Worst hospital in Bokaro. BGH Hospital is good. They are lutera. I have admited my son who is 3 yrs old for viral feaver. In test of malaria typhoid even covid 19 was tested all are negative. They admited for 7 days and charged for rs 30000 thousand. But even fever was there. It is the worst hospital open for money business. Plz do not visit there for the sake of God or Allah. Almighty will punish them in one day. They open the hospital for minting the money. Plz do not go.

I don't think the hospital is even worth a single star. Let me share my personal experience with this hospital. I had my new born niece admitted in this hospital. For the first few days they did not even speak clearly on what had happened to her. The only thing that they said was that her life was in complete danger. After a few days they said that her condition was improving and we were greatful for that. Meanwhile we had encountered a number of cases where the patient's condition improved and then suddenly they would be referred to some other hospital claiming that the situation had become out of their control. I was just praying that something like this do not happen to my niece. Then, on the fifteenth day, our child was to be discharged. According to Dr. Munshi, she was perfectly fine and we could take her in the evening. Please read this paragraph carefully. In the morning, they sent us for purchasing an oxygen pipe which I couldn't understand why. Her oxygen had been removed and they had clearly mentioned that she did not need that any further. Then in the evening, mrs Vandana called my family member and declared that she immediately needs to be taken to some other hospital as her condition had again become serious. And more interesting that the "respected" dr. Munshi was not available for any answer on why this happened. There was no one to explain how her condition got so adverse so immediately. And then, why they had asked to buy an oxygen pipe in the morning when they had no clue of her adverse condition at that time? Don't they know when a child is fit enough to be discharged or that they do it purposely for some personal interests? I don't know but in both the cases, they are playing with the lives. We had to immediately rush to another hospital in Ranchi where we spent another 14 days. Thanks to the doctors there that our child was saved but what happened to us is something that happens in Muskan on a regular basis. For some medicines, they don't even give the bills and they ask for those payments to be made in cash. Rude behaviours can be forgotten with time but the ultimate outcome that we get there can neither be forgotten nor be forgiven. The review is long because I want you all to understand what this hospital does. Because I don't want others to fall prey to this hospital like we did. It would have been a different case if only we had experienced this but in our stay of 15 days, we had encountered similar cases multiple times.

Some the people who has given 5 star to this hospital are either their own employees or paid. . . . . As per my personal experience I won't suggest any one to come and get diagnosed over here. . . All the management and other staffs are unprofessional and don't even know how to manage the crowd. All the people working in this hospital are just working for their living and getting paid very less due to which they are totally unprofessional. I am frustrated from their services and won't suggest anyone in my knowledge to opt for this hospital.

My younger sister consulted Dr. MUNSHI but it didn't go well. After the first consultation we were asked to do some tests but we can't consult the doc because the results came out too late ( done by hospital staff only). Next day also the doc didn't check the results and the condition of my sis worsened. Again today they went but the doc asked to admit her just for nebulization which can be done at home itself but just to make money they didn't prescribe the nebulization medicine and treated us very badly. This was not expected from the doc. Now we're consulting another doc.

All the doctors and staff only make money there is only fraud in the name of treatment. In case of death of the patient they just need money and later refer them to other hospitals. I appeal to all, that does not play with the health of your people. check the patient to a good place and avoid these cheaters as much as possible. I don't want to give them a Single star.

Muskan Hospital is the worst hospital with worst mentality. They select nurses for their beauty rather than their intelligence and experience. I hope they also select patient with their beauty.

Very very very...... Useless hospital.. Doctors nurses all are hopeless. Providing wrong medicine without proper test.. looks like muskan doctors only know how to deal with simple fever or simple disease (you can refer Google better than them).. apart from that do they know about any other medical issues?.. Just useless.. I had a family member admited, how many times we asked doctors about the problem, they told nothing (what kind of secrecy you guys are maintaining?), even I am 100% sure they even don't know the problem, simply doing anything without knowing. In the last 50k ka bill for nothing.. 0 Star. If anyone reading this, then please go for good hospital, don't risk your love ones Life.

