This campsite is really lovely the pitches for tents have wild flowers and long grass between them so you are completely private, motor home pitches are a really good size, it was so peaceful when we were there, showers and toilets were spotless. really recommend this site

One of the best campsites we’ve ever used! Friendly, lovely wildflower meadow setting, excellent washing facilities and always clean.

Absolutely loved this site. It's certainly got personality and rivals the great Twittys Tipis near Stratford upon avon. It's got to be in my top 5 sites and I've stayed at many. We cycle toured here and stayed mid week.. Fortunately avoiding any families. Showers were great. Free electric charging for out gadgets. A fridge. Wow. All for £9 each. Nice clean toilets. The pitches have a nice bit of privacy especially for Tweedle Dum my cycle buddy who likes to get wear minimal clothing on site. The Hansel and Grettle houses looked interesting, but when I approached one the old short sighted woman inside kept grabbing my wrist and squeezing it saying "you'll do nicely, will you come round for dinner?"

We rented out the whole site for a weekend to host our festival style wedding, which went very smoothly. Scott and Jean were friendly and accommodating, and the site was beautiful on arrival. A lovely yet convenient location, not too far from Ely, though a 3m walk might be a bit long, nice to use facilities, and picturesque and well maintained tent pitches. The timber tents are nicely appointed and very presentable, with all the facilities you'd expect, and the site is sensibly laid out.

A nice and very well maintained camp site. Especially nice for first time beginner campers. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Pros: Showers - are better than some hotels. Water pressure is great (for the guys looking out for their other half on showers/pressure and washing hair, no issues here!! 10/10) and very clean. Toilets - cleans and flushing Pitches - mowed, flat the one we stayed on (and majority of all from eyeball) Reception - Good 4G able to live stream the Kings coronation capacity - was full but didn't feel like busy Cons: Pitches - a bit too close to one another for me. Even when people had been talking low in the evening you can hear all the conversation. Play area - great for families i am sure but having pitches surrounding a play area is painful at 6am Wash area - only 2 sinks for washing is a bit small

Amazing place, beautifully maintained, the most helpful and friendly staff and owner. Super communicative and clear. We recently had a hendo there where there were eleven of us staying in all three of the timber tents and it made for the best base camp. We used the teaparty hut for a fun afternoon tea. Could not rate this place, people or location enough.
