Stay far away from this place. They don’t answer the phone. They make minimal effort to reach you for abnormal results or any results at all for that matter. They will reschedule you, with no notice until you’ve already walked through the door just to be told, NO doctor is in the building. How is this place running with nurses, admin and lab techs and NO doctor on site?!? Is this even legal?! You being pregnant means nothing to these people. It’s a waste of time and energy!! Highly advise to go elsewhere! The staff is extremely indifferent and don’t care … I wish I would’ve not even bothered with them after 3 weeks of not even getting a single person on the phone for my new patient appointment but I had limited choice due to my insurance. Being pregnant is stressful enough without this “womens health care” making your life MORE stressful!!!!! 0/10 don’t recommend

Dr. Cook is always very warm and emphatic. She is honest and explains everything very well which helps give her patients peace of mind. This time I didn’t have any luck with the nurse, she never looked at me when she asked me questions, notoriously she was always in a hurry with everything and had an attitude. At the end of my appointment I tried to reconfirm the instructions by asking the nurse about my treatment and her response was “was the doctor not clear enough.” She has horrible people skills, working at a doctors office where you deal with sensitive matters you would think the staff would be more empathetic and understanding. I don’t remember her name but she has a flower tattoo behind her ear.

Dr. Nguyen is one of the most competent, compassionate doctors I have met. She completely validated all of my symptoms and actively listened to my concerns as a patient. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She was great at educating me as well, using drawings to depict medical conditions. I also really appreciate the front desk staff for being kind and efficient in checking me in and out.

My wife is seeing Dr Sujatha Vivek, fortunately or unfortunately she is still seeing her. In about 6 or 7 regular monthly visits so far, the doctor has been physically present only once for for the appointment. Nurse/Midwife taking the test and providing feedback seem to be the norm here. Also, on her recent visit, when she went to her 3hr glucose test, the team there wasn't even aware that a glucose test was supposed to be done. They didn't know until my wife asked for it. Later, she was told that it's too late today and the test was rescheduled. They seem to take things for granted, I don't recommend this place.

Dr cook is amazing and knows what patients wants. But it’s the other staff and call services. It is so hard to get in touch with nurses regarding any questions or concerns. It takes at least 2-3days after you leave them a voice message. It is so hard to get someone right away.

Been waiting A MONTH for Nexplinon order. Called several times past few weeks leaving voicemail with no return call until yesterday. Was told to call Nexplinon about the order which then informed me they have no order all file. I called this facility again with no answer. Drive here this morning, here at 8am which is operating hours and they did not open until 8:20am. The lady at the dest was lovely and I hope I wasn't rude to her because I understand it isn't her fault. She pulled up my chart and turns out the order is still "PENDING" and never actually processed. REALLY??!?!?!? Now we have to resend the order and no one knows exactly how long it will take to come in. I am beyond irritated. Worst experience with Dr office I ever had. (people are nice, operation of facility is not)

This was an initial visit with Genie Baker and I immediately liked her. She has the most delightful personality. Very easy to talk to and get answers to all of my questions concerning my care.

Doctors are very good but I have issues their office rules. They don’t accepting my 2yo son. I really sick of to find someone who can take care of him. I started to going there when I was pregnant to him. It was pandemic days ok I can understand to they don’t accept anyone but my husband never come with me. It makes me also very depressed. Now I don’t know they accepting fathers but I know they are not accepting kids. Why? Pandemic is over and that feels me inadequate. I think they don’t have right to do this.

Not the best experience for me here overall. Moving from a smaller town where everyone is very nice and informative about your visit and treatment to coming here to a medical group operating like a machine is a pretty big shock to say the least! I've been going to this practice for my entire pregnancy. After the first few visits, you will be lucky to see the actual doctor again until close to delivery. They are constantly calling to reschedule you to a random midwife or nurse without explanation which points to doctors being way overbooked for the number of patients they have. Thats just irresponsible and greedy in the scheduling department. Good thing I work mostly from home. The appointments themselves are impersonal and robotic. An assistant takes your blood pressure and weight, and asks if anything is going on. A nod, quick scribble on a piece of paper then you're put in a room. Like other reviewers have said, you wait a while in the waiting room then wait even longer in a patient room. Easy to lose 2 hours+ for a routine appointment. Next, a medical professional takes heartbeat of baby and rarely an ultrasound. No real "how are you doing", no true concern about baby, no real smiles. Other things like blood tests, gestational diabeties, etc. are brought up randomly as if they are just checking it off the list. They only extend conversation if you bring up issues followed by a Webster dictionary explanation. No additional effort before running to next patient. You're released with a bill in the mail a month later :( Extended hours are terrible with nobody at the office or Nurse Line answering the phone after 3pm(I would say that this is an issue sometimes even earlier in the day). Depending on what's going on with you, it's Urgent Care or the hospital ER for support. When I did get someone on the phone, it was never the MD. It was a nurse scrambling who obviously didnt have enough time. I didn't have issues with misleading billing or unnecessary tests like I've heard from others but the $1,000+ delivery bill after insurance made my family wonder what kind of care we were paying for lmao. Delivery was standard, congratulations and then she's off to the next gig For pregnancy, you have to pay bills somewhere. You have to wait somewhere. You have to talk to somebody somewhere . For me, the missing human element is what made me take my 2nd pregnancy......somewhere ELSE.

