Kendra is so sweet and very knowledgeable! My husband and I also appreciate her effort to give us the space and time we need to discuss our purchase. We have enjoyed our last two visits to Havertys and plan on returning in the future!

The salesperson was friendly and patiently waited for my husband and me to browse the store. She came to check on us but gave us the space to look around. After looking around the store, the salesperson was able to answer the questions we had and made sure she reminded us of the current sales and finance terms. I like the fact she enjoys her job, and it certainly shows.

My experience with Jandra was great. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I was told that another store would not release a piece that they have in stock on their sales floor availale for purchase. I purchased a beautiful high quality bedroom set and I almost said cancel my order because I could only get one night stand. Smh... I thought this was a company that exemplifies high standards of customer service but obviously not.

Mr Clarence at McDonough store was/is a perfect gentleman. I was with a friend, and he was able to show both of us items we were looking for. He even looked online to see if there were other colors or sizes available. He gave me all the help and information on items I was interested in. He gave me the details I need to make sure I can take the measurements home to ensure what I want will fit. I will always ask for him when I return to the store.

I have been shopping at Haverty's for over 20 years. Furniture is top notch, service is excellent and they never seem to run out of things that I love! I was in today for some smaller items to enhance a couple of rooms. Waited for OJ to assist! Left happy!

I appreciated Jandra giving me space when I asked for it, then answering all my questions when I requested assistance. There was an issue with my initial invoice, in which the discount wasn’t applied, but I’m choosing to believe it was not intentional.
