We had very high hope when we planned two days stay in this so called luxury apartment resort but sorry to say we had to cut our trip short by one day by seeing poor arrangements. The prompt service of restaurant was only saving grace for them. They do not keep even some basic medicine and you have to go to near by place (close to liquor shop) to get those medicines. Swimming pool was in poor shape as birds wings were floating all around.

It was a very bad experience for us. Even though we booked 6 rooms for 3 days each, the hotel staff was very unsupportive and highly unprofessional. Fauctes were leaking in the bathroom and when we raised a complaint, it was not attended properly. On the last day we wanted to check out early and asked for an early breakfast and the hotel denied. Same thing happened with us during dinner.

The rooms could've been better in terms of size and organization. The bathroom shower was half open so the water would go all the way by the sink. The breakfast buffet was ok and the staff was friendly

I could have rated 4 by seeing the room size. But they offer very tasty food and service which Overcome my anger of room size. Although there is no specific view on this location but still I will rate 5. Staff is very courteous and behaves very well. I am overall happy with stay. Best part nearby to Neemrana.
