TLDR:
Sent
me
to
collections
when
they
actually
owed
me
$100.
Doctor
called
down
hallway
for
nurse
to
hurry
because
she
was
in
a
hurry
to
leave
and
performed
a
rushed,
violating,
and
frankly
traumatic
pelvic
exam.
Cancels/changes
appointments
for
nearly
every
appointment.
Despite
having
11/10
pelvic
pain
it
has
been
2.5
weeks
since
my
ultrasound
(which
I
had
to
find
a
place
because
their
ultrasound
tech
“wasn’t
coming
back”)
and
I
have
heard
nothing-
despite
me
having
the
results
and
having
called
asking
for
results/next
steps.
I
tried
to
give
this
office
the
benefit
of
the
doubt,
but
have
reached
my
limit.
Between
constant
appointment
changes/cancellations,
sending
me
to
collections
when
they
actually
owed
me
money,
and
a
rushed
appointment
and
pelvic
exam,
I
can’t
in
good
faith
recommend
this
office.
I
live
2.5
hours
away
which
is
not
the
office’s
responsibility;
however
starting
with
my
first
appointment
in
Oct
2022
and
the
several
appointments
following
they
have
changed
the
office
location,
the
time,
canceled,
or
asked
me
to
come
3+
hours
earlier
which
is
impossible
due
to
my
commute.
After
an
ultrasound,
a
nurse
set
up
a
tele-visit
to
go
over
results
but
the
system
wasn’t
working
so
I
wasn’t
allowed
to
speak
to
Dr
Cook
over
the
phone.
The
nurse
told
me
I
had
a
cyst
and
could
take
birth
control
to
resolve
it
even
though
my
goal
is
to
become
pregnant.
She
said
she
could
not
answer
any
questions
or
provide
any
medical
advice,
so
I
was
left
confused
with
no
guidance
on
follow
up
or
next
steps.
The
office
then
incorrectly
filed
with
my
insurance.
I
called
every
2
weeks
for
months.
I
had
my
insurance
company
call.
I
explained
they
had
filed
incorrectly
and
should
resolve
the
issue
as
my
insurance
would
cover.
Despite
calling
repeatedly,
they
sent
me
to
collections.
I
finally
got
them
to
listen
and
file
correctly
and
guess
what
they
owed
me
money!!
They
informed
me
that
I
can
come
pick
up
the
refund
check,
but
if
I
opt
to
have
it
mailed
to
me,
as
I
live
2.5
hours
away,
it
would
be
my
responsibility
if
the
check
is
lost.
My
final
2
interactions
sealed
the
deal.
I
recently
had
an
appointment
for
severe
pelvic
pain,
this
is
the
appointment
they
requested
I
come
in
hours
early.
I
did
arrive
45
minutes
early.
They
informed
me
they
were
in
a
hurry,
didn’t
even
allow
me
to
complete
the
paperwork.
Several
nurses
came
in
&
out,
repeatedly
asking
me
why
I
was
there,
seeming
confused
why
I
had
even
made
an
appointment.
Dr
Cook
finally
came
in
asked
the
same
questions,
no
time
for
me
to
ask
questions,
and
then
stepped
out
into
the
hall.
I
could
hear
through
the
door
her
telling
a
nurse
to
hurry
up
and
get
into
the
room
because
they
were
in
a
rush
and
she
needed
a
witness
for
a
pelvic
exam.
The
rushed
pelvic
exam
can
only
be
described
as
violating
and
jarring.
It
is
simply
not
an
exam
that
you
want
to
experience
from
a
rushed
provider.
She
recommended
another
ultrasound.
After
combined
total
of
15
minutes
at
the
office,
I
scheduled
an
ultrasound
for
a
month
later.
I
was
called
about
a
week
later
to
be
informed
their
ultrasound
tech
would
not
be
coming
back
and
if
I
wanted
the
ultrasound
with
their
office
it
would
be
July/Aug.
I
opted
to
schedule
the
ultrasound
minutes
from
my
home
at
a
date
earlier
than
the
original
appt.
I
had
my
ultrasound
on
May
31st
and
as
of
June
16
I
have
received
no
call
about
the
results-
although
I
was
able
to
pick
up
a
copy
of
the
ultrasound
report
from
the
imaging
facility
on
June
7.
I
am
experiencing
debilitating
pain
on
the
conservative
side
for
nearly
a
week
every
month,
completely
disrupting
my
life.
My
PCP
has
been
trying
to
get
my
medical
records
since
Nov/Dec
of
last
year.
I
requested
a
copy
of
my
full
medical
record
on
June
7
when
I
drove
2.5
hours
to
pick
up
the
$100
check
they
owed
me
and
still
have
not
received
any
communication
about
when
it
will
be
available.
