Enjoyable, friendly and everything was delicious. I met a relative there. As soon as I walked in at 8am, the vibe was good. The girl behind the counter was caring & informative. She coached me into trying a latte I never heard of. Very happy with it. They have a doggie photo spot which was super cute. Free parking for one hour in a lot across the street specific to the cafe. I would go again in a heartbeat.

It’s always a good day when we get to have a bite at Cunningham’s! I usually have a pastry, this time I had a cherry vanilla scone (all have been great but I love a simple cheese danish the best) and an iced sugar free vanilla latte. My hubby usually goes for the avocado toast and a black coffee. He also loves the biscuits and gravy but tries to be healthy… 😆

This restaurant was a beautiful and delicious experience. The atmosphere was gorgeous. The dining room has big windows with a lovely veiw. There was live music. And yes. It's expensive. But everything is farm to table. Delicious organic meats. The desserts we're fantastic. Our waiter was so kind. We met the executive chef while we were walking in and he was so so kind. Especially to my kids FYI there is no children's menu. Though they were very accommodating and kind. This was an experience and it was great.

Absolutely delicious lunch we had here. I highly recommend the Hangover Fries. Full of tasty goodness that fills you up. My wife loved the Towson Chicken. One of the best places to eat in Towson!

One of the more reasonably priced breakfasts in the city. The breakfast burrito was excellent and worth coming back for on its own. Also had the avocado toast (very good) and the French toast (just okay). Coffee was nice w free refills. Can’t wait to come back!

I have been coming to Cunningham’s for a few years, and the service has steadily gone DOWN HILL! Food is always really good. Today was again a complete screw up on my order, and the young man that took my order was more interested in talking to his co workers then getting my order right. Not sure I’ll return. Used to be awesome service… need a manager that makes people actually work.

Terrible place to get coffee. I had some grounds in my order this morning. They also do not like taking more than one order at a time which is ridiculous, why would you not want my business? Pretty sure I’ve seen employees working under the influence as well. DO NOT COME HERE, Towson Hot Bagels is a great option right down the street

Love their breakfast burritos. I’ve gotten it 3 times. This 3rd time there is no bacon on it?! Was not told they are out of bacon & it’s definitely not as good without bacon. In the past, I was always impressed with the crisp non-fatty bacon they used. I will still go back but hopefully I get luckier next time 🤞🏼 Edit: Great customer service, I was given a gift card, thank you!

If you need some energy ⚡️ & fuel ☕️ for your day, then make sure you stop by Cunningham’s! Everything is great from the coffee to the delectable pastries and delicious handcrafted sandwiches! Need a healthy option? Try a salad 🥗 The best part about Cunningham’s is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. You’ll be missing out if you don’t try out Cunningham’s!

Great café, with a lovely cozy vibe and a wide range of seasonal options. We had the philly cheesesteak and seasonal pancakes, and although the prices were a little steep we were really pleased with everything. Would come back!

Enjoyed the farmhouse breakfast. 1st time and welcome very graciously by Shiloh. Place is super pleasant with a nice rustic warm feel.

No flatware/utensils or napkins in my to-go. I'm on the go, so I have no way of eating this. My husband picked it up, so I didn't know until he brought it to me in a waiting room. I called to complain. I was so hangry. I was asked what I wanted them to do. That's the worst question. Hospitality dictates you take the INITIATIVE to make your GUESTS feel happy and welcome. Which would motivate me to come back or overlook the mistake. Now I think you're just careless. We drove around to the other side of the hospital and found the cafeteria. The food wasn't good. The specialty biscuit was bland, hard, and dry. The home fries were also mediocre. I didn't eat it. The yogurt parfait was good. The coffee leaked all over me. I threw it away. See photos

The food was good and the staff is friendly. If you're eating with other people and ordering separately I would recommend asking for food to be brought out at the same time or it will be brought out as it is prepared. I got the Baltimore turkey sandwich with a salad and it was nice and fresh.

Lovely modern industrial ambiance, even with how busy it is. I had their honey lavender latte, and it was sweet and delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to sit for a chat.

Mmmmm soo good! I wanted the whole menu but my friend and I chose the Seasonal Scramble eggs and French toast, as well as, their specialty Nutella and Honey lavender (we esp. liked their multiple sub. Milk options for you lactose intolerant folk or just cuz folk). If you’re looking for a nice quick aesthetic brunch this spot is open all day for you.

I have typically enjoyed the food here. Great coffee & nice outdoor seating. I was pretty surprised to get Smucker's "breakfast syrup" with my pancakes instead of real maple syrup. I would expect that at McDonald's or Denny's. The runner told me "we're not that fancy". Seriously! If you have avocado toast on the menu, you can provide 50 cents worth of the real stuff instead of a plastic cup of corn syrup.

Great food and coffee. Nice place to get work done. Staff is also friendly

If you plan to come here be warned that they’ll most likely be “out” of part of your meal. Came here today for lunch, first they said they are “out” of Ahi Tuna on weekends, which is fine, but they should say so on the menu. Secondly, as we are sitting waiting for our food, a waitress comes up and tells us that there is no goat cheese for the salad I just paid $23 for… not sure how or why their outrageous prices align with the shortage of food they have. Definitely will not be back!

