I was seen with complaints of a bladder infection. It’s impossible to get in to see my PCP without waiting several months for an appointment. This facility took me right in with very little paper work. I was treated, prescribed an antibiotic for the infection and out in about 30 minutes. The Dr. was very efficient and explained he had called in an antibiotic. I am very happy with this facility and everyone who helped make this visit such a pleasure in getting treated quickly and thoroughly ! I recommend going here for any medical issues you need addressed quickly instead of waiting days, weeks or even months before you can get an appointment with your PCP.

My experience was amazing, today was Sunday, and all of the personnel were pleasant and engaging, very courteous and polite. They never made me feel I was making a mistake by coming in on a Sunday, I was never rushed to complete my appointment. They all took time with me from the young lady at the front desk, the nurse and then the doctor. The customer service experience was awesome and my patient care experience was absolutely phenomenal.💜

If you have to go to a walk in clinic, please do your research and choose wisely. Presented with kidney pain that had been going on for 3-5 days. Urinalysis showed blood and protein in my urine. I'm not happy with the service provided by the physician on duty. When I answered no to a question, automatically it was not a kidney stone. It was something I had done to my back. Since I have injures to my back and have been seen for my back issues for years, I knew that was not the issue. Never the less they seem to know better than to listen to the patient. Long story short save time money and pain go to your P.C.P. if you have one if not go to the ER. Or at least a different walk in clinic. I was there a total of 15 min no blood drawn ultimately getting a steroid shot and discharged to still be in the same Pain and discomfort as before.. GO ELSEWHERE....

There was nobody in the lobby and it took me over a half hour to get a simple TB skin test also not to mention the front desk staff are rude and uncooperative. I simply asked if they would run my insurance since I pay for it and the only answer I got was that their not allowed to without even the slightest attempt to try. The tests are only $25 which was paid but is besides the point. The staff had DoorDashed food (which is okay) but when they had a customer in their lobby, they seemed more concerned with the foos then the people that pay their salary. Healthcare in this country has changed for the worst. Definitely will not recommend!!!! If you need healthcare of any kind please find a locally owned family doc who will actually listen to you. Don’t go to corporate run anything, they are all private equity and only after money.

Should have went sooner! Had sever back and leg pain (sciatica) and was treated with steroids and given a script for therapy. Pain reduced considerably and now on my way to complete healing. They are truly a blessing. Staff was exceptional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Brooke is such a asset to this practice and we are fortunate to have her in our community! She truly cares about her patients and spends the time necessary to understand all that is going on before making a diagnosis and recommendation.

Front staff very friendly. The guy that brought me back wrote all of my info down on glove. Not sure the MD knew I was diabetic. Got a steroid shot. Only reason I took it is because he wouldn't call in antibiotics and I just wanted to feel better. I don't feel better today. But, I'm visiting are from out of town, no other option.
