This morning I went into Mac, 10 months after having my little boy and 10 months after literally wearing no make up at all. A beautiful Irish lady came over to me to help and while the baby was asleep in his pram she helped me try lots of different types of make up on and honestly made me feel like a princess, actually brought me to tears! I had compliment after compliment today. I really hope you read this, the 10 minutes you spent with me has made me feel amazing. Thank you x

I was very impressed with the level of service and caring attitude of staff members today. One lady complimented my hair length which was uplifting as I have recently suffered a degree of alopecia. The other server colour matched my skin to the correct foundation and concealer, I received a free gift worth £45 and also benefitted from Black Friday discount. Thank you ladies x

The staff in Mac Bromley are just excellent! I was going to a ball and Savannah was just so helpful and kind! I looked amazing-thank you! And the eyelashes the manager put on for me were so fantastic that everyone commented how amazing my eyes looked! Thank you both so much!

Just wanted to leave a comment for Serin (sorry if I misspelled) my makeup session was amazing!!! She was absolutely lovely and is the first makeup artist that got my makeup perfect. I've had really bad experiences so I've been very apprehensive however she re installed my trust in them!! Thank you so much

Excellent service and all the staff in this store are all friendly, polite and go above and beyond. This is now my go to store. My Make up was perfect for my specific occasion and could t be happier with the way I looked, many people complimented me. Thank you 😊

I came to MAC in Bromley and was assisted by Shannon (assistant manager) who was so lovely! She had the patience of a Saint considering how indecisive I was. I bought a few products that she suggested and I love them. Thank you Shannon x

Visited MAC yesterday to make a purchase but was advised cash was no longer accepted and it was card payments only. This is ridiculous and for this reason only I will not be returning.

Was served by a rude black woman with no hair, zero eye contact and a very poor attitude who thought she was on the catwalk instead of in a shop. You're no more special or interesting than anyone else (In fact you're less so) and an attitude adjustment is badly needed. Also, a brand like MAC should really be able to keep on top of their stock levels for their most popular items. No stock and no clue from the staff... Do better.

Feel generous giving 2 stars went in not welcoming. Wanted to buy one thing and go but no one helped and waited 15 minutes and just left. I understand it was a little busy but wasnt considerate.

Ellie was so helpful to me and my friends on our recent visit . Her knowledge and understanding of her products shone through as did her kind and caring nature. Ellie took the time to really listen to my problems and demonstrated the best way to apply my base and help me pick exactly the right products . A lovely, experience ...thank you x

Staff was absolutely wonderful they were able to provide what I was looking for and more they were also quite good with things like matching foundation shades if that's what your looking for would recommend

Popped in the store yesterday to buy some lip glosses. This is the first in a long time going to a mac store as I haven't had the best experience in the past (not at this particular store) so I was a bit nervous to say the least. I was assisted by a lovely lady who took her time to help me pick out suitable lip shades & try them on. I ended up purchasing two that I really liked. Excellent service & will be visiting again.

Not happy with the service provided at all! I was told to sit down when I wanted to try on some concealer, and the lady just kept disappearing to serve other customers. I spent nearly an hour in MAC just for one product. I wanted to buy other products, but it was not worth the wait.

Went to MAC in bromley and needed assistance with eye shadow and lashes, was helped by Shannon who was absolutely fantastic. Will happily return for great service and expertise.

This review is based on MAC pulling the policy of giving a free lipstick for 6 empty containers. I find it unjustifiable that they have pulled this “gesture” I wonder would this have been pulled if the population was not so keen to recycle, I doubt they would not have done this 10 years ago. CONCLUSION: MAC still want you ALL to bring your empties in !!!! Their prices for a lipstick have now gone up to £22, oh yet MORE PROFIT for MAC and MORE stock to sell as no more FREE lipsticks to give away !!!!!! All in all a WIN WIN for MAC, they gain by those who bring back their empties, they also gain by not giving away any more fee lipsticks, their profit margin will have increased and we the loyal buyers get nothing back, disgraceful customer relations!!!

Vwegba was absolutely fantastic. She made me look phenomenal for my awards show. She knew her stuff and she was such a joy to be with.

I took my grandma into Bromley MAC on Friday for her bday, we got her make up done for the first time, the lady who served us vwegba was amazing, she was so patient and listened to exactly what we wanted, my grandma was so happy, couldn’t recommend enough

Vwegba gave exceptional customer service and including a 30-minute make over which was an amazing experience as she listened to my concerns and explained each product she used them. Very grateful for this experience and would recommend it.

Jesse was absolutely incredible (GIVE HIM A PAY RISE). I wish he worked in all of your stores. He was so understanding of our needs and incredibly personable. I've never been to the MAC Bromley before but I will definitely be coming back