Just moved to the area and this is my favorite place! My boyfriend and I look forward to getting breakfast here every weekend. The cinnamon toast latte is amazing and all of the food is always great. The employees are also really nice. They gave us a free cookie with our pickup order today, thank you! :)

I am obsessed with their chocolate croissants and breakfast burrito. Their cold brew is also great. All the staff are so so kind and courteous. Would recommend to anyone!

Only because it's a chilled place to be if u wanted an me myself and I outing. The parking lot is very small so you'd be lucky to find a parking spot and the menu options aren't that great it reminds me of Starbucks

This was my first experience with Cunningham's. I am so disappointed!! I have always heard good things about Cunningham's. This is a picture of my panzanella salad. It was a box of croutons with about 5 small pieces of tomatoes, a few small pieces of cheese, a few slices of onion, 3 very thin slices of cucumber, and did I say croutons. The fruit cup was half full and the strawberry on top is noticably rotten! I won't go back! We called Cunningham's and they gave us a gift card so we can try their lunch again. We will give them another chance. Thank you

Top notch food. Seriously! They are more expensive than some other cafes but it is also some of he best food I’ve ever eaten. Worth the money when you want a fancy treat.

They advertised breakfast all day, but were out of nearly everything when we went. What I settled on (after four attempts at ordering) was good, but they served us butter that had melted in the pack before it got to our table, and Kraft maple syrup in those McDonald’s-esque sauce packets. Presentation was really lacking. They also had customers get their own silverware, but very few items were left. The server was really nice, though, and gave me a discount because so many menu items were gone.

Always have a great experience here. The food is always accurate and consistent. It can be a bit busy but the staff is hard working and try their best. Highly recommend.

So first the avocado toast is very good ! But $10 for avocado toast ??? Sound kinda high price.

Very loud, never has seating. Today waited half an hour when it wasn’t busy and paid $14 for a RAW egg. Not just the yellow, the white is completely see through!! And chocolate croissant was essentially frozen, did not offer to heat it up. Customer service and food has really gone down hill. Sad.

Food presentation nice but there was no service. As a service provider myself i do not believe in harming a business or its reputation out of spite. I feel i speak for the masses when i enter a new food venue, order my food and i am immediately presented with a tablet requesting a tip which i offered generously. I asked specifically is this a service based restaurant or should I expect to serve my own needs. I was politely told that " service personnel will bring your food and provide whatever you need" insinuating that they rely on tips which is completely understandable. My experience was being delivered a cold cheesestake with a salad with no utencils. When i asked if he could provide my wife and i a fork he suggested we get up and get whatever we needed inside and he immediately rolled out. This just really leaves a bad taste in our mouth and you feel cheated. I'm all about sharing the wealth but i feel that customer service is no longer existent. Again, your restaurant is nicely appointed, food presentation was nice but being left on your own to provide essentials kinda defeats the cause for numerous staff if their intent is not to accommodate customers. This is corrective criticism. I surely hope you train your personnel to accommodate your customer base. These small improvements will go a long way especially in an area with high foot traffic. Good luck in all you do.

Mmm! The avocado toast and honey lavender latte hit the spot! Such a tasty menu I can't wait to go back! Really delicious food and friendly service in a laid back atmosphere. Had it been less breezy the outdoor seating looked inviting, too. The worst aspect of the visit is the unfortunate parking (lot is only for one hour). It was also echo-y and loud during the lunch rush, which hard of hearing folks may find challenging. (Not too much to be done about it but thought it was worth a mention.) All in all a wonderful cafe!

The food is super healthy and they make the coffee beautiful with the art on top. The color of the coffee and taste is always good with a bit of sugar added. The sandwiches are always somehow overcooked and burned. It's more than just a little crispy. The chicken was a little tough on my Towson Chicken sandwich. It's not even as good as Chick-fil-A. The portions are small as well. The chips don't taste good in my opinion that are an option as a side item to the meals offered. The customer service is great and the staff almost always attends Towson University. I wish the food quality matched the experience and ambiance the cafe provides. 8.5/10 honestly. I would recommend trying it out.

We are here twice while visiting family in Towson. Delicious food. Casual comfy atmosphere. Accommodating. Nice staff. Some of the best croissants I’ve ever had. Great pancakes too. Only change I’d make is add real maple syrup. This will now be our go to breakfast place in the area!

Great sandwiches and wraps. However; the salads are very disappointing. I've been ordering lunch from this place a lot lately because it is very convenient (I work in the same building) but every time I order salad I get very frustrated. I just ordered a greek salad for lunch today. There was tons of spinach, literally 3 slices of cucumber and no dressing at all.

I have been coming here since last year pretty much every other day. I used to love their coffee but now not sure what’s going on. Lately they’ve been very inconsistent with their taste. Sometimes it’s too strong and now it’s too sweet. I was a huge fan of their coffee but now I am so disappointed. Please go back to your original taste.

The food quality has taken a massive dip. Paid $50+ for breakfast (for 2.5. Diner quality food, or lower. Pancakes were flavorless, French Toast was soggy, Mocha tasted like Hershey's... Same great atmosphere and service, but wow... What a waste of money! Chocolate Chip cookie and scrambled eggs were excellent, but the more substantial food seemed so cheap. We used to love this place and hadn't been back in a while, unfortunately we can no longer recommend it and won't be returning.

Burrito is mediocre and it needs salsa included (not as an extra charge) because it definitely needs a kick. Water tasted really weird. Not enough drink options. I could have missed but I didn’t see oj as a drink option. Employee taking order was ok but seemed like she was the type of employee that would talk behind your back once you left.
