A very famous and old temple in patiala of Kali Maa. There are Kali Mata, Hanuman Ji, Radha Krishna, Bhero Baba and a few more idols within the temple. It is in walking distance from Patiala Bus stand and Patiala Railway station. Langar / Bhandara is also there. It is a sidh peeth. There is a small mall in front of the temple which has McD, DIY, Pantaloons and Max.

Religious places are nothing but a way of reinstilling your faith in the almighty, that if you leave everything in god's hand, you will eventually see god's hand in everything. And believe me! if you going through a tough time, this beautiful temple, all filled with positive vibes will surely ignite a spiritual spark within you. The sparkly golden idol of maa kali really does make you awe. Ancient architecture of the place and it's preservation is something to be really appreciated! However construction work (going on since a long time) at the entry to the temple is something to watch out for!

Beautiful and oldest temple in Patiala. It was neat and clean. Wide area to sit. I like the flower pots inside the temple although there are more areas where they could add more pots or trees.🎄🌴 All the idols are beautiful.

Title: Kali Mata Mandir Patiala: A Divine Abode of Strength and Devotion Review: Nestled in the vibrant city of Patiala, Punjab, Kali Mata Mandir stands as a revered symbol of faith and devotion. This sacred temple dedicated to Goddess Kali is a place where devotees seek solace, strength, and blessings from the powerful deity. As you approach the temple, the magnificent architecture and intricate detailing captivate your senses. Temple is good.. inside staff is good but but but when u reach the temple, all inside shopkeeper are came to people and pull them to their shop for purchasing..... Idar ajo idar ajo jabardasti......I purchase only parasad for temple (in this bucket only one chuni, 100 Grms of Barfi, one coconut 🥥,) and make changes 500rs. Temple management look for this seriously.

Mandir in terms of belief and spirituality its awesome but in terms of management and how it's maintained , that's where it hurts that lakhs of devotees money is not used appropriately...asking donation instead of putting facility and attracting people is another heart breaking. Enough of staff and facilities to be made available. Infact setup facility like SBI ATM 🏧 has thick layer of sand on it and no1 uses it it's not because people don't want to use but it's just not maintained or say no1 bothered to maintain ... 3 years back also Roads were under construction and now also its same ...just small piece of advice if anyone bothers, manage it well and be assured happy devotees would be more fruitful to u ...

This place gives a feel of serenity unmatched to any other place. I went for darshan on a Saturday as it is the day of maga mayii obviously the place was packed. Everything was good but there's a problem with traffic and parking so keep that in mind when you visit, and when you go you will be greeted by the shopkeepers pulling your arms taking to their shop to buy prashad.

It is told that the Maharaja Patiala wanted the Kali Idol to face the Palace. But it did not got installed. Ultimately the Idol was faced with her back towards Palace. The aura of Maa Kali is divine, no doubt.
