    PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU COME HERE!!!!! I was looking for a 2022 Accord 2.0T. I was trading a 2018 Ford Focus St with only 20,000 miles! I had done my research and test drove the Honda and it was a fantastic car. I do not recall if the sticker was on it when I test drove it, but I did not think I needed to, as I knew that model MSRP's for around $35,000. I also did research and saw my trade was worth about $28,000 and the KBB trade price, (to a dealer), was about 23 or 24K. I did not look at the sticker price when I test drove the car, but I did not think I needed to, (by the way, Sherry was my sales person and I give her 5 stars). My first offer from the manager was $19000 for my trade and 41K, or 42K for the Accord!!!!! I WAS SHOCKED!!!!! I should have walked out then, but after Sherry making two trips to the Sales Manager, she was able to get 23K for my trade, and a lowered price on the Accord. It was not MSRP though. Now that I think about it, the price was not listed on the internet and I was not given my window sticker, so I do not know what the MSRP for the car was, (I will take the blame for that). I wanted to purchase a car from a dealer in my community, but I know now that I should never go there again. I realize they need to make a profit, but they should not RIP OFF their customers in doing so. I just wanted to add to my review, that I appreciate you reaching out to me so quickly, on this Google review and by phone. I really do not wish to talk about this any longer. The vehicle price increase was mentioned to me, but I guess I did not fully understand at the time and that was my fault. I DID locate the window sticker in the glove box of my car, I just missed it. I see where the price of the car was from, (dealer markup for ceramic paint protection, Shottenkirk customer care package and body side moldings). I just think 7K markup is a little much! I guess nowadays this has become the "nature of the beast". Another way for dealer profit and negotiation. I will say, so far I LOVE THIS CAR and would purchase an Accord again! I just wish the car buying experience could be a little more customer friendly, where an "Honest Deal" for both parties could be reached from the onset, without having to make 2 trips to the Sales Manager!

    I had a great experience at Honda of Cartersville today. Usually I hate going to car dealerships because we all know how the salespersons can be very aggressive. That was not the case with Bernie Black. He was patient and let me look at my own pace. He also took the time to explain how a lease works and when I had to make the decision if I wanted to buy or not, he did not put any pressure on me at all. Because of him Honda of Cartersville has earned a customer for life. I will be purchasing my vehicles here and maintaining them here as well for the foreseeable future. Treating people with respect goes a long way. I would encourage everyone to give Honda of Cartersville a try if your looking for a vehicle.

    Great experience buying my first brand new car! I am so happy with my new 2023 Honda Civic Sport! Justin was great to work with and very helpful. Everyone was friendly and worked with us to get the best price we could within our budget. 1000000% recommend going here.

    Purchased a used Honda CRV. Pleased with purchase. Travis was great to work with. Entertained and fed granddaughter during long, long process. Have never had to endure a buying process that long. Financial manager stated "normal" time for important purchase. Seemed not to care. He had to be there, why not us? Satisfied with status of sales length. Not interested in improvement. Businesses should always be interested in improving experiences, if they wish to succeed.

    Just purchased a used 2020 Honda Accord. Sherry the salesperson and Tommy the sales manager were fair, straightforward and did all they could to be transparent to ensure we completed the transaction. I will be back when we are in need for another vehicle. Thanks

    Travis and his manager were awesome to work with. Travis was knowledgeable - no high pressure. Financing was great to work with as well. We chose Shottenkirk based on customer service reviews even though it is a farther drive. We have been pleased with the buying experience at Shottenkirk in general and from Travis specifically. We would expect to go to Shottenkirk Honda and buy again from Travis. Anxious to see how the Service Dept performs on maintenance, given the positive customer service so far. Great Job Team!

    Our experience at Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville has been way above par. Our sales man, Justin, owner Tommy and finance manager made the process smooth. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best care. We had a bad experience with Ed Voyles Honda. They tried to get me to sign off on a terrible interest rate with an excellent credit score. Shottenkirk told me not to sign and they were able to offer a much better interest rate. Glad I listened to them. They have my loyalty and we highly recommend them.     I cannot say enough words for the best car buying experience I had with Terry @ Shottenkirk. He’s very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, explained in detail all the cool features, and really got me more excited than I already was. He’s got a personality that makes you feel like you’ve known him for years while treating you like family throughout the entire process. He made the leasing process incredibly easy and walked me through every step of the way leading to a successful purchase. This is the second Honda my family has bought from this dealership and it certainly won’t be the last. I would highly recommend working with Terry for your Honda needs!

    Sherry K and the entire Shottenkirk Cartersville were such a pleasure to work with! We showed up interested in one car in particular and Sherry was automatically willing to do anything to help us drive out in it. Car shopping usually isn't a pleasurable activity but we were in and out in less than 3 hours with a great car at a great deal. We highly recommend purchasing a car here!

    My wife and I bought a 2024 Honda CR-V just the other day. We visited the lot on Black Friday only intending on narrowing down our options. From the moment we entered Shottenkirk Cartersville, we were greeted by several employees eager to help us find that special car. Travis Amos was assigned to us and guided us through the entire process start to finish like a pro. He carefully listened to our needs and preferences. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He managed to find that CR-V in two tries and even gave us a great deal on it. After all the paperwork was over, he took the time to show my wife several features of the car and even called us the next morning to follow up. The icing on the cake was Bethany was lucky enough to win a new TV which employees helped carefully pack it in the new car. We greatly appreciated our car buying experience with Travis @ Shottenkirk Cartersville and we highly recommend visiting their lot if you are in the market.