The doctor office is a very nice place but the staff is horrible. I would be calling them for medical reasons yet no one picks up the phone. I would call them at least 5-10 times just to get someone to pick up and I would choose every option given to speak to the nurse yet sometimes they don’t even pick up. It can be a serious emergency that you need to speak to your doctor but no one picks up and they expect you to leave a voicemail and they will get back to you 2-3 days. I will not be coming back here after my delivery.

Very disappointed with the office staff at this location. Asked for a specific appointment at this location a month in advance. Because I am in a profession and I cannot take days off any day, this day had to be planned in advance. I called the day before to confirm because I have not heard from them in a while and usually offices call to confirm with patients 24 hours before their appointment. I call and they tell me that my appointment was actually taken and I need to reschedule but with a nurse practitioner. I’m shocked because I scheduled it in advance, but move on because I needed to see someone asap. The appointment day comes, and I’m at the office but they put down the wrong day. Their system is saying I’m due for an appointment the next day at a time I dis not confirm. I’ve wasted my time, just because of the office staff not doing the right thing the first time…

I have been struggling to find a gynecologist for a while now. The front desk staff and medical assistant I had were so friendly. The office is clean and welcoming. Dr Cook took the time to address every question and concern I had without judgment. I have never had a doctor as thorough and informative as she was. North Atlanta Women’s Care will be my new regular place for women's health care and I would highly recommend to anyone.

I was blown off twice after I had my IUD taken out. I am having HORRIBLE headaches from the hormone withdrawal. They told me it has nothing to do with the IUD and its probably my blood pressure. My blood pressure has always been perfect. I know my body and I have explained to them that I have been through this before when I was on the pill, same pinching pulling migraine in my eyes. I am 46, I know my body and they act like I am stupid and do not listen with any care. If they are in the medical field they would know that this is a common thing and show some compassion. I have been sick with this for days, missed work and have had no quality of life. I am going to my primary today when my OB should have gave me something to help with the hormone withdrawal. Needless to say, I am looking for a new OB.

Dr. Sujatha Vivek is a gem. She was very caring and listened to me carefully. I had a great experience there and I'm so glad I've found this center. Everyone is very nice and professional. The wait time was a little disappointing but in the end they took great care of me.

I'm Dr Nguyen patient at Lawrenceville. Dr. Nguyen and all the staff at Lawrenceville are amazing. Had an appt at Suwanee office and was disappointed at how the nurse Practitioner was very short, and non informative. Just walked out when ultrasound completed no warmth at all. Did not like how I felt afterwards.

Many can post about their amazing office experiences at NAWC which is ALWAYS pleasant and welcoming. However, I HAVE to post about Dr. Vivek. I moved from Michigan to GA looking for someone just as good as my ob in Michigan. Dr. Vivek supersedes my expectations. So much so that she even delivered my one and only child back in 2015. She always call him by his name when she asks about him. Dr. Vivek is just an amazing soul. Before COVID we would hug each other almost every visit. She listens, she educates and recommends as she sees fit. All in all reminding you that the decision is still ultimately yours. Every time a decision has to be made I leave my decisions up to her. THAT’S just how amazing she is. She still puts it back on me though lol love her!!! Dr. Vivek is so amazing… so much so that I have stayed with her even when I moved out of the local area she was in. I’d literally travel just to see her. And we all know how horrible GA’s traffic can be and is. I’ve been to all of her locations and every single one NEVER disappoints and Dr. Vivek just gets more and more amazing to me with every visit. It’s hard to find a doctor you can trust with your lady parts and I am proud to say I can trust her not only because she delivered the most amazing child for me back on June 2, 2015, but because she’s so personable that my mental connection of her is like family. I’m always happy to see her because she cares and she will always be a part of my life. She made sure all went well with my delivery, and made sure all was and still is well till this day. #TeamVivek.

I recently visited on October 19 for a ultrasound and I left without a Dr. Speaking with me. Today is now Friday and I’ve called several times to get my results. This is very unprofessional and no one should have to wait in suspense for results. I never had to wait for results for a ultrasound. I would not recommend this office

