    I am very sorry to say this surgery does not need any stars, but as it is google I can not post this review unless I give it a single star - which they do not deserve. As it is so good that you never get any appointments, even when you try their on line system, you get told to book in 3 weeks advance. How is one going to know if they will fall in 3 weeks......? When you ring at 8:00am sharp, all the appointments are gone even before taking to the operator, that 's how good the service is. You go their personally and they say you need to ring at 8:00am sharp, when asked that no one answers the phone, they say the phone lines are busy we are sorry, either call at 8:00am or call 101, 111 or go to a walk in centre. What is the point of being registered with this medical facility when one never gets to meet their appointed G.P. If you know best and you want to get seen by a G.P better not even register here - AVOID This Surgery at all cost.

    This place is worse than horrendous. Call up for appointment, wait in a queue for an hour or more, they tell you there's no appointments call again at 8am next day, call again at 8am next morning to go through the same. When you finally get an appointment, the doctor doesn't ring, you wait in a queue on the phone to ask why doctor didn't call they say you didn't have an appointment! Reception staff don't seem to know what they are doing and doctors are not much better, they give asthmatic patients medication they can't have, they try 1 thing to make someone better and if it doesn't work they don't seem to want to try anything else and hope the problem sorts itself out. This surgery is an absolute joke, how it is still going is beyond me.

    I'm very disappointed with the level of service at Parker drive medical centre. I only went to be checked throughly as I suffered an internal muscle injury and required a sick note. The A&E doctor I previously went to strongly suggested I have a GP review which would determine exactly how long I would be off sick. He advised I would be off for at least 4-6 weeks. I was seen by a ANP who did not have the decency to help me open a heavy door and watched me struggle. She could see I was walking with a walking stick due to the severity of the injury. There was no respect or eye contact towards me instead she was most concerned about me wearing a mask. Then she asked rudely what's wrong with you? Showing zero compassion and talking to me with bad attitude this is unacceptable and without reading the notes in what the A&E doctor had sent from the Royal Infirmary showed a lack of interest and care. Instead the ANP abruptly asked that I tell her what the A&E doctor discussed with me. As soon as I spoke about my injury and how many weeks I should be on sick for, the ANP decided to disagree with the A&E doctor's outcome and that I should call the surgery every week to report my health. She made this decision without examining me where the A&E doctor had thoroughly checked me. I requested a sickness note and she said she was going to send the sickness note via text message and refused to give me a hard copy when I asked for one. I did not receive a sickness note. From this point I was very disgusted with the level of service. Nobody should be treated this way and I had to re-book an appointment with a doctor again which was inconvenient in my current condition. "The Advance Nurse Practitioner" has breached the NHS CORE VALUES. Working together for patients, Respect and dignity Commitment to quality of care, Compassion Improving lives and Everyone counts. I did manage to speak with the practice manager who took the time to listen and get to the bottom of this situation. God knows how many others suffered by the same woman. In the end someone needed to stand up and give them a taste of their own medicine.

    Absolutely shocked and disgusted with Manor Park Surgery Parker Drive Leicester. They don't give a hoot about the patients, they leave them with no medication and say it's because it has to be reviewed even though had a review 8 months ago. I needs meds for my heart, blood pressure and COPD, but the incompetence of the staff would rather see you go without. Would not recommend this surgery to anyone if you want to stay being alive..

    This place is horrible for 2 year they don’t do a single thing for us we have a premature baby they don’t do anything about it if something happened to my baby It is their fault I don’t recommend you to come here😡every time we call they don’t answer and when you go to tell them they don’t answer the phone they say they are busy which clearly they aren’t because that place is always empty and they tell everyone they are busy. The staffs are very rude and has no manner they won’t care about anything they tell you to go to 111 and call on there .horrible 👎I have children that has leg pain ear back pain etc and their school tells us to put an appointment but the Gp won’t do it .the staffs and doctor won’t care about your problems they just tells you it’s normal it will get better soon . If you ever get an appointment their your lucky if they even do anything about it

    I’m very disappointed in the service of this surgery. First of all to call the surgery you get through and says your number one in the que. You hold on for almost an hour of which all appointments fully booked even if you call at 8am as instructed. Secondly the reception staff are very rude and not helpful at all. AVOID THIS PLACE !

