After what feels like forever my sister and I had our first trip back to The Reef. Waiting outside with a little nerves if we’re honest, it was so lovely to see Maddie and Alex in their protective gear come let us in. Excitement was in the air! Professional and friendly as usual, The place was immaculately clean and I felt completely safe. My back was a mess but a wonderful massage from a Maddie sorted me out. The Socially distanced gossip at the end finished the night off nicely. So pleased the fabulous ladies are back working their magic!

Having moved to Teston two years ago I finally found this beautiful salon located in a listed country house. Maddie made an excellent job on my eyebrows which I had waxed and tinted. Would highly recommend her. Must go back fir a facial or massage x

I finally booked my Mother's Day gift voucher from last year and I'm so glad I did, what a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours. The massage was fantastic, really kneading away the tension in my neck & shoulders. The facial was so relaxing. It was all gorgeous and Alex was friendly and made me feel very comfortable with everything. I couldn't get the hot water thing to work in the relaxation room but that didn't spoil my lovely afternoon.

This was my first visit. I was made to feel very welcome & put at ease by Alex, who also carried out my treatment. The massage was wonderful! It was obvious my comfort was important throughout and I felt very relaxed. Alex picked up on my 'knotted' areas & worked on them accordingly. I found the information about aromatherapy really interesting & surprising too. I would highly recommend it and appreciated Alex's obvious talent & expertise in this profession and her caring manner. Lovely ladies who did mine and my mums pedicure. Took the time to make sure we were happy with our treatment throughout. We were offered refreshments at the start and end of the treatment. The treatment was performed excellent and very relaxing. We enjoyed our time at the reef!

Maddie was amazing and professinal, she made my first experience with waxing a lovely experience. Loved how at home and comfortable I felt though the whole appointment especially as I was a little nervous. Very polite, an asset to the company :) . I will be back and recommending the reef to everyone looking for treatments

It was an extremely relaxing atmosphere to experience and I definitely did not want to leave. The service was quick and friendly and the end result was stunning. My nails look amazing and look promising to stay on for a long time, even when I am on holiday. The therapists were also very helpful when picking the nail colours, giving advice and really taking the time to know what my preferences were. Even when moving location for different treatments, the friendliness and kindness continued. The cleanliness of the spa was exceptional and looked really pretty. Maddy made my experience wonderful from start to finish. She was extremely welcoming and very professional. I have had massages before in England and around the world and her technique is very, very good! She made me feel comfortable, made sure I knew exactly what to expect, spoke to me to help me feel relaxed at the beginning of the massage, took my queue for when I wanted to stop talking and enjoy the peace and relaxation and made sure I knew I could take my time at the end! Thank you so much Maddy 😀 There is one little thing that I have noticed the last few times that I’ve visited The Reef, things are looking a little tired e.g. the carpet on the stairs is very grubby, the hand towels in the toilet look overused and grey and there are grubby marks around some of the door handles. Although I can tell that it is cleaned well I think for absolute excellence things like carpets and paintwork should be kept absolutely sparkling! Other than this it was a great experience 😀
