Came in for a quick meal . The store was clean and Service was quick but the chicken was the saltiest chicken I ever ate. My pressure went up instantly. I won’t be returning to thAt store

Came in at 3:30pm at Royal Farms Fallsroad to buy 10 pcs. fried chicken. Lady cook didn’t tell me how long I have to wait. After 15 minutes of waiting, I told her to just give me any substitute because I was in a hurry and HUNGRY. No remorse, no apologies, she gave me spicy chicken tenders etc. Got out at 4pm. this outlet have no respect to customers, they just don’t care.

Checkout machines where broken and the lady at the desk wouldn’t do manual checkout.

Not a lot of space but you can find what you should expect from a corner store

I've stopped here plenty of times, Royal Farms has some pretty awesome fried chicken. Quick, convenient, and they're 24/7. They were even open during the crazy snow storm we had in the winter of 2016.

I paid with a card in the machine and my receipt did not come out, I asked the woman to give it to me and she did not want to, in the end after wasting my time and repeatedly she gave it to me showing her teeth, I will not return there again

Horrible customer service. Chicken is dry and rubbery. I returned the chicken to the store and was told “no refunds.” I was told I would have to contact the manager. Store has an unpleasant Oder. Poor representation of the Royal Farm brand.
