    We’ve eaten here 4 times—2 were good and 2 were awful. We kept trying b/c the food is healthy and the good experiences. Tonight was our last try. They’re skimping on salad so much. I had 3 pieces of broccoli, my husband’s salad had 2. His was missing beets. Mine came w/about a tablespoon of dressing. Dry kale. Blech. This location is truly struggling.

    I ordered from this store in the past probably like 3 times. Out of those two times I have found bugs in my food. I resolved it before but it's getting out of hand now. I don't open my bowl which is sealed until I get to my destination which is never too far from the store.

    I spent $15 on a salad for it to be barely a quarter of the bowl filled up, the majority of the bowl was the crispy rice bits which make it inedible. I weighed it at 0.620. I genuinely don’t know how something like this could be sent out for delivery.

    I have eaten this location so many times. Too many to count. But today has made it my last. I opened my bowl added my dressings, took a few bites, and then saw something moving. There was a bug in the salad I just ate!! It was a small bug/ beetle/ roach looking thing. I threw it away so fast smh. I am mortified. Tried calling the store but kept getting a loop that offered no assistance!! Started a chat and the chat bot credited $10.00 to my account after I paid almost $15! This is not okay!! I see someone else commented that they had bugs in their salad too. Wish I would’ve saw that before!!

    I can see a change in this location in the past couple of weeks. Definitely seems like the people/employees are getting together in this place. Never had tofu or blackened chicken on the line with no greeting when I walked in with my wife . Lately I’ve been getting greeted with a smile , and a great meal with no wait . Me and my wife look foward to coming back tomorrow for our BBQ chicken salad

    Complete system breakdown this afternoon at sweet green. I made a take out order to be picked up at 12 today. I went to the location and waited...and waited...there were 9 delivery drivers waiting and waiting. I waited for 40 minutes and realized there was no way I was going to get my order at a reasonable time. Attempted to cancel the order, and I was not able to because the chat bot claimed they were preparing my order. I assure you, they were not. It was faster to just go through the in person line so I went through the line. I got an email an hour and 15 minutes after my pick up time that my order was ready.....

    Food is always excellent, but portions are a bit disappointing, as others noted. Also, there are lots of upcharges, and inconsistencies in upcharges between online and in-person ordering. For example, I was charged $1.00 for red pepper flakes in-person, when they're free online. However, the most infuriating part is their app and rewards/challenges system. Most rewards/challenges can ONLY be completed by ordering online for pick-up - WHY!!? I prefer ordering in-person, but am forced to order online to participate. Today was especially infuriating - I wanted to complete a daily challenge, but because I used a reward, I didn't get credited for the challenge - again, WHY!!? The app is also buggy and sometimes when customizing I get an error and have to restart the whole order. TLDR: Great food, so-so portions, and absolutely horrible app/rewards user experience. EDIT: Gave app feedback to corporate - I hope they take my suggestions seriously. Updating to 4/5 stars because I still enjoy the food here, and I feel some reviews are overly harsh. EDIT 2: I've been eating here 2-3 times per week after getting Sweetpass+ - always consistent quality, always fresh, and priced reasonably after the daily $3 discount. Updating to 5 stars.

    I ordered a fish taco which I modified instead of fish, I wanted chicken. and one of the Line lead told me that I couldn't do that. So I asked her to speak to her boss and she replied that she was in charge at the time. and she told me to wait for the general manager to arrive. I waited like 11 minutes for Dakota who is the general manager just to charge my modified salad, I tried to get an employee's name but no employee had a name tag. it's hard for them to hear because every time I go to buy lunch the employees always walk around with their AirPods on. Also some of the staff have big polished nails. The company needs to fix this problem.

    The worse location ever! I used Uber Eats but for pickup and they missed my fish and bread. Also, I had large pieces of avocado skin throughout my salad! This isn’t the first time they forgot my fish and the last time my salad looked crazy! It takes you five years to even be able to get real assistance because you cannot connect directly to the store you will get an automated app that sends you through loops and text requests to try to get help. I spent $20 on a basic salad. Oh don’t order from a third party because that will be their excuse on not being able to compensate you! I’m done with this store.

    Already ate a bunch of it before I thought to post. Whoever made my order made it with love. It was so nicely put together, no issue with portion or dressing. 10/10. I saw all the bad reviews and had to add a good one because I couldn’t have been happier with my bowl 😍

    The service has gone dramatically since opening. You walk in no greeting stand there for 10 minutes before being addressed then tiny girl with nose ring comes and spoke to the person behind me and completely ignored me. You can barely here her speak. They're always running out of items. Twice now I've had to wait 15 minutes for mushrooms with no apology.its more of well it's cooking you want to wait or no . The customer service is non-existent. As health conscious people you want to find a spot you can eat at consistently but this is not it.

    Paid $31.00 for two guacamole salads. The potion in each salad were small it was just a bowl of lettuce and I paid for double chicken. I have no plans on returning. It’s not worth the money they charge for a salad.
