Working on a TV show here and its pretty nice that the trucks are at docks. No waiting to gate up or down and all the stages are in a giant shipping facility, so if you can get to other stages or the production offices without going outside. Which is great for rainy days or really cold days. Crew parking is a little undefined. There are no perms for rigging.

Cannot make phone calls or send text in the shooting facility. Office will have to coordinate everything for set crew.

Nice location for a studio. Gated for security. Never have an issue using the codes to get in.
