This is rock bottom for a room. Looks like you would find it as is years from now after being abandoned. Table,no chairs. Light fixtures broken off missing from the walls. Wood flooring looked as if hadn't been cleaned this year. Shower was either dirty or stained--- I couldn't make myself use it. Roaches running races all over everything so I did not cut any lights off. Some other small bugs(or baby roaches) all over floor and walls. Mgr was very abrupt from the time I arrived. I would not recommend to anyone unless it's absolutely your last possible option. Surprised it's not been shut down for uncleanliness and disrepair everywhere

This place is the WORST I have ever seen. The staff is rude and not willing to accommodate you with anything. There is no housekeeping therefore, no clean linens, no microwave, no refrigerator and no toiletries. Also no phone. The one in the room is just for looks I guess because it doesn’t work. The bathroom is horrendous and shower curtain filthy! There’s no way helI I can get in that shower or feel clean coming out of it. This was my first time staying at a motel 6 and it be My last! I did request a room change at 1058 and was told they didn’t do room changes after 11 o’clock.

I am saying this with a bit of a sense of humor because the room was clean. The bathroom door was broken and the bedspread had cigarette burns in it - in my nonsmoking room - but it WAS clean. We had to ask for enough towels because there were 3 of us staying in the room. In the room next door - the person was smoking enough weed that the smoke was billowing out below the door and wafting down the sidewalk in heavy clouds. We don't participate in that activity so it was disconcerting. We never felt unsafe coming and going from the hotel but it was a little sketchy.

Yeah it's cheap. Waffle House right next door. Pool looked clean. Room was ok upon first glance, but it soon deteriorated. Beds are just gross, sheets aren't changed, and if they are you can't tell because they're so stained. Found some dog kibble under the bed, and be warned, we were told that there was a $50 fee for linens left on the floor at checkout. Only found out after complaining about the nasty sheets. The tub was scary. Got in to take a shower, and half of the floor had this large patch on it. Figured out why, you step on the unpatched half and it sinks. I was scared I was going to end up in the room below us. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you've got no other options, and even then I might say sleep in your car first.

The rooms are raggedy the first room they gave us had a dirty towel behind the door in the bathroom, the pictures on line must be when the motel was first built, because it looks nothing like that anymore, I will never stay in a motel 6 again. Oh let’s not forget the dog barking half of the night, I forgot the police were here arresting people and towing cars, everyone that work here live here. This place is the worst place to stay it drug ally. The cleanest place was the pool

We were very happy with our stay at this location. The room was very clean and tidy, and the receptionist was very kind and helpful.

So here we go, I drove over 800 miles to Chattanooga on 10/7/23 and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating, I currently work for motel 6 and when I'm traveling I try to stay with the brand I work for, therefore I hate to say anything bad about my chain of motels, the lady that checked me and my GM in late last night was super accommodating, but this place is filthy and disgusting, I'm a maintenance technician for motel 6 and have been for a while now and this place is the worst I've seen. From the chunk of drywall that looks like it's about to fall from the ceiling in the bathroom, to the black mold growing on the bathtub and ceiling, to the roaches( I gave up on trying to kill them and slept with my ear buds in so as not to get roaches in my ears) to the dirty linen, stained towels, roaches crawling out of the microwave, I pulled the comforter back and the blanket is full of cigarettes burns and it's just nasty, I slept in my clothes and shoes on people. And they charged me 50 dollars for incidentals, you should give me 50 dollars to sleep in this dump. Oh I forgot the constant noise outside from the homeless and the live in drunks that must stay on property. My GM and I let y'all know that we worked for motel 6 and you gave us the worst room you could give to a fellow employee, on that note I will beaking a formal complaint to motel 6 cooperate (G6 hospitality). I hate to say this but if you can afford it stay somewhere else, this place needs to be shut down by the health department! P.S. leave your luggage in the car or you might leave with more than what you came with, roaches like to go on vacation to.

They are working on updates and repairs. My room is clean and the heat works well. Whoever stayed in the Other rooms before must have trashed the rooms which is disrespectful. When you are a guest at a hotel you should be considerate. Ask to look at rooms before you decide to stay.

This is one of the worst motels/hotels I have ever stayed in. There were multiple drug deals going on outside in plain sight. Lots of riff raff and loud noises all night. I was asked one bed or two bed room. I said one. The room I got was a two bed room with one missing bed, and one small full size bed (there were two of us in it). The bed was hard as a rock, as were the tiny pillows. The heat barely worked, so we had to sleep in our clothes to keep warm. There was dirt residue all over every door and entrance where people would be going in and out of rooms. There was obvious water damage on the ceiling, that had been attempted to be repaired by slathering spackle all over it. One checkout, the person behind the counter was very rude when I asked when I would get the "50$ deposit" back, and never answered the question. Then he took my room key and handed it to the new customer checking in at the counter! Avoid this place at all costs. There is an Econolodge next door..... stay there.