Ineffective treatment....delayed doctor visits...long wait....over priced... careless driver...not attentive staff...unsanitised....I humbly request all the people not to visit this hospital ever in your life...bcz this hospital doesn't saves the people but kills the people....🙏🙏

Very bad experience. Staffs are very rude and simply money making hospital with no proper behavior. I went for stomach infection from Dr Rakesh Kumar (one of the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life) very rude . No proper details he asks . He went out for 5days and I had to show reports but he wasn't there. So I went once he came back but they are asking again consultant fee 500 as it was more than 15days. Ridiculous really digusting people.

One of the third class nursing home i have ever seen .In this hospital everyone gives priority to money, and here only beauty is given priority, even the nurses here are selected by their beauty rather than their talent.

Behaviors of doctors and staffs are very rude. My mother was under treatment of Dr. Shahnawaz Anwar and he was not able to do treatment after his suggested blood test and finally he said rudely to my mother to go somewhere else for proper treatment in very rude and unmannered way. Very bad hospital with unprofessional doctors and staff. Also want to say do not buy medicine from Muskan Medicine near gate of the Hospital.

Crowded area with lots of noise surrounding... Area is not good for hospital but this is at main market so we can go in any emergency.. There lots of experience doctors but maximum nurse are like students.

Dr. Rakesh- if anyone wants to see him than you need to queue in online or take appointment online. Wow fancy ! But there is no respect of ur appointment time or queue. You must keep whole day of your time. Staff is super rude. You will have to pay extra as pushing charge if you have to get injection. You will be thinking why pushing charge, you came to hospital and not in medical shop. Muskan hospital is infamous in Bokaro for just ripping money.

Worst hospital ever had. I took my mother for fever treatment they did not check for the cause and admitted for 7 days in ICU and later she died because of the Typhoid. Please do not go for the treatment, the doctors also dont have knowledge.

Worst hospital.should be renamed as aao paisa luut le patients se .First hospital where doctor see the person accompanying the patients and give medicine to him calling him inside the chamber and asking patients to seat outside. I request govt to proper monitor this hospital and close it if don't find fit to operate. Even one star is not deserved by this hospital. I hope management see this review and do some action on these doctors.

If an award goes to the worst hospital in India, this hospital will easily brag the award by miles. Dr. C. Mulshi is the torchbearer of this hospital and the biggest jhola chaap docter you ever come across. He has the psychic ability to diagnose the patient even without meeting it. Admitting and murdering the patient with five star hotel bill is his favorite way to treat the patient. If you want to suicide, please they are always there with the helping hand and I highly recommend their service. Good luck

Specialist doctor's are good.Irfan Ansari was very talkative and nice person. But Staff are not of good behaviour all the time they shows attitude. They don't know proper way to talk with older's. I think they were uneducated and got the job from some source, so they are not afraid to loose the job.

The nurses of the hospital are too irresponsible and they make noises in the ward and if the people who came to meet the patient talk to each other in loud voices they'll tell you to go out of the ward the most nurses are students and they have not any experience and not have the manner of how to talk with the elders. Very poor - I found this hospital as one of the worst in terms of very basic facilities as sitting chairs for waiting patients. Patients & attendents/parents have to stand hours waiting their term. Too much crowded as well.

Dr. won't discuss the problems of your child because it is your child. They just bother to take fees even staff will not talk u properly as the hospital is doing charity......

Went there for vaccination. Terrible behaviour of Doctor Munsi and staff. They got pissed when I insisted on verifying expiry date. They tried everything to avoid printing bills for vaccination. Farzi hospital hai. Do not recommend anyone.

Some things are ok some are worse.. But gave 1 star because a hospital management has to be perfect. Their doctors are not able to give proper time to patients and end up giving wrong or Repitative medicines. So it's luck.Muskan needs to improve.

Not so clean ,unfriendly staff and nurse and if you go for newborn delivery they will just shift your baby to NICU saying we have complications with the baby and refused to release the baby.
