You won't find a more welcoming, gentle, and professional dental experience. From the front desk, hygienists, assistants and dentists - all are top notch. My family has been going to Chalet for years for both regular maintenance and procedures. I would and do recommend them confidently.

Great staff. They remember not only your name but other things about you and show awesome personal interest. I love that I can book with the hygienist and see the same person every time. Besides that, the facility is very clean and looks professional. We get little goodies every time we go. It's in a super convenient location too. They take our insurance and our out of pocket is low. Just a great place in general!

Over the past few months I have had a consultation , 2 crowns and a deep cleaning. The building is very clean and inviting and the dentists made me feel comfortable with each appointment. They have worked with my availability every step of the way and even called to notify me of earlier appointments I could do to get my permanent crowns in. Everyone there is vert nice and welcoming. With every appointment, as soon as I walked in they greeted me and told me I was checked in. Not even asking who I was, because they know their patients. By far the best dental experience I have ever had!

I had a great first time experience at Chalet Dental. The dental assistant who cleaned my teeth was really friendly. I really love that every step through the process they walked me through. When the dentist came in to do the regular cancer and overall health check he was conscious of asking me if it was okay to proceed and touch me. I really appreciated that. I felt really respected and like an honored client. I would absolutely recommend Chalet Dental to anyone looking for a new dental office!

The person that did my cleaning today was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!! I can’t even explain how good she did. Every time I go here it keeps getting better and I am so happy. I am so sorry I can’t remember her name but I am Gail and we talked about my husband recent stroke and my dog having puppies and she was great. Thank you so much for caring.

I had an excellent experience from the initial call for an appointment and fitting me in for a same day appointment to helping with my tooth issue. I’m glad to be a patient with this team. They made feel at ease and talked me through every step of the process. I can’t recommend them any higher. I will refer anyone looking for a dentist to them.

I’ve been going for maybe 5 years now and rotated through all the dentists and a handful of hygienists. From the front office to the chair, the staff are fantastic, personable and knowledgeable and they must be taking good care of them, because the retention rate seems to be pretty damn high. You are not a phone number here. When you check in, they know who you are and greet you by name. And since they stick around you know them too! Like “big city” dental tech with “small town” personality. (I mean that in a good way :) Glad I found them.

Chalet dental staff are courteous, professional, and down to earth. From the reception staff to the hygienists to the doctors, anyone I’ve been in contact with has shown expertise. Would recommend to all family and friends looking for a dentist in the Maplewood, St Paul and surround areas.

Overall, the staff at Chalet Dental Care are very professional accommodating. In particular I would like to thank dental assistant, Jessica, for her patience and attention to detail. In addition I would like thank Dr. Ryan (I believe that was his first name and not certain of his last) as him and Jessica worked as an excellent team to make sure my same day temporary crown was fitted perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Chalet Dental Care to anyone looking for dental care.