    I would hands down recommend seeing and speaking with Justin at this particular location! He was not only respectful and genuine, he went all above and beyond for my husband and I so that we could work out the deal that would get us a new car! To add to this the new van we purchased needs a couple more steps that were unable to be ready for us to drive home in, he personally offered to drive it directly to us on Monday! We ended up spending a lot longer at the dealership for reasons uncontrollable for anyone of us to be able to fix and he sat with us the entire time. Not at any moment was it awkward the exact opposite we felt like we were seeing a great friend! Thank you to Justin for an enjoyable experience and I hope that you continue being the best at what you do and maybe just maybe this review will get you some more customers coming your way so they can experience the same!!

    *WARNING* This dealership will WASTE YOUR TIME. I drove an hour and thirty minutes to sell them a used Ford Transit Cargo van they made an offer for online. I was contacted by Jonathan at the dealership who instructed me to send in photos of the vehicle. I proceeded to send in photos as well as videos of the van TWICE. I then decided to call the dealership prior to driving an hour and a half to express the distance of the drive and to not have my time wasted. I was then assured over the phone that they understood my concerns and would absolutely push to get a deal done today. Upon arriving to the dealership I was greeted by Jonathan who informed me that none of my photos were received because they are in the process of “switching systems”. They then proceeded to take the vehicle for a test drive. After the test drive they called another dealership whose lot the vehicle would physically be on and explained the vans condition. At no point did they mention the vehicle being in need of “repairs” Shortly after this phone call Jonathan’s floor partner walked up to us and said sorry to waste your time but we cannot make an offer on this vehicle due to a scratch and ding on ONE of the door panels. I was livid. I sent it photos and videos in advance so they could see the physical condition of the car. I expressed my concerns before driving out there only to be lied to. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

    Could not have had a better car buying experience. Honestly, I hate the whole process. I’ve been looking for over a year and I have dealt with some terrible salesmen. All they wanted to know was what I was trading in. Not here! I am so thankful that Bob walked out to help us when we arrived at Shottenkirk. He was helpful, honest, easy to work with and enjoyable to get to know. He was not pushy and was so kind. I will not be buying from anyone else other than Bob. I feel like I got a new car and that we made a new friend. Thanks for helping me find my dream car!

    Yesterday, my husband and I had the pleasure to meet Jonathan over at Shottenkirk! After a horrendous experience at a nearby Honda dealership. Last minute, we decided to head to Cartersville and we were greeted with an extremely dedicated staff. Between Johnathan, Tommy and Michael; the entire team was extremely understanding of our work schedules and made the experience extremely smooth. From now on, any service and any future business will be directly with Shottenkirk Honda. If you head to the store, please ask for Johnathan!

    Yesterday, we had the pleasure of visiting Shottenkirk Honda in Cartersville where we purchased a 2003 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. I must say, it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in my over 65 years of driving. Our sales associate, Mr. Terri Ford, went above and beyond to ensure that we understood all of the high-tech features of our new car, as well as the buying process itself. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. We were so impressed with his exceptional service that we hope to purchase our next car from him as well. Thank you, Mr. Ford, for making our buying adventure a truly enjoyable one.

    They went the extra mile to provide the best deal and they have wonderful customer service! Kevin went above and beyond when we purchased our CRV. Sherry was so easy to talk to while we personalized my settings and discussed features.She made sure we had what we needed! Matthew, in finance, was efficient and knowledgeable- and funny. The overall experience was great! Too bad I’m keeping my new car forever, otherwise I would look forward to doing it all again!

    Pleasant and professional negotiations where I felt respected and listened to (I drove far from my home to here to avoid the abrasive games played by many metro Atlanta dealers). They worked with me to stay within my budget. Friendly staff - Sherry and Tommy were very kind. Also appreciated the clean, new showroom with plenty of seating. My only critique would be sometimes follow-up communications took some prompting, but they were also very busy with vehicle deliveries before the holidays. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership and my salesperson Sherry.

    The five stars are for Hannah Jones. She was extremely easy to work with, very knowledgeable and was able to help me realize what was most important to me to have in my new car. Have only had my new Passport for a week, but it feels like the perfect car for me. Thank you, Hannah! Unfortunately, after having such a great experience with Hannah, I next had to wait to finish up with the Finance Department. Brittany Lewis handled that portion of our car buying experience and although she too did a fine job once I got in to see her, I had to wait well over an hour to see her after already spending four hours with Hannah. I understand it couldn’t be helped because four customers were ready to speak to the Finance Department at the same time. But at the time I wasn’t fully aware of what was happening and might have opted to run out for dinner until someone was available. Anyway I felt Brittany did a fine job explaining the extended warranty, etc, but I was probably a little cranky by then and had purchased them in the past but had not seen much value in them on a new car so I said no and just wanted to get home by then. But no. Apparently someone thought Brittany must have not done her job and another young man was sent in to try to get me to purchase the extended warranty. After wasting another 20 minutes or so and saving me only an additional $5 I still said no. Frankly, I felt this was insulting to both Brittany and to me. She was doing a good job and there was no reason for someone else to repeat the whole sales pitch again! Anyway after spending 6.5 hours at your dealership I purchased my car and feel I’m going to be very happy with it. Again, thanks to Hannah and Brittany for all their help!
