and lost (only gamble what you can afford to loose set your limit as we did) a good night out

We always dine first in the in-house restaurant before going into the casino. The restaurant is nicely designed and has a great atmosphere. I can't complain about the food, and on some nights you get the chance to win back extra of your bill by spinning the roulette wheel. You also receive a free £5 voucher to play in the casino. The casino has just upgraded on some new roulette machines. We were lucky enough to go on the night they were celebrating and received complimentary drinks and an extra voucher to use on the machines. The staff are polite and friendly. We always had a great night. And will certainly be going back again.

Great food and excellent value for money

Prawn cocktail had plenty of prawns. , Turkey dinner nice but veg a little hard. Elvis tribute night, not best seen but great night. Well value for money, will go again.

Went with a couple of friends to the restaurant for the Xmas menu. The deal was great - 3 course meal, a free drink and £5 for the casino all for £25. I've never been to a casino before so I thought it would be full of glamorous people but it was mainly guys in trackies and older ladies in comfy jumpers. James Bond was nowhere to be seen. The staff were fabulous though, helpful, funny and genuinely lovely. I'd go back on the strength of their service. Oh and they bring you free sandwiches and brews to keep you going through the night.
