have
been
a
patient
of
Hospital
Lane
Dental
Clinic
for
over
10
years
and
should
like
to
say
how
pleased
and
fortunate
I
feel
to
have
had
Younes
Khosroshahy
as
my
dental
surgeon.
During
that
time,
Younes
has
carried
out
many
complex
dental
procedures
for
me,
including
two
separate
dental
implants
(one
with
sinus
lift
and
bone
augmentation),
root
canal
treatments
and
various
porcelain
crowns.
On
every
occasion,
the
outcome
has
been
first
class,
with
never
a
problem
experienced.
Younes
is
highly
skilled
in
his
work
and
obviously
cares
greatly
about
providing
the
best
solution
for
his
patients.
He
always
greets
with
a
friendly
smile
and
displays
amazing
kindness
and
reassurance
to
a
nervous
patient,
with
explanations
at
every
step
of
the
way,
and
I
am
extremely
grateful
for
this.
Treatment
options
and
plans
are
carefully
explained,
discussed
and
documented.
Aftercare
for
complex
treatments
is
excellent;
with
a
courtesy
phone
call
from
the
clinic
the
next
day
and
timely
follow-up
appointments
to
check
on
progress.
Praise
also
to
the
dental
nurses,
hygienists
and
receptionists,
all
of
whom
are
pleasant,
welcoming
and
efficient.
The
premises
are
bright,
spacious,
modern
and
very
well
resourced.

am
happy
to

for
the
excellent
care
and
treatment
that
their
large
team
provides,