First of all I booked a room with microwave and get here it’s not even a microwave in the room, go the the office and they say they dnt have any available. Ok and, I didn’t pay extra to not have a microwave. YOU CHARGE EXTRA SO IT NEED A MICROWAVE. Then the bathroom tub is dirty. Like BE SO FOR REAL. THEN THE NEXT ROOM THEY SHOWED WAS NASTY. HOW you running a hotel and can’t even clean the rooms properly. Office staff rude, you mad cause I want a refund when you can’t even provide was I paid. DONT BOOK HERE LITERALLY you pay over $200 for a couple nights to have a nasty, messed up room, with no housekeeping staff

There are so many horrible reviews for this location, but my boyfriend and I stayed there last night (a saturday night) and had a perfectly fine experience. we showed up at 1am and got a room without problem. The older man working night shift was very nice! Our room was clean, there were no bugs or roaches. the sheets were clean and there were no bad smells in the room. parking lot was empty and quiet. Honestly slept like a rock. it’s a motel, as long as it’s clean and safe, then there’s not much to complain about. you get what you pay for and there’s also a waffle house in the parking lot! It seems like they may be under new management because it was nothing like any of the other reviews I read.

For the time my family and I needed which was just overnight for a sound seep before getting back on the road. It was perfectly fine. I paid like $68 for myself and 2 teens. The room was older style lay out with the wooden floors and an old ,floor wall unit air conditioning, that kept the room very comfortable. No bugs or anything like that, some of the furniture including the TV appeared upgraded. Unfortunately no microwaves if you have anything you want to heat up, so snacks and non perishables will have to do. Upside of things there is a 24hour gas station and a waffle house so it all balances out well. I would stay again if I need too for a in and out stay.

Completed reservation for Booking.com for 1 Night/Arrived at the motel, was forced to pay again during check in. Night Front desk clerk reassured me manager would correct my double charges. Morning Front Clerk did not only refused to help me correct double charges but contacted authorities to have me removed from the property. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying consumer. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Worst place ever, stole our money, the rooms were awful, they are nothing like the photos online, the room smelled awful, roaches, the lights barely worked, a lamp was ripped off the wall, there's no microwave so forget about heating up food, the light cover over the sink wasn't even mounted to the wall it was laid underneath the sink, when we asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else, the man at the desk got very upset, we talked to the bank for our card the refund was supposed to go to, and the guy charged us again for it and hasn't even given us the money back. No one go here, the Indian man will steal your money, all the other people behind the desk are super sweet, but don't go near him or check in with him. If yall want to be over charged for something that is awful this is your place to go. They will over charge you, and steal your money. We cannot even get ahold of them on the phone, they don't refund money, they just take it. Don't go here ever.

The comforter and blanket had cigarette burns in them, the TV didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, the toilet didn’t flush, graffiti on the table, marker on the mirror, slime running down the walls. We left, this place should be shut down, this is by far the nastiest place I have ever been to. Having hard time getting money back. I will call health inspector.

If I could have given below 1 stars I would have. This hotel is ran by an Indian man that has an awful attitude. The sheets and blankets was dirty as well as the toilets and instead of offering a different room they stole the money and said I have to wait 8-10 days for a refund on a room that a dog shouldn't be in. This hotel needs to be shut down

Most disgusting hotel I have ever seen even on TV. There is no way this could pass a true health inspection. Roaches in, on, under everything. Bare necessities of furniture, all of which are broken and stained needing replacement 20 years ago. Drug deals everywhere in the open. Some people passing off cash to owner in parking lot--looks shady. Not a single good thing could be said about this place.

Prices are great! Allows pets. Older place but not too bad. Main problem we had was all the noise. Can't really blame them for noise though. Overall, if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay this is is.

The room I got was disgusting, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, there were holes in the walls, ceilings, the bedspread, pretty much everywhere. The floor was lopsided, and to top it off there were ROACHES. When I went to the front desk about the roaches, the lady was rude, and said that the locals didn’t care about the roaches so I should not either. Save your money, go anywhere else because they do not care about the safety and cleanliness of their motel.

