Authentic and fresh food. Especially liked the lamb kofte and chicken cubes with nan and the soup was very flavourful. Perfect for casual family meal. Tea was very nice and the lotus cheesecake was one of a kind. Would definitely be coming back. Service was perfect and loads of seating area. No complaints. Halal/Muslim owned.

Excellent little family run restaurant. The food is exceptional and brilliantly priced. We’d never had Arabian food before we came here but the owner was really helpful and will happily recommend a great combination. Worth coming out to Firth park just to eat this. A must go if you’re a local!

We had the Lamb Zurbian and Kabsah Lamb! Absolutely amazing. Service was fantastic with the owner Jabar and staff being ever so attentive. Their recommendations were spot on. The lamb was succulent, soft and juicy, and the rice perfectly cooked and flavoured. Don’t forget to try their sauce/chutneys…. They go just perfectly with their dishes. When you do plan to visit though, please make sure you’re hungry as their portions are HUGE! Can’t wait to visit again.

ORDERED: 🍲Fahsa Lamb with bread (shredded lamb with vegetables) 🍚Zurbian (traditional Yemeni biryani cooked with potatoes, lamb, saffron and spices. 🍵 Complementary lamb soup 🍨We wanted to try some desserts but didn't have any space left 😅 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧The restaurant is spacious and perfect for families and small groups. We would definitely recommend A Taste of Arabia to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Middle Eastern meal in Sheffield!

Clean tidy place. Service was ok, if a bit slow. The toilets were locked so you had to ask for a key and they locked again after you had been. The food was very nice. Soup was delicious, humus was very nice. The lamb was nicely cooked if a bit oily. Would have been 5 star but for the oil in the lamb and the toilets being locked. Also had eggs with cheese, they didn’t have the normal cheese so gave goats cheese instead.

Fantastic Delicious Food. The Lamb Mandi was amazing and the Areeka/Maliki was delicious and not heavy at all. Would definitely recommend this place for authentic Arab/Yemeni cuisine at a reasonable price.

Every time we/I have been here or ordered takeout from here we have not been disappointed. Friendly, informative and polite staff - the owner will sometimes come to your table for a short chat. I just wish that they’d take up my suggestion of gift vouchers! It would provide a different present for the ‘hard to buy for’ and it would bring fresh clientele from all over the city - though I would be surprised if that wasn’t the case already! Thank you, Taste of Arabia for your friendliness and good, reasonably priced food!

Really tasty veggie food. We had vegetable curry, broad bean curry, rice Arabic bread and salad. The food was inexpensive. The staff were really friendly and attentive. We'll definitely go again.

First time eating here and it is a gem that I’ll definitely be visiting again! The food was delicious, well seasoned and good portions. Service didn’t take long at all and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The place is decorated nicely, lots of seating options and prices are very affordable. Plenty of on street parking available. Would highly recommend!
