This
was
the
first
time
experiencing
Japanese
food
in
the
north
of
England.
The
food
was
absolutely
fantastic.
One
of
best
meals
I
have
had
outside
in
a
while
where
I
and
my
2
family
members
thought
the
food
was
value
for
money
and
great
tasting.
The
chefs
were
from
Japan
or
of
Japanese
heritage.
This
makes
a
difference
to
the
flavours
and
potentially
how
authentic
it
is.(
I
have
not
been
to
Japan
or
eaten
halal
Japanese
food
else’s
where
to
make
a
comparison
on
how
authentic.
)
We
had
the
vegetable
gyozo.
The
dumpling
appeared
as
it
was
made
in
house(
I
cannot
confirm
this)
the
right
balance
between
the
dumpling
pastry
and
filling.
A
delicate
flavour
with
a
sauce,
which
appeared
to
be
seasoned
in
house.
The
beef
bao
buns
were
just
fantastic.
3
in
a
portion.
These
are
made
on
the
hibachi
grill.
This
gives
a
smoky
BBQ
chariness
and
the
meat
is
cooked
and
very
tender.
The
flavour
profile
was
on
point.
The
bao
bun
was
soft
but
not
soggy
and
moist.
It
held
its
structure
and
complemented
the
ratio
of
meat
and
pickle
served.
The
only
other
place
I
have
had
bao
buns
that
I
could
recommend
is
Corna
in
Bradford
.
My
favourite
was
the
prawn
ramen
noodles.
We
went
for
the
spicy
option.
The
tempura
batter
was
light
and
crispy.
The
prawns
were
cooked
to
perfection
.
The
stock/soup
had
layers
of
flavour
and
certainly
had
a
kick.
The
noodles
were
as
you
would
expect.
The
pickled
pink
ginger
and
garnish
all
enhanced
the
flavours.
We
shared
this
between
the
three
of
us
Our
final
dish
was
the
rice
bowl(large)
and
we
ordered
two
chicken
and
two
prawn.
This
was
also
spicy.
(Spicy
yaki)
The
prawns
were
cooked
on
the
habachi.
They
had
a
nice
heat
and
again
cooked
to
perfection.
The
chicken
was
fried
and
lovely
and
moist
on
the
inside.
the
coating
had
a
distinct
taste.
I
would
order
that
chicken
and
prawn
again.the
sticky
rice
was
cooked
as
expected.
I
prefer
ramen
so
would
order
my
own
ramen
next
time
and
the
same
starters
and
would
share
the
rice
bowl.
Would
I
go
back.
Absolutely
.
I
have
not
been
paid
for
this
review
.
oh
and
the
egg
you
get
in
both
the
rice
bowl
and
ramen
was
an
egg
like
I
have
never
had
before.
It
had
a
taste
of
soya
sauce
but
just
amazing.
There
was
a
fight
for
the
egg