I would put no stars cause This place was absolutely garbage immediately when we came there were people fighting right in front of are door drunk and I figured out after we checked out one of them worked there. Stains on my blankets I asked for more and the lady said she didn’t have access to them or extra pillows I had to go to Walmart for pillows and blankets. They also fail to mention that microwave and mini fridge’s are 50 dollars extra to have in your room I will never stay here again it’s the worst and most unsafe hotel I have ever been to in my life.

Bugs in the room. Crawling on the walls and on the floor. Stains on the linens. Toilet keeps on running every five minutes. Room was not kept up very well. Need some inside maintenance. Looks like mold on the ceilings. And on the walls. Won’t stay here again

Under impression was stocked with fridge, microwave and clean non smoking room. Burns in the bed, bathroom and smelled like urine. We Immediately went to front desk and wanted a refund. Was told we could not because our card had been swiped. We was tired and decided to stay the one night. All night there was loud music and people noticeable on drugs walking around like the living dead. Finally when we did get up to leave it was a battle with cockroaches to get to door. Very unsatisfied. Was told we would get refunded. But that was un true as well. I took pictures of dirty wash cloth , walls, floor and bed. We had our own blankets and used them. Just a waste. Do not stay at this facility

Stopped here for the night, only because I had some bonus money on a hotel app and got this room, tax included, for under $25 But ok, that sayings of you pay cheap, you get cheap kinda fits here. It has windows thinner than paper I think, so you hear EVERY noise and conversation coming in from outside as if they are sharing your room with you. And talk about a sketchy environment, I was a tad concerned for my own well being able wanted of all my belongings were going to survive the night in my car.

1 star in actuality is a very generous rating for the level of service I received. I walked into the office to confirm my reservation I had booked online, I was met with a very unfriendly older gentleman by the name of “Garret” who refused to help me any way. It had been a long night so I was ready to get into my room, which ended up NOT happening because Garret would not help me figure out what happened with my reservation nor did he offer any assistance on getting me into a room. Long story short; I work in the hospitality industry and I would be FIRED if I were to ever greet or deal with a customer in the manner that Garret did today. I will never stay here again nor would I EVER recommend this place to anyone. DO BETTER GARRET!

For such a low price this was a perfectly fine room for me and my partner. Sheets and floor had some blood stains on it and one of the lights wae broken but the water pressure was on point. Got woken up to people yelling and slamming doors all throughout the night. Hotel staff was friendly and it's right across the street from waffle house

Let me just say, I’ve stayed at multiple Motel 6’s. This place looks completely unsafe on the outside. I had a room booked here and once I pulled in the parking lot I completely changed my mind. Lots of sketchy people walking around. Had a few different people stop and stand in front of my car and literally just stare at me. Not to mention all of the reviews about cockroaches and bedbugs……. Unacceptable. Didn’t have to stay here to say I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Don’t even waste your time!

Burn marks on everything, smelt very bad, bathroom not clean don’t stay here very nasty location lady was nice about refund not her fault but that room was not up to par at all. For the price being charged it should at least be a little cleaner then what I experienced here today not happy with the experience.

This place sucks. It was cheap and we figured it was going to be a little trashy but it was worse than that. The sheets were stained so I slept on top of the blanket. They had roaches. The towels were stained (Which they blamed on us.) They also said we were doing cocaine in the room when it was actually baby formula and REFUSED to give us our deposit back. We were depending on that money for gas and food on the way home. We brought my daughter to Tennessee for her 1st birthday. Needless to say, I want my deposit back or I am taking this to TikTok and court! This stay has almost ruined me from staying at Motel 6! Picture of the man who refused to give the deposit back because everyone should know what they are getting themselves into b4 they stay here.

LET THE REVIEWS SCARE YOU!!! This hotel is absolutely horrendous. I barely stayed 2 nights with my family in a room. When we checked in everything was fine. We paid $100 deposit on the room, then two nights which was right at $200 with our discount. We checked in the room everything seemed as it would at your local cheap motel. No microwave or fridges in the room because of the drug addicts that hang out in the parking lot. The shower runs fairly decent, but good luck getting your toilet to flush. The beds were obviously not that comfortable, but the worst part is my daughter caught SCABIES (Hospital paperwork and picture of the infection below) the SECOND NIGHT!!! She is being treated for it and so is everyone else just in case. The sheets were burnt and nasty. Everything about these reviews are true. The next morning at check out I asked for my full $100 deposit. The owner only gave me $50 of it back and told me everyone only pays $50. Then where did my other $50 go is exactly what I asked him, he showed me their policy sign that they have up front. That's when I told him that it was okay, I will be calling the health department to have their establishment shut down due to poor hospitality. We couldn't even get clean blankets every time we asked. It was ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and honestly say spend the extra somewhere else. 😞
