We were visiting in the area, looking for somewhere for dinner and came across Kaya Meze. It did not disappoint! The food was well cooked, very fresh and tasty and all staff were great, especially Danny. Apparently it was his first day but we'd never have guessed! I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return if we lived locally.

Went with 7 friends, Floor downstairs was very slippery (oily?) I fell when we first got there. not once was I asked if I was OK by staff or helped up. After the event, they then put a wet floor sign up ! Not sure if they've had the floor treated with something but it was awful, showing every shoe tread pattern on it where people had walked on it. We were seated upstairs. Stairs are very steep and narrow. another person in our party "slipped" on floor surface. The waitress taking orders was "ok", not a friendly vibe from her. Service was was quite slow. we were advised about 15 minutes after ordering that two of the meals were no longer available, felt rushed to then make another choice. When food turned up , quite a gap between them coming out in twos, the food was quite nice, presented nicely etc. not the best but ok and most of us found it very tasty. Overpriced for what it is though. Sea bass for one person was very dry Waitress who bought the drinks was a much happier person. Very loud environment upstairs (couple of larger parties) but to be expected, couldn't wait to leave tbh. Would not rush to return or recommend this place

So this was our first time as Kaya and from entering the door this restaurant blew us away. We were greater by the manager who kindly let us choose our table , to which we chose one in the window. Next we were offered the comprehensive food and drinks menus. From the drinks menu I ordered a pint of lager and my partner ordered a GnT For starters we had the prawns and halloumi, when they turned up they were piping hot and delicious. For mains we had lamb chops and chicken shish ,mouth served with rice and fresh salad, both dishes where absolutely gorgeous, well cooked and succulent, the lamb especially cooked to perfection, All I can say is keep up the good work Kaya! Both food and service was second to none and we will definitely be returning

I had my birthday dinner in Kaya last night and it was nothing short of perfect.. The staff made sure we were extra comfortable and the food was very fresh & tasty. Cocktails were spot on too & the ambience was really lovely. I would definitely visit again & I highly recommend .. well done Kaya👏🏼👏🏼👌🏼👌🏼

My family and i dined at Kaya Maze Turkish Restaurant in Rochester, and it was an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was impeccable, and the food was an absolute delight. From the flavorful kebabs to the rich Turkish tea, every dish was a culinary masterpiece. This place has quickly become my favourite place to eat anywhere in the UK. The food has always been of an exceptional quality and the service is brilliant. From booking the table to leaving the restaurant, staff are always attentive and go above and beyond. The food arrived to the table quickly and everyone was happy with their orders. The food is second to none! I had the lamb Kleftico and the meat literally slid off the bone it was so tender. The tomato sauce it came in was so tasty, if I wasn’t at a restaurant I would have been lifting the bowl to my face to drink it! The prices are also very affordable. The inside is decorated beautifully as well, very modern and trendy. It is definitely a place you could take a date to or to celebrate someone’s birthday. Their lunch menu is a very good deal as well and I find myself gravitating towards this place whenever I’m in the area. Be warned, once you try this, it will be a new craving!

Came in for my wife’s birthday and had an amazing lunch. Service was fantastic and the staff couldn’t be friendlier especially Mustafa. Was also surprisingly good value too
