Olivia Tatti is amazing. I visited for the first time today. The salon is cute and comfortable. This is probably my favorite cut & color I’ve had! I’m so happy to have found my new stylist and salon.

Words cannot do justice to the wonderful experience both my mom and I had while at Therapy Hair Salon. The staff are friendly, the environment is relaxing, and the hair products are amazing. Both my mom and I worked with Meghan, who was and is fantastic. She nailed my mom's haircut and color on the first try! My mom hasn't found a hair stylist whose work she liked the entirety of my life - nearly 30 years!! I highly recommend this salon. Meghan is kind, patient, detail oriented, personable and excellent at communicating. Her work is exquisite. Neither my mom nor I felt rushed or unsure at any point in our appointments. Meghan would ask as many questions as she needed to understand exactly what both my mom and I wanted and made sure we were all on the same page before picking up the scissors or applying a product. We will absolutely be going back to this salon; and, with all due respect, if you don't go to this salon, you're an idiot.

Amazing service from the second you walk through the door. Mackenzie was my stylist and did an amazing job, she listened to my ideas for a long overdue haircut and executed perfectly! She was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Will be returning for all of my hairstyling needs in the future!

I was excited to try this salon. When I called for an appointment for blonde highlights, I was told that I need to come in for a consultation before an appointment could be scheduled. This consult was free, and the appointment was set a few days after I initially called. The stylist kept asking me what I hated about my current style. When I asked what she recommended, her suggestion ended up being for me to keep my current style (color and cut). I have used the most expensive salons in Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and Charlotte, so I was stunned that the quoted cost for highlights and trim was double what I’ve paid elsewhere. I was given the Instagram of this “senior stylist,” and there weren’t many blonde styles posted, and they didn’t seem impressive considering the price. Overall, I found the receptionist to be friendly, the stylist to be not very friendly, and the price to be outrageous. No way I’m going to pay double for essentially the same thing I can get in other salons. Edited to reply to the response from owner: This salon apparently doesn't have a "junior stylist." There isn't one listed on your website. Again, my point is if your stylist is simply recommending that I keep getting the same color/cut that I've always gotten in the past at other salons for about half the price, I see no point in changing to your salon. If your stylist was planning to give me something better and different, I would certainly have considered switching.

Olivia is the bomb! My first ever initial visit with her was for a color correction and she nailed it! I will forever be a client of hers. She is the best, most sweetest person I’ve met. Shout out to the staff there also, they’re always so personable and genuine! You guys rock!

Overall my experience was excellent! Meghan gave me the exact cut I envisioned! They also went above and beyond to be accommodating to me! The salon is in a great location, clean and stylish/modern! They have some wonderful hair care products they used on me as well that left my scalp smelling and feeling amazing! I also had a color consult where she gave me some great ideas for my color in the future. Highly recommend and look forward to making this my home salon here in Rock Hill!

Fantastic place, so glad I found Mel and her staff. Everyone from front of house to each stylist is friendly and professional. Also carries davines hair products for sale.

I love everything about this place. The staff are friendly, up to date on current trends, the ambiance is comfortable and clean. Mel is an amazing owner and stylist, and has won my loyalty. So glad to have this quality in Rock Hill!
