Pathetic experience. Even if you buy clothes worth 1L, they will put alteration cost on customer. Even in big cities like Delhi/Bangalore, no shops charges for alteration.

Attention customers They are selling used clothes ,after single use check saree photos attached After single use this saree teared itself I tried to reach consumer court ,there they pointed out their terms and conditions Chitralekha is not responsible for colour clothes or any quality then why they are charging so much In your bill they have terms and conditions,so that they can cheat you and you can't go to consumer court So be careful and think before you buy Ofcourse there price is higher than other shops in bettiah Even on my card I have total shopping of more than 3 lakhs but now a days their quality and prices is not matching May be they are getting used clothes from streets of Kolkata When you will go to them to claim about quality,they want sticker on used clothes How impractical How can you produce sticker on used clothes I will strongly recommend to avoid buying from this CHEATER SHOPPING MALL Rest is upto you I have attached all proof in my review Good luck with C.S.Mall

the chitralekha shopping mall is so famous in Bettiah city. you get so many options for a wide ranges of cloths at reasonable price. the shop is situated at chitralekha road on the ground and first floor. here you get cloths for the whole family.

It's a good place for buying clothes for every occasion at a justified price. The behaviour of staffs are very humble. There is no rush in billing and matching. I enjoyed shopping there.

Price is too high as compare to other other shop. Collection is good but cloth is duplicate. Overall my experience is very bad, I not recomend this shop.

Staff behavior on billing counter is very very bad. And also much expensive clothes with bad quality. Not recommended.

It's a great place to buy amazing products but they still charge you for alterations and exchanges etc even if you buy clothes worth thousands of rupees. The area where they handle alterations and exchanges, the employees there are extremely rude and unattentive and have messed up our orders twice.

Owner's behavior is not well, if you don't take clothes, they forces and doesn't talk nicely😡

I am a regular customer, i can say u have good collection but the thing which is disappointed every time is you have installed big ac's but you are not using it. I visited today also and in this hot summers u still not using AC. photo attached
