This hotel does not deserve a review. The hoteliers over phone almost forced us by frequent calls to stay at their hotel. When checked-in, we found the entire hotel completely dark, only 2 hoteliers without any dress code to attend, looked very fishy. The entire hotel was empty without any restaurant or cuisine system. The hoteliers lied to us, took the money. However, by God's grace, somehow we had an eerie feeling and left the hotel immediately.The hoteliers totally denied to return the money to us and behaved like hooligans. It is totally advisable not to check-in this hotel at all. You will be completely robbed and chances of getting murdered also.

Shocking lack of even the most basic amenities. Staff unable to handle guests and clearly overwhelmed. Avoid this place at all costs. They took 3 HOURS to check us in despite booking and paying in advance. We arrived just before 3 PM and finally got rooms at 6 PM. Oh, and half the rooms overlook a burial ground with the room windows frosted out to provide any view of the outside. Don't ruin your vacation/stay. Steer well clear. See some self explanatory pictures. Can't capture the stink that many areas have too. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Recommendation: But a tent from Decathlon and sleep anywhere BUT here.

Excellent Food ,very good hospitality. Good value for money and highly recommended. Nearby places to visit are very limited Activity area is good. Then there are few area of improvements also 1 Our rooms were downgraded stating fact that hotel is completely booked , whereas it was not. Probably some last mini cancellation. My expectation is , in such scenario they should consider option to upgrade us to original need. 2 The area near swimming pool was having bad smell , which they should work upon 3 There was a long unavailability of TV cable, in such case they should have option of music availability to engage guests. Specially when u have very limited guests its very much possible. 4 Carpets were not clean and only one lift operational If abovepoints will be worked upon it will be a very good place.

I recently visited there in Aug 2021. We had a really bad threatening experience there. . After looking at Hotel's condition we never stayed there although it was paid booking(Fighting for a refund). The staff at the reception was in no way meant to be in the hospitality industry. It appeared as if some goons of the local area were sitting there to threaten the visitors and speak n number of lies. Just don't think of this Hotel

Worst hotel ever.. It was horrible stay.. Would never recommend anyone. Lots of insects were there on whole bed. Zero for cleanliness.. insects were lying on table and food at the time of breakfast. There was power cut twice, no backup was available.. Shower tap was broken..

Hi, I would not suggest this place to anyone. Due to our bad experience during our recent visit to this hotel. The staff is non cooperative, rude especially Mr. Rakesh Kumar ( IT manager I guess) somehow he was at the reception desk, claiming himself to be the owner of the hotel and stating that he can charge for room as per his wish. Which was very unprofessional of him. Now coming to services: they had no ice cubes, their washrooms were dirty, there was no toiletry kit, and the place has this continuous sound, some noise. Hence, I would just give it one star and not recommend to anyone.

Worst experience ever!! If you ever want to get insulted at a hotel staff by paying the hotel I would defined recommend u come to cambay sapphire. The images of the property available on google or other platforms are just a reflection of its glorious past, but now the property is equivalent to a horror palace. I was travelling with my family and booked 3 rooms which completely packed basic facilities like clean washrooms , ice cubes and proper dental kits. The staff was pretty rude and harassed us into booking an extra room with them . The lobby and the galleries were very spooky. At night , we researched about the hotel n got to know that 3 people had died in 2015 on the 7th floor of the hotel due to short circuit and hotel negligence. After reading the reviews we were all very scared and check out of the hotel as soon as possible. Hence I would not at all recommend this place to anyone. They staff is not all supportive and will just find ways to extract more money from you.

Worst hotel ever. No cleanliness. There were long power cuts. We were about to leave in the evening as there were no other person except the 3 staff people and corridors felt like that of a horror movie, but then we found 1 more family on the floor and stayed over night. In the morning we found bed bugs Book at your on risks.
