I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Strand Leisure Park in Gillingham, and I can confidently say that it offers an incredible experience for individuals and families alike. From the moment I stepped foot into the park, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and the multitude of activities available. We will be going there again 100%

Half the equipment in the play park is either damaged or in bad repair. The paddling pool is never used these days and is covered in rubbish and graffiti. The crazy golf is all overgrown and disused. The little train is only still going by the skin of its teeth. Such a shame, because it could be a lovely place to visit.

As always great to go for a walk from here. Shame the Lido isn't open for the little kids especially in summer. Many happy memories about the Strand.

Cold, cold, cold. 🥶 Stay clear in the winter months. The wind off the water could give you hypothermia. Summer it's great especially the miniature train rides. Well done Sean.😁

This place has the potential to be great but it could do with a bit of TLC. With the splash pool, train and play areas (one for older kids and a seperate for smaller kiddies👌🏼) it's lovely in summer but there's always litter lying around. The cafe offers food and ice cream but is on the pricey side and the food leaves you wanting. I find the staff a wee bit grouchy too. You'd be much better off packing a tasty picnic which there is lots of space for. Lovely for a river walk as well. Dog friendly! Good for families of all ages.

The grounds itself are nice and the play area is adequate for both older and younger children, it could do with some trees for shade when it is hot.

Fabulous place, have taken my children there several times in school holidays with the fantastic weather we've had. Will go all the while the sun is out!

Incredibly frustrating way to purchase tickets for foreigners. You must provide an address to book but foreign zipcodes are not accepted, so you have to use your holiday address. Yet you must pay with credit card - which will trigger a fraud alert because the provided address is not associated with the credit card. Pfff!

The Leisure pool is fantastic, salty water, £2 per locker for small bag, indoor changing room, 1 hot and 3 cold outdoor shower places. Went on weekend, carpark is not busy, close to the play area. Mini train is not running anymore. Cafe - burger and hotdog taste good. Wasn’t able to find the price listed for Ice cream, asked the lady who’s actually not very pleasant, £2.5 per scoop, means £5 for double scoops, scoop is small, not value for money, not recommend. The free splash pool in playground dried out. The park design is great, however just poorly maintained.

Area sort of feels like it's not at its best... graffiti in some areas, a lot of rubbish in the car park and in other areas, and despite visiting in the school summer holidays there was no train running... best bit was the kids playground.

Swimming pool itself is nice but the toddler splash area is completely run down unfortunately. Covered in graffiti, rubbish and overgrown weeds. Such a shame as it was the main reason we came!
