Update: Beware, they have not got planning permission for their prefabricated homes. Their application has been refused many times including appeal. Cornwall all over again, it’s the residents who suffer because of a greedy money grabbing company!!!! Don’t believe me, contact the planning office yourself. Most of the 5 star reviews are posted by staff and estate agents trying to sell these over priced homes which you are guaranteed to make a massive loss. The sales team are great at promising the world to get your money but once they have, Good luck. If you want to sell the site needs to have first refusal and if you don’t sell it to them depending on your contract you could be paying them 20%. We have received fraudulent bills, had no water for days, yes days a basic human right! You tell the office sorry the reserves are running low, will be get a refund in the bottle water we now need to buy, NO!!!! No pool that the sales team promised was being built 5 years ago, lake is a dumping ground, it’s a building site and the land fees have gone up £1000 in 5 years (none residential) do your research google the names of the 5 star reviews and stay away. Only positive it’s is a real community feel and the residents are great. They do nothing but take advantage of people even more so if you are vulnerable.

The shop and cafeteria are excellently managed and staff were friendly. I will not be using the bar/restaurant/club house again. We were in the pool room and a rude person told us to keep the dog away from children - he was nowhere near children and being kept on a very short leash. The site itself is in need of good management and better maintenance.

Our old neighbours now live in a caravan on this site enjoying retirement. It has a good community feel. Also has a clubhouse with entertainment and food. Nice location in the Herefordshire countryside near Bromyard.

This is a wonderful place to live. The club house does the most amazing food and entertainment.

Came to try the Carvery. Absolutely beautiful. Fabulous portions and lovely cooked food in a very friendly club. Countryside and area is stunning. Would definitely recommend. Will will definately return. Landlady very hospitable.
