Looking for a specific lightweight Janome machine but no longer made 😥. Nigel sourced me an alternative and it has been delivered from manufacturer within a day. He was so helpful and friendly and can’t recommend him enough. I can certainly recommend Janome M30A if you are looking for a lightweight machine to take to classes. .

Nigel did a fantastic and speedy job, brought in a fleece blanket in on the Wednesday which I wanted embroidered with a name for my baby cousin going through chemo, Nigel was quick to jump on the job and it was ready by the Friday morning! Great service. Nigel took me through the design and production process for me to purchase polo shirts for my small business. They do everything in-house and have the design software. Excellent amazing service. Purchased my Janome machine in 2003 from Jim. My parents adored him he was so kind to them. Many years have passed. Issues with the bobbin casing on the machine Friday I took into the shop, explained what had happened. On the following Tuesday it was ready for collection . A full service had been executed, a change/ replacement of bobbin casing. VERY reasonable price. Absolutely delighted, like a new machine. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.
