This practice is far more motivated by money than patient care. I called because they advertised a specialty service. They verbally committed that they do offer the service. I made an appointment for the next morning. They sent me 45 minutes of paperwork then called me at 7AM to prompt me to finish it. I waited for 45 minutes for the dentist to stroll in and tell me that they do not, in fact, offer the service! As if this wasn’t bad enough, they charged my insurance company! I called the office manager who assured me that it was their mistake and they would rectify it immediately. That was months ago. I have reported this to my insurance company as dental fraud. Both my insurance company and I have made multiple attempts to have this rectified and still no success.

I used to love this dental office. I had not been there in quite a while. Things have changed a lot. I did not like my most recent visit. They are remodeling and have cut the waiting room down by 20-30% for what looks like a office (?). The seating is horrible. I did not have the same warm inviting feelings I did just a year ago.

Great experience today! Was welcomed, given a tour, had an excellent teeth cleaning and everything explained very well to me. The staff was SO nice, from the warm welcome to the support team ensuring my comfort along the way and the dentist who was on time and professional - each person made me feel special and welcomed. It was a very clean facility and easy for a working mom. Thank you!!

Love this place. I had been given the run around by various other dental offices. When I came in with crippling TMJ pain and non stop migraines, they were able to help me get the Botox I needed, and follow up with amazing care every step of the way. The front desk worked really hard to get me in ASAP, Dr. Renggli stayed late to treat me. When I cracked a tooth on vacation, Dr. Rafat responded to me promptly the day after thanksgiving and helped me get me the antibiotics and medicine I needed until I could see them which was first thing Monday morning. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Everyone working there from the front desk to the nurses and the dentists are all amazing. I found the dentists I trust.

I have a pretty severe phobia of the dentist, so I’m thrilled I found Valley Dental Health. I went from crying in my car to laughing with the staff my first visit. I can’t thank everyone enough for how comfortable and at ease they made me. Truly it was such a calming environment, the office is beautiful and feels homey, the staff was beyond wonderful, and it eased all of my panic and fears. They did a thorough exam that they coached me through every step of the way. They asked about my goals and what I felt was most important with my dental care, knowing i was nervous they even offered multiple “comfort” items like blankets and aromatherapy to make the visit as calming as possible. I really can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this office and the wonderful people there. Everyone I met or spoke to on the phone was kind and so so welcoming

This was my first visit to Valley Dental as I’m switching offices. I had a great experience. The atmosphere is upbeat and the staff is extremely friendly. Everything was timely and organized and the space is very nice. I’m very happy finding this office and very comfortable calling this group my new home for dental care provider.

Valley Dental Health personnel are always very friendly professionals that are second to none with the care they provide to patients such as me and my family. They do great work and I am grateful we found Valley Dental Health for our dental care needs, they are impressive.

Reliable, easy, informative, and caring. Even if I move out of town I will make the drive to come here for the simple fact that this practice really has their ducks in a row. Very friendly staff, and highly competent and personable doctors I've met so far. Looking forward to future dental work with them, and I gladly place my trust here.

I am very pleased with the staff and a service that I have received today. I had called last week with having issues all in my lower right side of my mouth. I told them that I was leaving out of the country very soon and then I wanted to get this matter taken care of before going out in the country, I had my appointment today they were able to get me in and have my crowns placed in that are temporary until the new ones come in. Also, they advised that I had to get a root canal and they were able to get me scheduled the following morning right away , this team is amazing anyone who has anxiety or fear of going to the Dennis they are just very calm, nurturing, and very loving, and will support you and explain to going through everything every step of the way I have not been to the dentist in for so long due to having a traumatic Issue while I was a young kid but now I feel a lot more at ease going to this company and I feel that they treat you like family and they will make sure that they go above and beyond to make sure that you were their top priority
