Massive carpark with plenty of spaces for parking, shelters for while waiting for the bus with seating indoors and out. Information desk and food vending machine can be found located inside and public toilets are also available. Building was very clean, buses was clean and Morden with comfortable seating and usb ports to charge your phone.very good price costing only £3.5 to Cambridge with return.

First time using this Park and Ride and it certainly won’t be my last. Clean toilets here, loads of parking spaces, which are free, you only pay £3 return for the bus. Excellent place, highly recommend it to save yourself driving through the centre of Cambridge.

A complete non sense. Traffic is so bad that we had to jump off the bus before our stop. There is no bus lane and Ticket cost 3£ return for a 10min ride it’s more expensive than London ! Parking over 18h cost 20£ even for an electric car but any cars can go in the very congested city center and not pay charge. There should be a congestion charge. A free shuttle for people and half price for EV

Perfect place to park your car if you are going to Cambridge city centre. Parking is free for 18 hours and there is good number of buses to city centre and Addenbrooks at 10-15 minutes interval . Pretty large and good number of parking space

Great value for money. (Cheaper than most car parks + a bus ride into city centre!) Car park was large, manned (speak to a human) toilets on site and bus was modern and air conditioned. No complaints.

Its a great way to enter and exit cambridge! Various routes!! Covered from here. But they should provide warm waiting rooms after the evening 🌌 aswell. And toilets aswell should be accessible all the time🫣 seems like there should be a member of staff to operate smoothly in the night time! Passangers cant bare the freezing cold outside . Coffee shop must needed at this point! If you are going to visit cambridge dont forget to buy the day rider pass🤗 it will save some nice bucks later enjoy some food in the city centre 👌

Makes it so nice and easy to get into Cambridge. My only suggestion would be would be bring back the ticket machines to make the buses run more smoothly. Big queue and we definitely had to wait more than 10 minutes for the bus... and I think this is due to we travelled at a busy time and the poor bus driver had to issue our tickets. I heard people who use the service regularly that at busier times the bus is always later than 10 minutes. I would also suggest more seating area outside.

Free parking which was good and a return into Cambridge centre only cost £3. Buses were clean, not too busy on the way , but came back when shops were closing and the bus was packed. If only London was to think about doing park and ride to help the air pollution rather than taxing people for driving a car .

Regular buses into the centre of Cambridge for £3.50 return. A lot of parking spaces and a warm waiting room

First time in Cambridge so we decided to try out the Park & Ride for a bit of fun. The bus station had an inside waiting area which was helpful as it was actually quite cold. There were also a couple vending machines and a public toilet. There was no one on the reception but it didn’t matter as we just asked one of the bus drivers where we needed to get off. For a public space, it was very clean and the warm waiting area was a welcome bonus.

Brilliant, really good value and convenient. We would recommend using this if going to Cambridge as the car parks seemed very full in the city centre. The buses on P&R were very modern and comfortable.

I was getting a flix bus from here to Nottingham my personal experience was great, it arrived on time and the gentleman at the service desk was extremely helpful. He did warn the people waiting for Flix bus that sometimes they do not turn up, but ours arrived. Great communications with customers and directing people to the right place especially for a Sunday.

29/07/23 on 6.20pm from John Lewis back to Trumpington. Driver seemed very impatient & erratic and got pulled over by the POLICE for SPEEDING! Unbelievable reckless attitude to safety with a double decker full of passengers. Not used the service for 10 years and won’t be using it again. Suggest you park then ride your bike instead of using the bus. It also takes ages to board as prepaid ticket machines are no longer in use.

Convenient place to grab a bus to go to the airport, or to park your car & take a bus into town. There’s also a car boot sale on Sundays, from 6AM until noon.

I joined a very long queue at Trumpington, when the bus left it could only pick up half the people who were waiting. Bank Holiday Monday weekend, high demand. My return journey from the Botanical Gardens did not happen. The return bus was full so it went straight past so did the next one. I walked back in the end about 40 minutes. Next time I will park and walk....

The driver on my park and ride bus, PR3, was hilarious, it was like having a comedian on the bus, he had everyone laughing along and I also learned a lot of interesting stuff about Cambridge. I can't remember his name but you'll know him! His driving was very gentle too as the bus was very full. What an asset this man is to your company.

Convenient and easy to use. Plenty of spaces with free parking for 18 hours. Loos on site, park and ride buses at regular intervals and only £3 return. Good group deals too.

Good value, simple, straightforward & clean. Better than the hassle & cost of finding your own parking in the city centre. We even had a full electric bus on the way in.... Progress indeed.

Can't beat it. Cheap way to get into Cambridge hassle free. Stops outside Grand Arcade before Drummer St so easy on and off. Bus always clean and presentable with polite drivers most of the time. Free travel with Bus pass too so even more reason to use it

Plenty of carparking spaces and regular buses into, and returning from, the city. A useful bus stop near the Botanic Gardens and one also near the Cambridge museum.

No problem with the buses! Just taken aback by how rude and inconsiderate the drivers are! On the way in, couldn't even look at me whilst replying to a question and seemed to begrudge answering. On the way back, stopped past the official bus stop outside Fitzwilliam museum, and despite the fact I knocked on the door, wouldn't look sideways at me, so had to hike round to John Lewis to catch it there. Not impressed.

If you're interested in visiting Cambridge I would definitely recommend using this park and ride. It's free to park all day and only £3.50 on the bus into the city centre, it takes you the same amount of time to drive into the centre as using this park and ride but parking can cost £3.50 an hour. Toilets and a waiting room, all very well maintained. Buses arrive and depart every 15 mins.

No updates on when the bus arrives … it’s 2022…. No busses coming back so had to pay £15 for a taxi 🚕 back. Rubbish This was at 7,50pm on a Thursday

Really convenient, frequent service and friendly driver's. Good facilities and plenty of parking spaces. £3.50 return to Cambridge centre and only about a 10 minute bus ride. Excellent

Very convenient if you want to park your car and then take the bus to Cambridge city. A lot of parking spaces and you have also Tesla superchargers. There's a Waitrose nearby if you need to do some shopping before or after.

Cambridge park and ride is normally great, however this visit had huge queues due to one bus being out of service. If they had added a notice to inform people for the delay reason this would have been helpful. In the end two busses arrived at the same time. Perhaps adding a bus due in N minutes would help.

Loads of space to park. Queue for the bus and a little cramped on the bus, but we got a seat and our doggie was allowed on. Only problem is your dog needs to be very good with people as it's busy! Fortunately ours is a staffy and is very good with people. There weren't any other dogs aboard which made it easier. The drop off points are easy and the main town one is perfect

Really great idea, free parking you only need a bus ticket that was 3£ at the time. Unfortunately theres not enough buses to facilitate everyone. There are busses every 10-15 minutes, but we couldnt fit on one, however the 2nd driver was nice enough to get off the bus and ask people to make room for 2 additional buggies. I was ready to get a taxi, or leave my wife and ki behond to go and grab our car. That 2nd driver has saved the rating.

😠 Suggest they update whatever system tells them how many spaces they have left. Went on Saturday and had to pay £2.50 for the priveledge to leave the car park after not finding a space. 😐 Lots of space. Cheapest place to park this end of town but still bonkers because it's Cambridge. Very easy to pay. You are given a ticket and pay prior to leaving using the machines provided that take card or coins. Spaces tend to be quite narrow and tight turns common. The stairwells smell of urine...

👍👍 Great car park for shopping in Cambridge. It’s fairly small so can be difficult to find a space during peak times but that’s to be expected.
