Food
is
always
excellent,
but
portions
are
a
bit
disappointing,
as
others
noted.
Also,
there
are
lots
of
upcharges,
and
inconsistencies
in
upcharges
between
online
and
in-person
ordering.
For
example,
I
was
charged
$1.00
for
red
pepper
flakes
in-person,
when
they're
free
online.
However,
the
most
infuriating
part
is
their
app
and
rewards/challenges
system.
Most
rewards/challenges
can
ONLY
be
completed
by
ordering
online
for
pick-up
-
WHY!!?
I
prefer
ordering
in-person,
but
am
forced
to
order
online
to
participate.
Today
was
especially
infuriating
-
I
wanted
to
complete
a
daily
challenge,
but
because
I
used
a
reward,
I
didn't
get
credited
for
the
challenge
-
again,
WHY!!?
The
app
is
also
buggy
and
sometimes
when
customizing
I
get
an
error
and
have
to
restart
the
whole
order.
TLDR:
Great
food,
so-so
portions,
and
absolutely
horrible
app/rewards
user
experience.

to
corporate
-
I
hope
they
take
my
suggestions
seriously.
Updating
to
4/5
stars
because
I
still
enjoy
the
food
here,
and
I
feel
some
reviews
are
overly
harsh.

I've
been
eating
here
2-3
times
per
week
after
getting
Sweetpass+
-
always
consistent
quality,
always
fresh,
and
priced
reasonably
after
the
daily
$3
discount.