TLDR: Sent me to collections when they actually owed me $100. Doctor called down hallway for nurse to hurry because she was in a hurry to leave and performed a rushed, violating, and frankly traumatic pelvic exam. Cancels/changes appointments for nearly every appointment. Despite having 11/10 pelvic pain it has been 2.5 weeks since my ultrasound (which I had to find a place because their ultrasound tech “wasn’t coming back”) and I have heard nothing- despite me having the results and having called asking for results/next steps. I tried to give this office the benefit of the doubt, but have reached my limit. Between constant appointment changes/cancellations, sending me to collections when they actually owed me money, and a rushed appointment and pelvic exam, I can’t in good faith recommend this office. I live 2.5 hours away which is not the office’s responsibility; however starting with my first appointment in Oct 2022 and the several appointments following they have changed the office location, the time, canceled, or asked me to come 3+ hours earlier which is impossible due to my commute. After an ultrasound, a nurse set up a tele-visit to go over results but the system wasn’t working so I wasn’t allowed to speak to Dr Cook over the phone. The nurse told me I had a cyst and could take birth control to resolve it even though my goal is to become pregnant. She said she could not answer any questions or provide any medical advice, so I was left confused with no guidance on follow up or next steps. The office then incorrectly filed with my insurance. I called every 2 weeks for months. I had my insurance company call. I explained they had filed incorrectly and should resolve the issue as my insurance would cover. Despite calling repeatedly, they sent me to collections. I finally got them to listen and file correctly and guess what they owed me money!! They informed me that I can come pick up the refund check, but if I opt to have it mailed to me, as I live 2.5 hours away, it would be my responsibility if the check is lost. My final 2 interactions sealed the deal. I recently had an appointment for severe pelvic pain, this is the appointment they requested I come in hours early. I did arrive 45 minutes early. They informed me they were in a hurry, didn’t even allow me to complete the paperwork. Several nurses came in & out, repeatedly asking me why I was there, seeming confused why I had even made an appointment. Dr Cook finally came in asked the same questions, no time for me to ask questions, and then stepped out into the hall. I could hear through the door her telling a nurse to hurry up and get into the room because they were in a rush and she needed a witness for a pelvic exam. The rushed pelvic exam can only be described as violating and jarring. It is simply not an exam that you want to experience from a rushed provider. She recommended another ultrasound. After combined total of 15 minutes at the office, I scheduled an ultrasound for a month later. I was called about a week later to be informed their ultrasound tech would not be coming back and if I wanted the ultrasound with their office it would be July/Aug. I opted to schedule the ultrasound minutes from my home at a date earlier than the original appt. I had my ultrasound on May 31st and as of June 16 I have received no call about the results- although I was able to pick up a copy of the ultrasound report from the imaging facility on June 7. I am experiencing debilitating pain on the conservative side for nearly a week every month, completely disrupting my life. My PCP has been trying to get my medical records since Nov/Dec of last year. I requested a copy of my full medical record on June 7 when I drove 2.5 hours to pick up the $100 check they owed me and still have not received any communication about when it will be available.

The Nurse Practitioner Genie gets 5 stars as does Tonya at the front desk. I’ve been here almost 3hrs and still waiting to have labs done. I watched patients that arrived after me go before me. It’s not my first time here so it shouldn’t take this long. The fact that partners are still not allowed in with you, is reason enough for me to look for a new doctor. Do better with time management/scheduling.

This Suwanee office took over 8 weeks to give me my medical records so I could be seen by a new office since I moved to Acworth. Although I moved, I still had an appointment with them and when I showed up they refused to see me until I paid over 1000$ that my insurance already paid to them. Im 36 weeks pregnant and they refused to see me but they kept calling me all week to confirm my appointment & when I talked to the nurses no one said anything to me about giving them money. It seems like they only care about getting money and not about the patients or their pregnancy. They were charging me copays that I later noticed my insurance was paying, so they we're getting an extra 15$ from me every visit. It seems like they were trying to do everything they could to not give me medical records so they could continue seeing me & getting extra money. I really enjoyed them in the beginning but after my 20 week checkup, I finally realized how unprofessional they are especially the front desk staff.

BEAWARE!!!! Terrible experience. We moved from out of state. Have had great care provided in previous practices. This was first experience in this practice. Completely waisted full 3 hours and PTO time for both patient and caregiver. Caregivers are not allowed to accompany the patient into the exam room - which was not mentioned prior to the appointment. During check in when this was brought up, staff lied - kept on saying let patient go in first and we will let caregiver join in a moment - never happened. Patient herself was lied, she was in the exam room waiting and staff kept on mentioning caregiver is about to join but never happened. Felt discriminatory as well, as we saw some caregivers were allowed to go with patients. No decisions were made about the care to be provided in the exam room, as patient needed caregiver to make those decisions. On top of that Dr herself was very dry in terms of explaining what is going on, did not explain, did not provide options, seemed very rushed, and not a pleasant experience at all. Front staff had no idea what to do if patient and caregiver had concerns, besides saying sorry - but you got to pay 250 USD. Waited for full 48hrs before posting this, assuming that with the feedback that we provided to the practice front desk staff and practice manager, someone sensible would give us a call back and apologize for the inconvenience and terrible experience - but nothing so far.

Dr. Nguyen is the best!! she pays close attention to all of her patients no matter what. She makes the journey worth it. She's very attentive, sweet, and kind and you can tell she cares about any and every problem you address. Her nurse always made sure to answer any remaining questions I had. Loved my whole experience with her under this practice I highly recommend.