    I have been in the queue for over an hour trying to get through, to make an appointment to speak to the nurse practitioner. I was number fourth when I started. You would think with so many people unemployed people they would employ more people to answer the phones, or at least look at how they could improve the service. Parker Drive medical Centre has to be the worst surgery known to any patient.

    This place is the horrific the amount of elderly patients they leave standing and waiting whilst they have a gossip is awful. Also how some people are vulnerable and you know the lies from the receptionist are not acceptable. Every receptionist is rude interrupts whilst booking appointments even think it is ok to talk about there tea coffe etc whilst an elderly patient is standing talking to the lady about his appointment. There very unprofessional not got a clue what they are doing give different information to different patients by 10 am there’s no appointments left

    This is the worst surgery i v ever came across with . Twice they gave appointment for my kids in Westcotes , when we went for the appointment we been told there is no appointment booked ! Never received any confirmation text either 😕. I v waisted my time , petrol , and my daughter is still in pain . Definitely will change the Health Practice.

    It awful the receptionist is more antagonising me oh no meant wait not interested in giving me medicine the idian lady receptionist was. Trying to Start argue giving me advice negative attitude and they say it patient but it receptionist she trying to upset me not good service maybe they training how to talk patient I noticed so much Proudy in self but not what need like medicine or appointment very unprofessional but with me feel sad hate negativity attitude because I’m idian young girl felt pick on with attitude all I wanted medicine

    The poorest service ever absolute shambles and doctors fob you off, I'm sick and tiered of the service and professionalism of the staff and doctors, all the doctors have been fired and they only have locum doctors who just don't care avoid this surgery at all costs

    Awful level of service - medication continuously being taken of repeat prescription, staff take over one week to issue hospital requested medication, incorrect information captured on prescription where staff don’t even read hospital letters to ensure right medication is on the prescription. Awful service and incompetent staff within.

I hate Manor Medical & the owners, they force us to call, force us to listen to 2 mins message, just to say too busy, then cut us off. The worst reception in the world... I called today for an emergency appointment (note it was an emergency). The reception told me that she doesn't have any appointments whatsoever!!! Welcome to NHS 2018 So I explained my situation and I asked her what can I do, she said: "go to a walk in centre, there is one in Loughborough or oadby, I don't know address, but if you Google it, it will tell you" :-((((( Googled it, 16 places came up, but I'm not sure which would help me!! I'm so sad :-((( my GP is no longer a GP. NHS sinking, someone help them please 999 or 111 I don't know 4

    If you try and book an appointment forget unless you're on the door step at 7.30am not seen any of the new doctors as I can't get an appointment even though on the website it says that you can book an appointment 2-3 weeks in advance I have tried the website booking but that's no longer up and running by the looks of it

    Well have to share this, how this surgery has changed for the better, called this week for appointment for my partner, ok had to wait 15 minutes to get though, but once though I was treated with great respect by the staff, got first face to face appointment since the pandemic. The staff were lovely, thank you parker drive, hope it all continues going in the right direction

    What a low level of this surgery is I won’t even give one start to this surgery, I been trying to get the appointment since last 3 days and even they asked me to call 8AM which I did but not getting appointments, There is alot things to say but don’t want to waste my energy..😡

    Do NOT register at this joke of a practice! Doctors all contradict each other and do not fill in notes correctly which ends up in appointments not going ahead!! For someone who doesn’t visit a surgery and only goes for contraception which they can’t even get right appointments are a shamble! Register else where if you can!

    Awful rude staff - avoid or report to CQC as patient safety is compromised . Nurse at practice encouraged self harm and other front line workers laugh when discussing mental health.
