Fleas jumped on me as soon as I walked in the lobby should have turned right back out but no I tried to give them a chance. Got to the room and same issue I told them I didn’t have a pet or smoke but my room smelled like smoke and there were fleas in the room when I woke up I had bites everywhere I will not every stay here again

No hot water. Staff is most friendly. Kay was very helpful. The second party booking through internet is a joke. The booking service will not refund our money. Hopefully sometime in the future they will fix their water issues.

The room was clean, and the staff were amazing. Here's the issue, $107 for 1 night is literally highway robbery. The breakfast offerings were beyond dismal for that prince's ransom we paid for sleeping in a smoking room for 5 hours.

Would rate zero stars all the way. Don’t go here. I was about to book a night here and the customer service person was such a weirdo so I got a bad gut feeling and decided to back out of getting a room there. Wanted a $50 deposit for paying cash and when I said all I had was $100 for the night asked me to hand it to him and he would send it to me through “cashapp” So I could pay card but didn’t understand the underlying issue was I still had to pay the $50 deposit fee I couldn’t afford. Weird vibe. Someone needs to do something about that dude with the huge nose.

Good, clean room. Staff were great and helpful. The bed was more comfy than my bed at home. Bad, ice machine not working, breakfast was a huge disappointment (cold cereal, little muffins or bagels). Had to have staff get our TV on and then we could only get one channel. Guess I feel like I paid to much for what we had.

Biggest plus was rooms available for reasonable price...breakfast is grab and go things like sausage sandwich to microwave in your room, bagels with cream cheese apple juice and orange juice. Beds were comfy. Nice fridge. Drawbacks were older rooms (our toilet ran every 5 mins so I shut the water off and reported it) satellite TV was interrupted for hours due to storms. Staff was friendly. There is taco bell and pizza hut right next door.

Was driving from Idaho to Florida and this was the cleanest and nicest super 8 I have stayed at. It was right off the interstate and a great place to get some good rest for the night, plus there is a wonderful waffle house right across the street.

Key to our first room wouldn't work so they asked if we wanted a different room or just not lock our room, I asked for a different room, then the second night we came back and our card wouldn't open our room again so we had to get another key made, there were cigarette burns all over the bed covers and the sink was leaking when you used it, when we went to get more towels they made us bring our dirty ones to the office to get clean ones Staff was nice but didn't see very interested in the issues we had seemed really blah about the matters. I will not be staying here in the future.

Kay at the front desk was so professional and friendly! Excellent customer service!! Rooms are super clean and very nice! We will definitely stay again!!

Parking seams abit limited. Handicapped parking and access on the first floor. The doors to the room are outside. Like open the door and your outside, which I think is cool. Rooms are newly remodeled. No bugs, very clean. Nice redone bathrooms. Beds are comfy, 3 pillows. Nice place. 2 beds is 107 for the night. We paid cash, so you have to leave an extra 50 colors at the desk. You get that back in the morning, so that's good. Nice place

Rude, dishonest, rundown facility. Door locks don't work half the time. Stayed for an extended period of time and was overcharged about $1800, which I got excuses and a run around tactic from them about every time I inquired about it. Go somewhere else. If not, watch your money like a hawk. Not the cleanest place either. If you stay more than a week they make you change rooms.

The rooms are clean it has a pool but it was closed No hot breakfast or cold little bit juice left we left at 8:am so I think that they're just cheep on the breakfast I've been other super 8 can still get breakfast at 8 and trip bag.. I think that all the super 8 should do

The young lady Claire was so nice and personable. Her professional attitude was exemplary. But the young man that started after her was, shall we say, something to that needs to be addressed. We are guest. We could have chosen a different hotel but we came here. Feeling we were "disturbing" his position was made known with his haute attitude. He may be a pleasant, intelligent person outside the realm of his station, but please don't treat the guest as being less than welcome. Beyond that, the rooms were clean, smelled pleasant and had a modern but warm decor.

Front Person was very nice. The lady on 1st shift was kinda rude, she was unpleasant when asking for breakfast items. She acted like she didn't want to bothered

🛑STOP RESEARCHING AND BOOK THIS ONE!! Super clean, strong a/c unit, bright lighting, USB charging ports, friendly desk staff, easy in/out from main road, LOTS of food options within walking or short drive distance. If we ever travel this direction again we're definitely stopping here...maybe will on the way home! This unassuming little place has really surprised and impressed us! Kudos to the management/owners! 💯👏👍

First of all, room was inaccessible due to door cards. Ours and women next door had to struggle to get in. Toilet seat was disconnected from base of toilet. Old Urine all around the base of toilet. Bed was great, tv remote didn’t work at all. Noisy street right in front very early in am. Dry breakfast but plentiful. Eggs weren’t hard boiled, they WERE RAW. Discovered this in the front seat of my car anxious for a quick snack 😩.

I was worried about going back to this place after reading some of the recent reviews, but to me it seems the same as it always was - no frills, nothing fancy, but perfectly acceptable for the price. My room was clean, everything was functional, and the neighbors/parking lot were no louder than any other basic hotel on a Friday night. The employees are always very kind to me as well.

When you try a new place, you never know what you will walk into.. Well, I can say from the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman, Mr.Dewayne. I don't know if he was the manager, but he could have been. Quick check-in, very easy. The room was very clean and updated. The grounds we nothing fancy but clean as well..Quiet area and yes, I will visit again..Thanks to your crew for doing such a great job...

Very clean rooms. Nice comfortable bed. Fridge,microwave,coffee maker and hair dryer in room. Breakfast from 6 to 9 as well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a bit of a bummer the pool was closed, but other than that no complaints. Lights on bedside have tons of plugs and charger ports. Very quiet rooms considering its location. We will definitely stay again.

Foul smells urine stains on sheets and pretty sure it was fleas or bed bugs not sure but they were itchy I won’t be back!!! !!

The reservation line disconnected our call after 15 minutes. I went into the hotel and was told that I would have to pay more for the room or go back in online and create another reservation. The guy at the desk helped me however he selected a date 2 weeks down the road so for a third time the reservation had to be recreated again. The noise all night from Taco Bell next door kept us awake. When I checked out I was given a receipt for $50.44 and later that evening noticed on our bank statement that we were actually charged $70+. Went down for their continental breakfast, and there was one muffin, coffee, and dry cereal with no milk. Not what I call it continental breakfast.

Beds and water decent- can't say the same for the apolsystery- needs to be cleaned to get whatever stains out!! Came outside in the morning to find my truck covered in ashes from the room above flicking cigarettes- seriously 😳 Not a good place to stay...

The room was okay. Somewhat updated furnishings. Very dusty room. Could use a deep cleaning. I would recommend skipping the breakfast. They have basic generic bagels and some plain muffins that were horrible. No bread. No hot items served for breakfast. No good restaurants in the area. Absolutely nothing to do in the area. Good for a one night stay only. They do not clean the room or bring clean towels. I had to go get towels and toilet paper the second day.
