Had an amazingly beautiful experience here! The owner was so friendly and made sure to walk me through the process and made sure that I saw that she was using clean tools as part of the dermaplaning process. The environment was gorgeous, absolutely relaxing and clean! From the entrance to the facial room was clean, neat and exuded a calming atmosphere. Plus my facial results were lovely and so smooth, no issues. I loved it all, will definitely return!

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. This was a last minute appointment for 3 people. It was a birthday. She accommodated us without problem. I was a bad customer and had to come 30 minutes late. The manager worked with us, waited on us, and the birthday girl was thrilled. The service was impeccable. I will be coming back and telling everyone who will listen. Thanks ladies.

Definitely hate leaving a negative review because it's a black-owned business and most of the reviews are positive but my time is too valuable for what I've recently experienced...initially received a bday gift card for a facial. Used the GC and the aesthetician was 45 min late. Facial winded up being amazing so chalked it up as a fluke and rebooked. Day of next appointment, received a text that the aesthetician would be unavailable and I could rebook with another person so I did. Next facial was ok but not as good as the first but bc it's a black-owned business, wanted to continue to support so booked again. Come to find out my card was charged for the next appointment and I prepaid in advance without my consent. Skip to the next appointment that's already paid for and it's rescheduled an hour before I'm supposed to show up, then rescheduled again 10 minutes before my appointment, the day of the 3rd reschedule I arrive, ring the bell and no one answers. I wait 30 minutes and still no call or no show despite 2 previous reschedules. Will be disputing the charge on my credit card and never patronizing again. A shame too because it's a black owned business that does pretty good work and the ladies are super nice. Plus, most of the reviews are positive. Hoping that maybe I caught the professionals during a rough patch and this is not the usual way customers are treated. But definitely can't patronize them again going forward or recommend others after this.

Having been a customer member of Day Spa establishments for over 8 years, I truly believe in the benefits of massage therapy. I recently terminated my membership with a known spa location in an effort to support a black owned/minority business. Paparazzi Spa came highly recommended from a colleague and I decided to schedule an appointment. The location is ideal & very convenient to find along the Joppa Road commuter route. I received a very welcoming greeting when I entered and the atmosphere is very tranquil, relaxing, and helps one achieve a zen level of comfort. The spa operator Lisa is exceptional and demonstrates superior customer service which provided me a level of ease given the in-depth nature of spa treatments. The massage therapist is definitely highly skilled with the delivery of services and renders quality massages. However, the interpersonal "provider-to-client" engagement & exchange was somewhat dismissive and not as inviting. I briefly met the owner and she is defintely a refreshing presence who clearly operates a very professional and innovative setting. She has a warm personality and was friendly in her greeting which was great to see. I do plan to be a return customer but will consider some of the other services since they offer an amazing wide array of spa essentials that I do like receiving. I do and will refer them to any of my clients, colleagues, and sorority sisters especially since we celebrate the excellence of minority/women owned businesses.

I purchased 2 massages on Groupon and it said, "we could purchase up to 3 per person". However, when I got there on Wednesday Dec 28th, 2021, they informed me, that they only accepted one per customer and I had to get reimbursed for the extra I purchased. I didn't argue and all I asked for them to proceed and cancel my second appointment and refund my $50 security deposit. The lady who massaged me that day, apologized and said the lady in charge of processing the refunds was out sick but will refund the deposit on Friday Dec 30th upon her return. Mind you guys, today is Jan 15th and I haven't heard back from them till today. I have called multiple times and have left voice notes but still nothing. I really advice everyone to not go to this facility. They are unprofessional, dishonest and try to scam people. Please avoid them at all cost !!!

BEST HANDS IN BALTIMORE! Period. Sharie is amazing at what she does and will handle any person needing personalized care with thoughtfulness and compassion. She takes her time, you don’t feel rushed and she makes sure your needs are properly addressed. I sincerely appreciate that she does not push you to buy any of her products or add additional services unless she feels wholeheartedly that you need it. I 100% recommend this business above all other businesses in the Baltimore area. If you come once you’ll come back again. I travel over an hour to get here just because of the ease of scheduling and the quality service.

I found Paparazzi Spa through Groupon and I am so thankful! I had my first ever dermaplaning facial with Sharie back in August, right before my birthday. She explained the procedure to me and was very gentle! I had a lovely, relaxing experience. Fast forward, I just had my 2nd dermaplaning facial with Alisha yesterday, and again, it was so relaxing! Their little shop is so beautiful and you can tell they put so much love and effort into every little detail. I appreciated the calming music and scene on the screen while I waited, as well as being offered a little bottle of water! Both women are very kind and a pleasure to deal with! I look forward to returning and would recommend this place to everyone! :)

Lisa and Sharie took care of me in the most professional and caring manner. During each appointment (and I believe I had approximately 10 treatments) I was treated with so much love and attention! You can literally FEEL the healing vibration emanating from Sharie! I’m so grateful for both Sharie and Lisa as the did everything to ensure I felt comfortable throughout each session. I can’t wait to visit with them again in the future!

I received a Christmas gift for a massage at Paparazzi Spa. The massage was fantastic! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The team worked well together. Sharee did an absolutely amazing massage! While I know self care is VERY important, I realized I was not making me a priority. Before I left that day, I resolved to get a massage every month and booked my next appointment. We must take care of ourselves to be of help to others!

I initially had a not so pleasant experience with whomever returned my phone call to schedule. I did follow up with the owner to address this concern. Shari did provide me with a response. I went ahead and booked a service for body contouring and was very impressed with Shari’s knowledge. A facial was my first service with Shari the owner. She did an attentive job so much so that I booked a follow up facial for next month. I enjoy supporting both Black owned businesses and women entrepreneurs! Shari I wish you well!
