Very friendly and professional service. I came for a patch test, eyelash lift & tint and eyebrow shape & tint. I do not normally have things like this done so was a bit nervous but Annette was brilliant. She made me feel comfortable straight away and the results were great. Very professional and relaxing in the lovely cabin in her garden. The patch test process was also great. Easy to book and quick. It also gave me a chance to ask any questions I had ahead of the actual appointment. I'll be back!

I went to Annette's for Powder Brows and have been so happy with them. Annette spent a lot of time beforehand discussing the whole process and the look that I wanted to achieve. She is meticulous in her work and I would highly recommend her. I will definitely be going back when my brows need another treatment or indeed for any treatment.

I’ve recently began to realise I need to look after my face as well as my nails.. Annette has helped to find the best solution for my skin and worked her magic. I am delighted to have found Annette. I’m extremely fussy when it comes to my nails, and am almost never completely satisfied with the results of a manicure. That wasn’t the case today though, my nails look perfect! Not only is Annette super friendly, she is by far the best nail tech I have ever been to. I genuinely cannot recommend her highly enough & will definitely be a regular at The Palace from now on.
