Keep getting emails about bills after being paid. This place claims to have moved to automated billing to assist patients, but let's be honest--they are being lazy and automated billing makes it easier for the customer not to catch overbilling mistakes. Insist on only paper billing when dealing with this company to make sure you keep a paper trail.

Charged over my insurance company's max allowable rate for the sleep study and price gouging on equipment prices. Probably going to dispute the charges for the sleep study on my credit card, look at reporting them to my insurance company and the appropriate licensing agencies for fraud, and try to get my cpap elsewhere. At this point dying in my sleep is preferable to giving them more money. Edit: in response to the owner this was left after I attempted to resolve the issue with your company. I was told either I or my insurance company was lying about the maximum billable amount, until I mentioned reporting your company to the Attorney General for billing fraud, then suddenly I "misunderstood" and they were processing a refund. You people are wannabe thieves.

Got a response due to my Dr recommending me quickly. Got an appointment quickly. When i arrived at the office I got checked in and taken back quickly. The nurse that took my vitals, etc. was very nice and friendly. However, I had to wait about 30 minutes in the room before the Dr came in which I think is too long. The Dr was pretty thorough but not extremely friendly or talkative. Waiting for a follow up to schedule a test now.

The staff was super nice! The Nurse Practitioner and the nurse (I can’t remember their names) were super friendly and talked me through everything! The environment was also super clean and chill.

Can’t say enough good things about this practice. Everyone from scheduling, reception, business office, nursing, equipment and the practitioner that assisted in my care went above and beyond to get me sleeping like a dream again. I highly recommend their five star services.

Sleep Center of Murfreesboro is a very professional high tech facility with a caring staff... From Kendra taking my vitals and inprocessing and Caitlyn interpreting my numbers to Brittany hooking me up and taking care of me thru sleepstudy I was in good hands!!! The facility is very clean and comfortable too!
